Subway in Swale

Ordered a delivery. The drink,sides and "sub"were completely wrong. The sub was cold and not toasted,the 500ml sugar free pepsi was 375mm full sugar. Chrisps and cookie missing. Refund refused

Ordered twice and both times they missed the kids meal deal. However today's order wins the award for shocking service. Our order was placed via just eat at half 1. Took 60mins to deliver and surprise surprise we were missing the meal deal. Took an hour for them to answer the phone and even then WE had to request a return delivery to complete our order. 22 unanswered phone calls later (its became a matter of priniple now after the 4th attempted phone call) we still not received the meal deal and its nows 19.47pm. SIMPLY DO NOT USE THIS FRANCHISE. SERVICE IS POOR. DELIVERY POOR. Save your money and use the sheerness high street branch instead.

Generic fast food restaurant/ take away serving subs etc. However what sets this apart drin the rest is that it takes over 90 minutes for a delivery. 90 minutes for the subs and some nachos. When we complained all we got was a shrug of the shoulders. Please, please save your money and order elsewhere.

Very slow at serving - myself and a friend had the same salad but one was much larger than the other plus both of us were charged a different amount although should have been the same : expensive for what was in the bowl

Same as any other subway this one is in a garage staff seam ok do as you wish but nothing special sub way is subway

The depressing thing is the pre cooked "meats" visually off putting in the compartments awaiting selection then heated up in some sort of oven. No than you

Every now and then I try to eat more healthily and have found that the salads here at subway can be very satisfying and filling .i know that a certain slimming group recommends them as fast food takeaway as well so if it's good enough for them then it is for me too .they also offer deals where drinks are included ,sometimes the smell of their lovely herb bread rolls is just too tempting and I weakien but nether the less enjoy .

Can't describe it. As only take subway when nothing else is available. It doesn't matter which subway you have . Holland belgium germany or uk. Taste is at non of them. It just something to fill up the belly and that's it

I've used Subway outlets many times, this one is convenient as is located on Bentley road and is out of town. It's actually inside the Shell Petrol station so whilst it's convenient to get to it's not rated 5 stars for the location. It's does have a seating area inside though and the food is decent as you'd expect from Subway.

Subway is less than impressive at the best of times, but this one, located within a service station, was as drab as the lettuce on their subs.

I use this one on a regular basis and found that the staff are very good. Food is very fresh and the only niggle is that sometimes I'm slightly overcharged - £5 footlong deal doesn't always get get put through but I'm not in there enough to worry about it.

Im a fan of subway and this particular franchise is located in a gas service station on the Isle of Sheppey. After a few sticky situations when they first opened the place has become one of my favourite subways. Polite and efficient staff with clean service area.

Pleasant service which always helps and very quick too. Lovely food helped to make a great meal experience

set within the Garage really handy for a breakfast sub, and coffee, quick and simple, kept clean, just a nice subway

Net zoals bij alle Subway zaken, zijn de broodjes OK, ook de vegetarische opties. Deze zaak serveert geen pittige kaas en avocado spread.

Needed some fuel, was mid afternoon, this was at the Service Station so reluctantly went. To my amazement the product was hot, tasty and worth the money. The size of the coffee and tea could of been larger but I enjoyed what I had.
