Nice customer service by Karan, had a good atmosphere & the food is always good at subway!

Our experience was kind welcoming with amazing customer service.Karajan served us wonderfully and we were very impressed with his service will be coming again!

The chubby guy and lady on hijab needs some training on customer service and how to serve customers. Not complaining about food, but when a customer enters store no one wants to be waited for a long time. Both are doing same work - filling-breads at 19:15, instead one can serve customers rather than telling to wait for 5 to 6 minutes . They are very unprofessional in their jobs. Subs are good and subway is clean. But unpleasant welcoming or worst behaviour towards customers makes them feel not to enter store. Hope service will be improved.

I am not happy that you didn't feel the need to ring me to let me know that you didn't have any Nacho Doritos and that you had adjusted the total amount, this is poor service on your behalf

ordered a footlong and got a 6 inch. also the order came wrong. something wrong with this subway. its been over a month and they dont have the mango habanero sauce. im a regular at subway so i thought id just point that out.

Really great cookies, some of the best I’ve ever had, great customer service and really clean restaurant. I will be coming regularly to get some more in the future.

The workers are very nice and they help costumer with their orders.

Loved the salad and the lightly salted nachos but when you put them in the delivery bag could you at least put them in the bag first then the drink if you could stand it up as it would fit other wise just lay it on top, because when I got the salad out it was all at the front of the box so I had to move some of it towards the back of the box

My sandwich was splendid!! The place looked nice but the floor was sticky and dirty with water!! And the lady at the counter wasent happy with my none meal deal purchase!! UPDATE HEAR!!! I was very satisfied by my meal and service this lunch time. I would like to say I did not get shouted at for not having a meal deal this time. I will defiantly be going back.

They had bacon on their menu but said they don’t sell it why have it on the menu then plus I’ve had it at other subways can’t pick and choose what you sell

Food was good as any Subway outlet, but at 8:30 pm on Thursday evening we were denied dine-in with a reason that the shop closes at 10 pm. How ridiculous is that ! Ultimately our plan to dine-in was converted to eat at home by takeaway delivery.

over 2 hours and still waiting for delivery and change the time 3 times.

Shop staff called kves was absolutely brilliant, catered for me and my cousin with extra care + aided me in working the app. Amazing staff, shout out kves

The food was cold and I ordered double cheese and there was only single cheese the sandwich was not cut in half either.

Got my sandwich order totally wrong. Mutiple items missed, meats I didn’t ask for added, not toasted. It’s just a sandwich, how do you manage to get it so wrong?!

I think the delivery driver is not ok. I watched on the map as they drove around the streets near my house in circles for 30 minutes, at first I thought they were doing other deliveries or were lost but they started going up random streets halfway then coming back, whoever it was clearly is not all with it and should not be doing deliveries, they seemed high or like they had learning disabilities or something. Please get this driver off the app I’m not sure how you let this one slip through.
