I had a really enjoyable experience with this subway. My server, Lara, was really accommodating for my allergies and preferences, recommending a delicious sandwich to me. I sat in and the environment was nice and hospitable.

One staff member working on a busy day, St Patrick's day, waited in the queue for over 10 minutes and ended up leaving to go elsewhere and get served more quickly, avoid Subway on Hardman Street

Went in the morning. Got greeted by two guys who were extremely social and for sure made it feel really welcome with the nice chit chat. Came back second time.

Cold sides, inedible, and no dip I ordered

The food I ordered was toasted warm stake and they bring for me cold wrong sandwich with different option I well never trust them again

Food was stone cold and soggy im disspointed. My son never ate his neither because that too was cold.

Order was missing one of the drinks, very disappointed. Also, both subs weren’t cut and subs were all over the place. Very messy. But tasted good

The quality of this Subway really seems to be dependent on the staff who’re working there, during this time I went I enjoyed the service but agree with other comments that it can be hectic and lacks efficiency. The meal was nice and I was happy with the taste, never will be the price. It’s a subway, fast food chain that does meet the requirements to be apart of that food chain, you won’t find anything shocking here.

Girl on close 8/1 was boss. Friendly helpful and her customer service stood out more than any subway employee I ever met in any store. Hope she having a gooden

food is okay but this subway is seriously understaffed. only 1 person in to do everything is not okay. have at least 2 people come on, if there’s a queue of like 5 people you’ll be waiting ages

Took ages for a driver to accept the order. Items are meant to be cooked when a driver is assigned… food was freezing and stale. Also orders a berry’s oasis and got an orange oasis. Not happy at all…

We have not received our delivery. Driver went to wrong address. He rang us and we told him the correct address. He went elsewhere away from the address. We contacted him and he said that he had been to the our address and no-one was in. Nobody knock

Staff couldn’t figure out who’s sandwich was who’s and took 35 minutes to get orders ready

Absolutely awful service, spent £26 and when I arrived to collect my order was told it didn’t exist. Then after one look at the just eat machine was told it was there. I will never order from there again and will be talking to Just Eat and Subway’s head office about the conduct of the manager and the staff.

It was busy which I can’t fault because it happens and I went in at lunch but the set up of the service was terrible. My food was also cold and falling apart.

I frequent this establishment. It's my favourite Subway on the planet. The team here are amazing. They recognise me and can prepare my sub without me saying a word, ciaron is absolutely fantastic he is so quirky and is a credit to the company If you're not sure what sub to go for, I highly recommend the Notorious BMT (no tomatos because tomatos are a dead ingredient) the chipotle sauce is like crack to me. Keep up the great work guys 😁🤙🏽

Going to be honest, of the many times I’ve visited Subway to be served excellent food, I was not expecting a sub with out of date cucumber. I thought something was wrong the moment I took a bite, an almost tingly aspect to it rather. Checked the cucumber itself only to find what I would best describe as yuck.

Sent the wrong bread for 2 footlongs and they ended up in the bin because the kids wouldn’t eat them so disappointed

Ordered online, sent the wrong items and the chicken in my sub was clearly out of date.

I've ordered about 5 times the last 3 they just can't get my order correct missing stuff or serving the wrong item

absolutely awful. totally wrong food delivered, girlfriend who has an eating disorder couldn't eat any of her sandwich because despite SPECIFIYING NOWHERE that she wanted it toasted it came toasted. this combined with my crisps being wrong and the requested Doritos with salsa and cheese being simply replaced with two bags of normal Doritos with no indication shocks and appeals me. if they are missing small things like this, what else are they missing?

I had a very unpleasant experience with one of the staff members who was extremely rude and displayed racially discriminatory behavior.

Ordered for pick up and sent my partner to get the food as I was unwell. The service she received was top notch, as there was no more teriyaki sauce to put on my sub. After getting a replacement sauce, my partner got offered one of each cookies for free as an apology. So great service unlike the other comments. I’ve ordered from here a couple times and haven’t had an issue, so I would recommend.

Driver picked up food from restaurant at 10 past 8 but didn't arrive til 9 despite me loving less than 10 mins away. Food was freezing when it arrived. No signal on his map so didn't know where he went in the meantime. Items missing on arrival.

Rude staff. Constantly in a rush don’t know the reason why. Don’t even have the courtesy to talk you through what items we would like to have. The female employee was super rude who was preparing the sub for me.

The staff here are very rude to customers. This is not the right way to serve the customers. Take action immediately or many students like us from uni will stop coming in here.

Received my order and looked like had been thrown in the tumble dryer before hand. All the cookies were mashed up in the bag, all sandwiches cold, soggy and not correct.

Rude member of staff, actually tried to have an argument with me at the counter and called me awkward. Said they where very busy even though I stood there waiting to pay while she was having a chat with another person behind the counter.

Zero star. Very rude staff- no customer service at all. One of the female staff have very long hair - length is till her waistline. Although her hair is tied it's brought to the front, almost touching my bread that she's preparing - very unhygienic. Ordered a BMT and the sauce and salad given was very little. The whole place feels like they're just rushing to close and finish for the day.

Member of their female staff (not sure of name) was so rude, and had no regard for customer service. Didn't have either of the two sauces I wanted despite it being 6pm and it's open late and instead gave me sauce I hadn't even asked for leaving my sandwich inedible.

Food: 2 stars since the prices increased, it was 3 stars before and wasn`t great even then. Service: Okay, 3 stars. Atmosphere: They still have ants crawling around for a while by now, so that`s 2 stars. 7:3= 2.3 / 2 stars it is. This is especially reflected after today when I ordered cappuccino, less than a minute after walking out the door I realised the milk is off. Went back politely asked for a new one, then the staff started, not arguing, but proving their point, and I said I wouldn`t have gone back if everything was okay with the milk. Then proceeded to give me a cappuccino made from the same milk, of course it was off as well and just binned it. I have been going to this subway for like 5-7 years by now. Time for a break for sure.

Order not fulfilled. Arrived at 1230 to collect order for NHS working lunch meeting, was told that there was not enough salad and the order was not forthcoming despite confirming the order when it was placed. Female staff member very abrupt and rude. Upset my junior colleague who had gone to collect the order, leaving her in tears. Just Eat are refusing to refund money as according to their investigation we never collected the order! Disgusted is an understatement.

Order was very obviously for two vegetarians, so apparently it makes sense to replace potato wedges with chicken bites, Sandwiches were cold and not even wrapped up, fell apart as soon as I took them out of the bag
