Extremely rude staff, a female employee rushed me when making my order and the other male employee laughed at me when deciding what drink to get. It was clear that employees clearly didn't care about their job or serving their customers.

I went in today with my son. After ordering 3 subs me and my 10yr old noticed the glass and food was infested with fungus gnats flying everywhere. I’m not talking just a few, the place was swarming with them. The girl had already made the sandwiches up but I did remark about the flies. She said the inspector was coming tomorrow and that it was 100% worse in the back. She told me she opened the fridge and loads of flies flew out. I really was outraged. I paid for the subs, walked out and tossed the whole order in the bin. My son refused to eat them. We are in a pandemic and cleanliness is paramount but this place was beyond dirty. I felt bad for the young girl serving but she knew herself how bad the infestation was. We ended up driving home and cooking something from scratch. I won’t be back it was disgusting.

Slow service for just two coffees

Me And my chum Went for lunch after an eventful afternoon at the hydro, we where greeted by Chris and employee at the subway, he took our order and proceeded to make the wrong sandwich , and when we questioned The sandwich Jessy almost refused to make the correct sandwich. and when asking for a refund and a voucher for our next vistit they told us to F off and started taling about pokemon. IMATURE!!!

Only 1 staff member. Not his fault obviously as he only has one set of hands. Food was good. Pretty slow to get an order for a family of 4 and there were people waiting behind us.

My boys love subway. this one is good but can be a bit hit and miss depending on who is serving behind the counter. This time the young man was very helpful. Put plenty of fillings on. They have a fair selection but not as many as some stores but Crieff is only a small place and maybe not as busy to warrant a large selection of different fillings.

Lack of meat selection and lots of salad ran out. Staff couldn't point me in direction of appropriate meal deals so ended up paying much more than I usually would at a subway branch. Staff are effectively babies kitted out in subway gear with the topic of discussion being Pokemon - apparently more important than engaging with waiting customers. Staff are apparently unknowingly rude however I think this is a result of a lack of self awareness, pointing in the direction of staggered cognitive ability, adding to the manchild notion. Won't be back to this un-stocked nursery.

Dropped in to take a selection home for our tea tonight usual array of fillings ands salads ,extremely tasty chicken and beef .The friendly staff cope well under pressure and have obviously had good training ,there was a small queue but it did not take long to get our order . Up to the usual standards of the National Chain

Place has gone downhill recently. Had bad experience month ago and was assured by management would be improved for next visit. Sadly wasn't. The idea of a sandwich is that you can pick it up and eat it, not have to use a spoon

Food is good. New staff needs to be trained better. Wearing the same gloves for 4 clients also touching screen and money with the same gloves.

Quick service. The staff is polite and nice. Only has few stools and 1 table so is better to takeaway the food. Prices are standard and ok.

Cuando la visitamos hace dos años este era muy tranquilo, ahora con tres señoras muy energético es popular y amable.Acabo de tener el autobús en la plaza es un punto de parada cerca para tomar un café.Sentado en la ventana en un buen lugar para ver pasar el mundo.

Subway has more outlets than any other in the world! And they are well established in Crieff. Centre of town location.

Necesitaba un rápido, barato, comida fresca. Fue genial, la gente que trabajaba allí era increíble. Sentado en la ventana en la banquetas nos permitió ver a la gente mientras el bocadillo. Metro hace un gran trabajo al tiempo que ofrece un producto predecible después de un tiempo sin importar si estás en Austria, Bulgaria, los Estados Unidos o de Escocia. Cuando necesitas una comida rápida, sabes lo que estás haciendo y tienes ahorrado lo suficiente para tener una comida apropiada más tarde esa noche en algún lugar de la zona. Este lugar es genial, en la calle alta, y en nuestro camino. Teníamos el bocadillo de albóndiga y la ensalada de pollo a la parrilla. Genial!

In agreement with 'alfie50', I & my other half really like Subway but this branch is really terrible. Staff nice enough but fabric of shop very, very poor, dingy and quite dirty based on some quick observations, not the 'bright and breezy' business model that Subway goes for. I just hope the franchise director doesn't make a random visit!Additionally, food was very over-priced for a small town like Crieff and the meats used in this branch appeared pretty lacklustre - we both wish we had given our business to a small local restaurant instead and my recommendation is that you do just that as this is a very poor Subway experience. Avoid.

I love subway but this one simply does not come up to standardExpensive, this is the first one outside of motorway services that I Have been to that does not do the 6 inch and a drink for three pounds.They are very tight with the salad, had to ask for more although even then did not get what is the norm at other subs.they were also very slow.do not bother, go a couple of doors further up and get one of the very tadrt bridies from tne delhi.
