We had different main dishes with rice and poppadom. One was saag paneer. We very much enjoyed the typical Indian flavours. The service was prompt and friendly. We will come back for sure.

This is the shop in auchterarder horrible food cold wrong order not the first time but thought I would give another chance never again worse then before going down hill wouldn't recommend.

Ordered a pizza last night it looked amazing and tasted delicious. Staff were friendly and overall had a great experience. Definitely would recommend 👌🏽

Chicken biriyani is always good and 1 biriyani is enough for 2 people, quite nice quantity and good taste too

Genuinely, a very poorly run Indian takeaway. Rice was served in a plastic bag. The saag paneer looked and tasted disgusting with minimal effort put into it. Poor customer service, waited much longer for just a couple of items and wasn’t even notified about the long wait. I would go elsewhere if you’re reading this.

Overpriced for the quality of scran. Ordered and got a sad little bag of food. Tasted like plastic due to it being served in plastic bags instead of put into boxes like it should be. Feel like i’ve picked up a half q off the local junkie. Genuinely felt terrible after eating it. Wouldn’t tell my worst enemy to go here

Really slow delivery. The food arrived cold with grease literally pouring through the kebab tray. The curry was leaking as it had been spilt and the poppadoms were smithereens/crumbs. I'd ordered a jaipuri because it's supposed to be medium so thought it a safe bet. The only other curry I've ever has from there was tikka garlic bhuna (which is my go to from other places) but it was inedibley spicy and went in the bin. Tonight's was also disgusting because it was the exact same as the bhuna and far too spicy for a medium curry (and I can handle heat)..they must just have 1 sauce and it has far too much chilli sauce in it..hotter than madras. Pakora were doughy bricks. They forgot the milkshake then when they did bring it forgot a straw. The kebab meat was really thickly cut in parts but also loads of scrap bits too. Complete waste of money on terrible food and the lack of care towards both service and food is very obvious, they don't deserve custom.

Ordered a delivery, arrived as planned. Great curries and pakora .

Waiting for an hour before delivery, chicken tikka garlic chilli korma, was lukewarm, chicken was not tikka, just lumps of unmarinaded white chicken.

Ordered and picked up a prawn biryani last night.....to be honest it was one of the most disgusting takeaway meals I've ever had. Won't be back!

Calzone was decent. The battered products apparently weren't good according to my mate. Only other person there was easy on the eye, so that helped the long wait time.

On ordering we were told the order would take 90 mins. Understand it’s busy but after 2 hours we called to check up and we heard some mumbling in the background before being told it would be around 20 minutes more. My guess is it hadn’t been cooked yet. It was a few burgers and a curry so not sure how many million orders must have been before this to take that long to cook. We ended up cancelling and cooking our own. If perhaps they had messaged to say the order was delayed or even apologised when we called we might have left a less negative review but frankly we were unimpressed. Previous deliveries have been slow (but not this bad) had things missing, or been cold, so I think this is our final order now.

We pre ordered 15 main meals and various starters etc for a party. We had it collected and everything was on time, hot and the food was delicious so well done Lal and you have 15 new customers.

As passing through the village after a day's fishing & the chip shop was closed. We therefore decided that we would Have A Freshly Baked Pizza and Chips. I can honestly say that the pizza was Amazing & very tasty 😋 and so was the Chips also. The Pizza had alot of each toppings that we picked. The Staff are very polite & friendly & spoke away, The prices of the Food was very good & had a lot of other dishes you could try on the Menu which very very reasonable priced. So don't delay & call in for your scrumptious dinner today, 😋 Enjoy

Very disappointing. Items missing from the order,again. Quality not great compared to other establishments. Naan bread thick doughy and doesn't taste like it has been near any garlic. Also very expensive for what it is. Will not be returning.

So my wife preordered food for 5pm, had call to see where it was as from when it marked as out for delivery we were still waiting after 10 minutes. (We live very close from the takeaway around a 5 minute walk) Delivery driver was very rude and didn't apologise for taking 20 minutes to deliver our food. Our food was 25 minutes late in total. So if your preordering expect it to be later, even if the restaurant has confirmed it for you stated time

Waited well over an hour for delivery chips soggy and barely warm pizza had better. Not impressed

Waited over a hour to call back up asking where order was to be told local customers come first as we are further out and driver would come next to ours Absolutely disgusting attitude don’t expand your area if you can’t deliver within reason . Didn’t even explain this on the first phone call so I had a option to wait or go elsewhere.

I'm a long distance truck driver and lal's was highly recommended of a good friend of mine who parked overnight nearby and got a delivery to he's truck .I called into the shop to order and the lads in there was friendly from the server to the delivery guy they was very helpful about the local area for me to park overnight but the kebab king kebab was top draw IL defo come again 5 stars

Varied menu, friendly service and they kept us fed through lockdowns, great family business and a local treasure. Try the munchie box!

Amazing food. Delivery was fast, Food was hot and kids were happy. Will be back as it is one of my favourite takeaways in Auchterarder.

Visiting Auchterarder for a few days and gave this place a try. Ordered online. Food arrived in 20 minutes or so and was tasty. Had 2 pizzas and chips with cheese. A little different from my local but still good. No complaints. Kids enjoyed it to which is good because they are fussy eaters.

Ordered a delivery on the last night of our holiday in Auchterarder. Delivery was prompt and food was delicious. Both pizzas had lots of cheese, as did the chips and cheese. Thanks.

Foods decent enough but they cannot get the orders right and it is always a roulet if you are going to get what you order or not. Many mistakes in the past and tried ordering again after a long while, so sad to see they still have not changed in getting the order right.

So I finished work this evening , and decided to order a bite to eat from here , very simple order chips cheese and donner meat with a can of coke, the driver told me her would be here in 2 minutes , ended up standing out in the cold for 10 mins , only to then receive stone cold food , stale chips and stale donner ... which would have Been acceptable if they had replaced the meal , but after phoning and explaining the situation they still showed no effort to fix the order. If you are looking a bite to eat from auchterader then I would recommend looking elsewhere.

Stale poppadoms, tasteless mushy curries. Would not buy from again.

Hadn't tried this Indian before. Tasteless main, very watery and looked split, chicken was also tough. Nan & rice were OK.... Very disappointed. First and last time, will go elsewhere.

Delivery was fast and big portion sizes. However, order was missing a drink and the donner meat and chips were a bit stale like they'd been sitting out for ages. Like others have mentioned the munchie box is mainly chips.

Expensive. Chicken burger was low quality. Combo box was 90% chips (and one human hair)

If I could I would give zero stars my partner was ignored for 20 minutes before having to have her mum go in and make the order. Then was not given sauces with both orders absolutely disgusting and disrespectful I definitely will not be back to this place staff don't listen and ignore you. Has put me off my dinner. Save your money people or go spend it in somewhere that will get it right....

Ive been to Bilal’s many times and they never disappoint. I always receive great customer service and food is always tasty. Definitely would recommend their curries.

Great tasting food with plenty of options. I had a chicken tikka masala which was amazing. The garlic nan was nice and fresh. Lovely service and I will definitely be back.

I'm not sure about the other dishes but the curry is not great. The variety of curry dishes that we ordered were extremely sweet or bland. The puuri especially were extremely sweet. Would not recommend

Normally do Din Din. Thought would give lal a chance. Ordered chicken curry pizza. Absolutely tasteless! Not sure how that can be for a pizza. Oh well tried but won’t again.

Only 2 take aways so far but for someone who never leaves reviews!! Amazing!!! Wow x

Horrendous experience. Told it would take 30mins for order, ended up taking 45 resulting in family missing their flight home. By the time we finally got the order Home we discovered that the order wasn’t correct and we were missing half of it. We will not be using this takeaway again.

We love this place and always have a freshly made curry that tastes fantastic. Never disappointed. Call to order and you don’t have to wait around.

No inpressed, was good when first opened but rapidly went down hill

Quite a variety of items to select from the menu for take-away however the one thing to note is that no dish is ever the same...you can get a version you like and then order it again next week and it is different and a let down. The pakora is excellent and overall value for money is par with other similar services in the local area. Definitely worth a visit and your patronage...

really good service, staff are always friendly and up for a laugh. food isn't too bad but sometimes they change there food cause you can taste a difference sometimes so it would be better if it was always the same service. sometimes i like the pizza but then some times it can be disgusting. sometimes the juice is a bit warm like its not be in fridge. if they fix this it will be the best Indian in auchterarder.
