Subway in Kingston upon Thames

Sallu was extremely helpful today he gave great service, the food was tasty and quick to make, it was very clean so I will definitely come back to eat here.

Ordered on Ubereats and waited over an hour for them to make a sandwich and send it to me and when I complained about the long wait Uber eats still charged me for the food I never received and cancelled my order.

Possibly the worst crisp selection I've ever seen in a Subway. 5 varieties, 4 are cheese flavoured and one is just salted. Embarrassing. Sort yourselves out.

I had like to share my fantastic experience at Subway Kingston. The service was exceptional, and Priyanka, one of their staff members, went above and beyond to assist me. She guided me through the new menu and helped me discover delicious subs that I hadn't tried before. Previously, I used to create my own subs, but now, thanks to her help, I can easily order from the menu. Kudos to the Subway team, and a big thanks to Priyanka for her outstanding customer service!

My favourite fast food place! They make most things from fresh and good pricing (mostly!) The best part is you can customise your own sandwich! One problem is that the people behind the counter can't hear you very well but you still eventually get what you want!

False advertising. I will report this. They have a sign saying £5.99 for 6 inch sand which plus crisps and a can. But they charged me 7.99, arguing this was just for the classic. This wasn’t indicated anywhere. Not buying ever again in Subway.

One employee, young woman possibly of East African descent, was extremely rude. She was swearing at me non stop, refused to finish the order and almost physically attacked me in the store. Another customer had to intervene to get her away from me. Terrible service with unprofessional, verbally abusive, rude staff.

The sub is alright, but the staff have their buddy chilling there and they tell me "Sorry, we only do takeaway". Basically shooing me away. They clearly don't teach them customer service over there at Subway HQ.

I've been visiting the Clarence Street, Kingston branch of Subway since it opened due to my previous workplace being a few mins walk away. They've always been really friendly in this store, staff well organised and polite and with good management. They remember you, despite serving a lot of people with it being so close to Kingston train & bus station. The food is always as you'd expect, fresh and tasty and rarely out of stock of food items either. Hygiene wise, I've not a bad word to say, the staff always wear clean gloves for each customer (yes, even pre-Covid!) & counters/ knives/ salad trays have always looked clean. The only issue you'll get, is where it's a tiny store it's only got a couple of tables so it's not really designed for est-in and unfortunately, a lot of school/college students visit and leave tables coveted in food instead of using the bins (right by the door!!) To tidy up, so yeah, the tables might be dirty if it's at lunch time & you wish to eat-in but if you ask, a member of staff will nip over and clean it all down no issue (seen this many times) All in all, for a fast & friendly takeaway option that's fresher & healthier (depending on what you get obviously!) than other local options if you're nearby I'd highly recommend.

Clean and sanitised place. Food was good. Staff were really friendly. Nice place to rest as well. The food was served quickly. It took some time to make my coffee but the coffee was good. So I am happy.

Disappointed with the online Kingston Upon Thames. There is short guy who always in a mood to say that they don't allow dine-in. Thrice has he denied and once he said 'cleaning' as the reason. It's very customer unfriendly when you get the feeling that you are unwelcome. Maybe Subway should train these customer facing guys. Having said that the other guy who mostly is in kitchen is very friendly. May be a swap is needed. After 3 times stopped going as there are lot other options close by. Food is great as with any other subway.

I ordered the steak and cheese wrap toasted but it was cold in the middle. Should have taken it back.

Good if your tracking your food and want something healthy. Limited options though.

Been staying over the road and decided as we had been out for the day to get subway we ordered 2 cheese pepperoni on Italian bread foot long anyway asked to put the tomato sauce in which it’s supposed to come with! Which your staff should know! The lady went to put the meatball sauce into the Italian.. Well one this is cross contamination of food.. Which your staff should know all of this especially when people have allergies which to me as a parent is absolutely shambolic… We also ordered the turkey breast foot long Italian and asked for salad this was more of just salad than anything else!! The lady was rude no apology about the meatball sauce! The only good thing was the other blond lady who was serving she was polite!

When at work I always order from this subway, the sandwiches are always well made, no missing ingredients, and delivered on time. They noticed I have ordered a few times and added a free cookie to my order, Thanks Dimi, you guys are the best :)

You asked me to rate you and gave me a free cookie for it so here's my rating: You forgot the sauce on my sub. Uber eats forces you to pick two sauces so i picked no sauce as my 2nd and you ignored the bbq sauce as my 1st. Thanks for the cookie though, but next time you want to bribe me for ratings get my order right :)

Just a regular subway. Good if in a rush and need some reasonably priced food but I'm never blown away by quality or taste to be honest. Nice staff here though

Had food delivered via Uber eats. Subway messed up my order. Sandwich was delivered with no meat inside and no hash brown as i ordered. I can completely understand that everyone makes mistakes but when I called (several times), no one answered. Why have a contact number if you not going to answer calls from customers? Horrible customer service

Subway is subway, small store, staff that look like they don't really want to be there. Food is as expected.

Subway was always a place I loved but this branch is even better, they are quick even if busy and also very friendly.

Can't really go wrong with Subway. Standardized format across the world. Been to multiple Subway locations across the world and rarely disappointed. There is a reason why it's the 3rd largest fast food chain in the world .
