Easy and fast access to quite nice food.

Called in at 8.15pm (Friday eve) told me they would be open till 9pm, so booked into the Travelodge. Went back at 8.40pm closed with the roller shutters down as well.

Slow service but it was matchday. Food was good when I got it though so all good.

It’s difficult to make bad Burger King so food was good. Unfortunately we have received cheeseburgers with no cheese at all. Even name “cheeseburger” is suggesting you something, but well, employees in this Burger King never thought about this I assume. Also, I had missing “onion rings” from my order, unfortunately I took my food as take away, so I wasn’t able to unpack everything on the table to check if my order is complete. But, I received 3 majo sauces for a price of 4.99£ - great deal! Be careful in this place! Especially with takeaway orders…

I have only ever used burger king at thrapston services off of the a14 so can’t comment on atmosphere I really like the burgers / fries and milkshakes

The food is good. But every single time they miss something off. Don't go here.

Totally filthy, tables all were wiped over with the same dirty looking cloth, no spray used. Seats ripped, filthy look like from the 1980's AVOID

In my opinion, it delivers good, tasty, burgers. Enjoyed it! Its a place to refuel - functional rather than offering pleasant surroundings.

Prices are mad considering you get 10 chips. Haven't been burger king for years wish I hadn't. At least burger still a good size but couldn't eat my 10 chips swimming in salt.

I have had a positive experience always. The food was nice and hot made to order. The service made the effort to have a short conversation while waiting which is a nice touch - feel like the staff receive a lot of back lash unnecessarily. Notice a delivery drive getting rude while a young lady tried to explain that there was a technical issue, she was very professional I would have been far ruder!! People complain about mess but they should put rubbish away.

Much improved since last visit......staff member actually came round from the counter, cleaned up from tables and wiped them.floor even got swept.... Toilets , this visit clean & presentable.

Tbh i think this place gets a bad reputation however all my experiences have been positive staff are always polite place is always clean parking is plentiful. Food is never just sat there it has to be made fresh which just ads to the enjoyment nothing bad to say at all.

Very good place to eat fresh and hot food, i went to Gregs as well, but the food is cold. So i recommend Burger king.

Clean, nice friendly staff, good food. It was empty as everyone was outside on a hot day so pretty quiet with no music on, but all good.

Fully loaded fries were very small and Luke warm. Staff have plenty of time to talk but not enough time to clean? Floor is dirty, receipts and used napkins scrunched up on the floor, dried out sticky soda stains on the tiles. Particularly noticed 1 female staff member with gold framed glasses prepping food whilst obnoxiously open mouth chewing gum the whole time - also another member talking directly over food whilst prepping. Neither professional nor sanitary. I have social anxiety so have difficulty raising these issues in person, but weren't a good impression of the Burger King brand.

Staff here are always on form in my opinion. We order on the touch screen and within 5 mins number is called out. Food is always well cooked and we always enjoy it. Never had a bad meal from that place.

A nice little burger king. The place was oddly empty when I visited with only a few customers on the entire road side rest area so there was no wait for the food.

Yes the place is very dirty and the toilets are something even Satan would refuse to use. However, the staff are friendly and the food is always good.

Went last night 4th July 2024, service was average at best, atmosphere pretty non existent but the Whopper was great. Cheeseburger was, however, cremated!

The food was okay, could have been hotter, service wasn't quick but staff were polite and helpful. The atmosphere was busy and hectic, but it is a service station, so there isn't much you can do about that.

Ordered a double bacon cheese burger,and cheesy bacon fries to take out.driving along the a14 my passenger goes to eat her food.a bun with 2 burgers,no bacon no cheese.and fries with about 3 pieces of bacon and no cheese sauce. Waste of money and didn't eat it.wont use again and come past here often

Was actually Greggs, cold food, staff out back, a member of staff using a dustpan and brush and then serving without cleaning her hands, disgusting toilets.....need I go on?

Better fries than McDs and bigger burger unless Mc Ds are doing the Big One which is only now & again . Its atmosphere is because it is only passing trade on a roundabout .

I've always loved Burger King, especially with how much taste there is in the food. Not everyone likes it, we all have different taste buds after all. But I really hope more Burger King will open in other areas soon. It takes about 30 minutes to travel to the nearest one, and order applications won't travel that far. The people are polite, and it's always clean whenever I get the chance to visit.

Food was lush, those crispy chicken burgers slapped well hard. Also the FOH staff was lovely and friendly.

No drinks available only capri sun, no water even.

On getting out of the car was it by a strong smell of cannabis being smoked by 2 males who stood facing the doors to burger king they were still there when leaving with our food we sat in the car to eat and it then became clear that the 2 males worked in burger king 1 of the men was emptying bins what a shame to witness staff members behave this way , so very different to the person who served us he was very helpful and polite ,

£20 for 2 burger meals! I feel violated.

Food OK, could have done with being a bit warmer. Shared dining area with Subway & Greggs was filthy as were the toilets. Needs a good clean

Ok. Got order wrong and really rude and apathetic servers.

As take away customers.....5 stars. We have never had to wait a long time for our orders, and we have never had any complaints about our food. We travel over 6 miles to go here, rather than other fast food outlets locally. Best items for me......their chips, and milkshakes, but everything I have had has been nice.

Got served 9.50pm ish. Sat down. Opened food to then get told we had to eat outside as they were closing at 10! Would have been better to tell us before we unwrapped everything!

RATS RATS RATS!! THIS IS AN EDITED REVIEW! RAT PICTURES ARE POSTED! My daughter and I were eating our food in our car when she spotted rats (yes plural) eating a spilt milkshake on the path into the food outlets. Burger king can't be held 100% responsible because there is a Greg's on site and a Hotel. However the lack of cleaning to the carpark and bin emptying doesn't help. I always find it frustrating when consumers drop rubbish because this is the end result. ORIGINAL REVIEW following. Far superior to any McDonald's, however it's a little more pricey than McDonald's. The food is piping hot and the burgers actually looked as advertised. Service is fast, and the premises are clean and tidy.

Food tasted great, bit hard to find off the main road, but dingy inside but can't knock the grub. Daughter loved her nuggets, I loved the cheesy bacon chips

Handy stop off on way home for a coffee. Order and pay on the touch screen and you get an order number which they'll call out when done.

Only one Burguer King available in neighbourhood - food and overall service meets standard however food waste left on the tables and floor is simply disgusting. Managers should pay more attention!

Tables were dirty Had to clean them with our hand santise Lotion before putting food on them Burgers did not have any flavour very bland

Food was great. Whoever was out back doing the work was superb. But the front of house staff were absolutely awful. Which sadly let the whole visit down.

A lovely little fast food place. The food is always good, the staff are always friendly and ready to help and we can always get whatever we need. It isn't the easiest place to get to and us the closest one to home, but, it is a road stop restaurant so we can't really complain about it's location. It's always clean and tidy

Polite but slow! Wasn’t busy and took over 10 min to get food that I could see was already prepared. Disappointingly sluggish service.

Just popped in for something to eat on the way home. Was pretty busy but we found somewhere to sit. Order didn't take long.

Food always nice & hot. Double whopper meal everytime for me. Excellent. Only fault is toilets are not clean & smell absolutely disgusting later in the day when staffing is short.

Food was fine but nearly drove out as all exterior lights off in the carpark and roads leading to it. It's difficult to find when you know where it is but when its dark if you dont know where it is then you could drive out without finding it !
