meat in the toastie was freezing cold. threw it away

asked for all sandwiches to be toasted but not one was toasted. but apart from that they was nice n fresh

The young lad in this place is unbelievably friendly and always a pleasure to order with, nothing is too much and as a customer it makes a refreshing change to have someone so positive and helpful when ordering what is "your sandwich your way" this is exactly what you get with him along with a smile and a good chat however the manager is his total opposite and how she got to the position she is in is beyond me, unfriendly, miserable and when advised how satisfied we was with the other staff for allowing us to choose the bread we wanted, her response was to tell us "the consumer" she would be having a word with them as they shouldnt be doing it...... I cant help but feel sorry for anyone having to work under someone with such poor attitude to her staff and customers, I feel some internal training would be beneficial to enhance her knowledge on effective ways to deal with your employees and consumers as a whole. Your frontline staff are the face of your business!

Order delivery incorrect, called up for some help and wasn’t offered anything other than contact supplier for a refund. Not good when the order is for children and paid for faster delivery Very poor

Always loved some good Italian Herb foot long chicken tika and NOW THEY HAVE SPICY CHIPOTLE. That's a dream come true.

Didn’t have the bread I asked for which was fine as they called and asked what I’d like instead but all the topping were wrong on that sandwich and the overall quality of the sandwiches was just really low.

First time I’ve ordered salad from subway - won’t be the last as tasted amazing. Sadly have had to submit refund request as it was missing the meat element completely. No issues otherwise, would highly recommend the salad items.

I arrived at 18:26, the open sign was still lit and the times in the door state 18:30 closing. The door was locked but the staff member was at the counter. When she saw me try the door she shook her head and switched the open sign off. When I pointed to my watch she just shrugged. This is poor poor service. I am disappointed in this as I stay away from home in the week and usually visit this store for my evening meal. I have never had this problem here before.

Absolute joke, waited ages for it margarita slice and sub to come cold. When I literally wanted them both hot or warm. Didn’t even send me the right sub either. Joke of a place

I didn’t receive my cookie which comes as part of the meal deal. The wrong sauce was put in my sandwich. And there were red onions and olives in the sandwich that I didn’t order.

Old woman was rude asked about breakfast menu got told egg bacon or sausage it's down there.. zero information !!! If you don't like working there just quit. Not just a morning person always miserable feel for her co workers... jobsworth personified 👎

Waited almost 2 hours for order. Driver not allocated until ETA had arrived then another hour until driver arrived at shop. Multiple attempts to cancel without success. Ended up going out to buy lunch because my child was upset with hunger. Shop was understanding, just eat not so much. Apparently this wasn’t an acceptable reason for refund. Only when I said the food was poor quality due to the wait (heated sandwiches had gone hard and cold and cookies put in the same bag leaking them gooey) that they said they may be able to help. However this is still in process.

when we have had salad in store they are quite impressive box, i have just ordered 2 and they are in quite a small box, i therefore feel these are overpriced and am a little disappointed

First time ordering online for subway. I was pleasantly surprised how nicely presented it was and still in tact (as had bad experiences from different sandwich shops) definitely order again AND my hot sides were still HOT..yummy 5 stars

I called on the day to get 3 platters made. I know it was short notice but my manager gave me job. The gentleman on shift was so helpful and really amazing. Sorry i didn't catch his name. But he deserves recognition he helped me out so much. It was was on 20th Jan. I couldn't ask for more

My subway looked like it does on the pictures, I ordered a Italian bmt double meat with lettuce, tomato, cucumber, peppers and onions with southwest sauce which is alot to fit into a sub so credit to the person who made it so neatly, I genuinely don’t think I’ve ever had one of these before without everything falling out of the sides before I’ve even tried to eat it so as far as I’m concerned this is one of the best subways I’ve had

Amazing how a well established business such as subway could mess up an order so badly. Sent both subs with completely different bread to which I asked for and also sent me what looks like hash browns instead of chips which I ordered. Next time use my contact information provided to contact me and don't accept my order if you're too incompetent to follow basic instructions.

I am utterly disgraced how you can miss so much of the order off! The woman at subway rang to tell me that the delivery driver was rushing her so he’s left the restaurant without half of my order ( a footling AND 2 portions of hash browns! I am not happy and want a full refund!

Rubbish, why are you using Swinton subway when there’s one in Walkden? The food maybe in a better state when it gets to the customers if you did.

Placed order on the Web site. Turned up not even gone through the the Web site. Shown that I've paid and printed off confirmation. Old girl was helpful to a degree. Then she got the order wrong after I shown her what was ordered. Another girl thought it was pick up. Give me a quarter of the order had to wait about 15 /20 mins in total. Avoid at cost. Never going back. If u could give half a star it's been generous.
