Absolute shocking service. Spent 70 pound then missed my daughters korma. Told me I sounded drunk and wanted to charge me 7 pound for missing food they missed. Tried playing the racist card when I challenged . Haha what joke having to do my daughter some other food now wow!!!!

First off they have banging food but they forgot a corma curry and we paid £70 pounds for 5 curry's and only 4 arrived this as always been a go to when we wanted a curry then we rang up and said we have ordered 5 curry's and we are missing a corma and a nan bread they said we can help u and send them out to give it u but it will be £8.00 pounds then started arguing with us on the phone and called my dad drunk when he don't d4ink

Cold pizza dripping with fake cheese... More like a half loaf of bread with cheese on. King Kebab with colourless unidentified meats with no sauce or seasoning. Chips so cold they were aldente due to still being frozen. It was hot I give them that, but not tasty. If you want Indian go to the Indian restaurant next to them, if you want pizza go to any other pizzeria in St Neots.

Orderd an Indian on Saturday night online.Waited just over an hour to be rang and told that the order was going to be an extra half an hour but as a good will gesture they will refund my money.But 100% guaranteed that my food order would be there without half an hour 45 mins past and nothing orderd so tried to ring them back but was constantly saying busy, I'm sure they just took the phone of the hook, well it's now monday and it's still not been delivered so I think they need to go and find the poor delivery guy.After spending out £30+ I had to go out and hunt for another take away and spend even more If you would of called and said sorry we have had to cancel your order because of xyz then fine but to blatantly lie to me on the phone is appalling.Will never order again

We ordered two different curries. Both were watery. My tikka masala tasted more like tomato soup and lacked that rich red creamy sauce to it. My keema naan had no meat whatsoever! My husband's curry was also a let down unfortunately, neither of us enjoyed our meal which is so disappointing when you're spending £20+ on a 'treat'. We wouldn't order from them again.

This was the first time we’d ordered from Hot and Tasty and I can definitely say that all parties were extremely pleased with the food and service this evening. We ordered 2 x chicken saag with different spice levels - medium and hot, and both dishes had been adjusted to meet the differing taste requirements. We also ordered a Chicken Balti, Bhindi Bhajee (Okra),Boiled and Pilau Rice and Peshwari Naans. The grilled starters were also a big hit and were likened to 5* restaurants we’ve visited in Birmingham and Leeds. I can honestly say that all of the dishes were fresh and authentic / it’s very rare to get ‘homemade style’ curries. The food was delivered in just over an hour which has been the average delivery time for most takeaways in our area. We also needed to contact the takeaway to add something to our order which they were efficient in doing. This is definitely going to be our first choice for our Saturday takeaway. Thanks Guys - keep up the great work!

Ordered here and there for years, but got to the point tonight, they can stick their takeaway now. WONT be ordering from them again. Couldn’t find a bungalow in a street that only has 1 bungalow, that they have delivered too loads of time’s. Took nearly 2 hours from order, and bloke is full of it on the phone in shop. Your liars, and always fob off with excuses. Poke your takeaway from now on.

The food was 30 mins late. We waited 1 hour 30 minutes. We asked for papadoms and they gave us 2 of them. The curry was very watery and the rice had no taste. Not impressed.

Took 3 hours for delivery and this is not the first time either . Food is poor and cold. Save your money and try cyprus kitchen st ives it’s gorgeous but need to order over £25 . Avoid hot and tasty it’s anything but

I think one star is a bit generous ordered from here a few times and never had a problem just received our food tonight everything was cold . Meat curry was full of fat , tower burger consisted of a chicken burger and hash brown and complimentary popodom tasted like it had been sat on the side for two days . I never moan or do bad reviews but can honestly say I will never be ordering from here again .

We popped in here on the way home at 9 pm after fireworks. I ordered 2 kebabs. I could see the meat going round but it didn’t seem to be too near the heat. He shaved some meat off for our order. Gave me our order so I left. When we got home 5 minutes away we opened the box and on closer inspection the meat looked uncooked and was stone cold. Needless to say we threw them straight in the bin. I tried ringing the shop but the phone was engaged for quite a while so I gave up. I won’t be visiting here again

Ordered waited around for an hour an half nothing turned up!! why accept an order then not fulfill and leave people waiting around for ages its simple Dont accept the order or call and say it wont be delivered so people are not waiting around like muppets

Exactly what you want from a kebabery, although once could not find anyone to take order.

Waited 2 hours for food and was missing what we ordered. Called them and was told that we were wrong not them even though we order same thing every time. poor costumer service.

Hemos usado caliente y sabrosa durante años, el mejor lugar para pedir comida de por aquí, el 8 libra kebab es un. Buena oferta, es como una gran kebab me llena para la cena y luego a la izquierda para el desayuno, que es uno de los mejores kebab que he probado gracias por existentes

Quick delivery, sloppy and looked like it was rushed.. Chicken skin horrible compared to other takeaway.. Large kebab was more like small

I use Hot and Tasty for the tika in a bun which i particularly like. A good reliable run of the mill home delivery take away. Like the choices of sauces etc

Mi pareja y yo pedimos para llevar de caliente y sabrosa ... Como necesitábamos pagar con una tarjeta que pedimos en línea. Yo tuve la st Neots king kebab y mi compañero tenía el vegetariano hamburguesa, patatas fritas en un cursi Nan y un lado de col. pedí salsa de menta, salsa chili y ensalada en mi kebabs- la otra mitad pedido Ketchup y mayo en su hamburguesa y su pan de chocolate con salsa de tomate. Esperamos 40 minutos para llegar a la comida- hurrah, la comida llegó caliente y no creo que he visto un kebab tan grande. Por desgracia mi kebabs tenía absolutamente sin salsa o ensalada, así era horriblemente seco y apenas podía comer nada de eso. Mi compañero no tienen cualquier salsa en su hamburguesa pero afortunadamente col como su sabor. Su cursi naan chip sin embargo no tienen Ketchup y ha declarado que el mejor cursi naan de chip que jamás haya tenido.En general, la comida llegó a 14 libras. realmente decepcionante que la mía era deficiente, ya que tenía la promesa de ser tan bueno. no creo que esto me quitó pidiendo aquí de nuevo, pero si que necesitaba para pagar con tarjeta, escogería un diferente para llevar por riesgo de no recibir lo que pedí.
