Subway in Kingston upon Thames

Food was good as any Subway outlet, but at 8:30 pm on Thursday evening we were denied dine-in with a reason that the shop closes at 10 pm. How ridiculous is that ! Ultimately our plan to dine-in was converted to eat at home by takeaway delivery.

over 2 hours and still waiting for delivery and change the time 3 times.

Shop staff called kves was absolutely brilliant, catered for me and my cousin with extra care + aided me in working the app. Amazing staff, shout out kves

The food was cold and I ordered double cheese and there was only single cheese the sandwich was not cut in half either.

Such good service over here I would say come here. Karan is such a lovely worker over here.

Got my sandwich order totally wrong. Mutiple items missed, meats I didn’t ask for added, not toasted. It’s just a sandwich, how do you manage to get it so wrong?!

I think the delivery driver is not ok. I watched on the map as they drove around the streets near my house in circles for 30 minutes, at first I thought they were doing other deliveries or were lost but they started going up random streets halfway then coming back, whoever it was clearly is not all with it and should not be doing deliveries, they seemed high or like they had learning disabilities or something. Please get this driver off the app I’m not sure how you let this one slip through.

Awful! We ordered online from Kingston Subway. We received dry bread full with onions without any meat or cheese. This is disgusting and ridiculous! Shame on you!

You idiots changed my address! The guy went to completely the wrong place, and I had to explain how to get to mine. Luckily, he was super nice about it. Very professional. Check your CMS system ‘cause something’s f*cked up. I use the same address every time, except this time it changed from Court to Road.

Ordered on Ubereats and waited over an hour for them to make a sandwich and send it to me and when I complained about the long wait Uber eats still charged me for the food I never received and cancelled my order.
