McDonald's in Salford

Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Waited 20 minutes at the drive through for 2 meals and a happy meal. No staff to speak to inside as they are all in the kitchen doing nothing. One guy outside giving drive thru customers their food to at least 20 waiting customers.

Categorically the worst McDonalds I've ever been to, every time I make the mistake of coming here. Dirty, staff not even trying to clean up, and 20 minutes for a simple order.

One of the Self service machines not working during the busiest time. Yet again items missing from order and requests not met. Always seems to be something regardless of the time of visit

Can' t believe the service at Eccles mcdonalds the staff don't care wrong meals cold meal one member of staff said she couldn't help as she was on her break I have never known anything like it it should be closed down.

Food always freezing and takes an eternity to be served no matter what time of day or night you visit. Restaurant is often filthy and the endless torture of beeping and alarms coming from the kitchen mixes with the shouting and screaming of the untrained customers mixes with the disturbing cringey pop music blared from the bass-less pound shop speakers.

Terrible experience here, I would not recommend eating here. The place is not clean, the bathrooms have broken locks, out of order urinals, machines don't give receipts and my order went off the screen after waiting over 35 minutes just to get a burger meal. I have never waited so long for food at a "fast" food restaurant.

Never have milkshakes available. Never get the order right. Everyone is now asked to park up and wait for the food to be brought out to the car. Then by the time the order is handed over, always missing items and have to go back into store. Pointless service

Missing food AGAIN, no sauces no straws. The food that did arrive, old, cold and thrown together. Avoid. Don’t order from here. Absolutely useless!

Very busy place in somewhat disrepair, seems extremely understaffed but they were really pleasant and helpful, most tables were reserved, there were tablets on the central table but some were broken, the toilets were a bit dirty and they needed some serious maintenance - urinals out of order and stall doors that don't close. In spite of that the food was fresh and great when it came and I cannot fault that. The car park is good and of a decent size to accompany demand. Many people did complain about long waits or incorrect/incomplete orders

If I could give 0 I would. They are shocking at best!

Check your bags before setting off. 2 meals with nuggets and selects not a single sauce, 3 meals with fries asked for extra ketchup, not a single sauce, Mc rib with only onions. None of the drinks had ice, 2 drinks where only full for 3 quarters. Not returning soon to this crapshow!

Cold chips, burnt burger. Lost order. Terrible service.

Absolutely dead. Sent the wrong food. Got a double cheeseburger instead of double quarter pounder. It was cold and poor quality. Didn’t even send sauces with the nuggets. Useless.

Complete wrong orders constantly. Its not difficult to put some items into a bag.

2 fries hasn't arrived with the order

Just ordered a maccies through the app to collect. Turned up made the mistake of going through the drive thru, took 10 mins to get to colection point where the young girls with the vacant look handed me a half drunk oasis. I asked her to top it up for me and she came back literally 10 mins later snd asked me if she could help me. There was no oasis to be seen but a 7 car pile up behind me. The delivery guy was great. Pleasant and courteous. The food was cold and dry and McDonalds are totally to blame for that. At this time of night, the food should be juicy and fresh, not on a bun that feels a day old and meat that is dry.

always late delivery and when you go to the actual restaurant, pay and get sent to a bay for 20mins to wait for a single happy meal. sort your management out in that place. if i order online i usually order from miles away because its always faster than eccles

The drive thru is very slow and constantly have to park up and wait. the worst in the county.

All items delivered were ok, not particularly warm, sauces for the nuggets were missing. However, on the plus side, Food was edible, and not bad for 2.35 am in the morning. Many Thanks.

my order has not been delivered yet i am totally disgusted with just eat i have had problems before with the you and i will be getting in touch with my local newspaper to tell them how bad your service is .

They said that there was no classic coke after I actually had paid for it. Then these young people ( no adults there) couldn’t solve the problem.

Food turned up freezing cold, no ketchup dip was provided even though I ordered it , and I didn’t even receive a straw to drink my Fanta out of !

Freezing cold chips, luke warm nuggets, onions on the burgers when the option to take them off said they had none in stock. Then the delivery driver spills the coffees and mcflurrys. So i spent 32 pound on some cold chips and a few nuggets.

Absolutely no fault of the courier but McDonald's took 75 mins to prepare burgers and fries.

Food was cold. The burger had onions on it,despite asking for no onions! The chips hardly had any chips in the carton and they sent the wrong drinks. Mc Donald’s at west one is the worst. Every single time we order there is something missing or wrong with the order or it’s cold. Won’t be wasting money on it again.

Driver was fantastic well mannered and polite. But Macdonald’s forgot my sweat and sour sauce so I had twenty dry nuggets 🤦🏻‍♂️

Messing up every order missing food food coming out cold and 30 minute wait for food all for their burgers? It’s a joke other orders were going before us that ordered after us it’s a joke absolutely ridiculous

Ordered breakfast which had a sausage double muffin meal and coffee. The wrong muffin was provided it was a bacon muffin which is ok but the big issue was the coffee was terrible almost like it was the run off and not a correct measure. The coffee is normally good but this was so weak undrinkable.

Cold food. Took 20 mins for it to be ready. Focus on drive through at expense of backlog of in person orders. All McDonald's are going downhill (whilst prices shoot up) but this is the worst I've been to by far.

My god this drive thru is SLOW. Always is! Seems to be the case with most of them these days. What’s the point in advertising fast food ! When it is clearly SLOW food

No sauce yet again makes my blood boil

ordered 9 chicken nuggets and only got 6 in the box. ordered big mac with extra sauce and onions and no cheese, got the tiniest sprinkle of onions on an otherwise bare big mac with the tiniest burgers you could imagine. food stone cold. no sauces at all. horrendous

food was OK, but as usual, McDonald's screwed the order up and gave chicken nuggets instead of cheese burger in the happy meal

Delivery time kept changing,I know the restaurant wasnt busy as a somebody was actually eating in there . The driver waited there for an hour just over . The drink they sent was a tiny carton of strawberry milk and not a milkshake . The person who one meal was for had to leave without it as it took so long and that was also wasted food. Sometimes I worry about the cameras on the car park charging me for staying too long when being asked to park up and wait for the food.

The delivery and packaging of our food was sloppy and missing sauces.

The order was disgusting. Wouldn’t feed it my dogs. The chips was stone cold not a bit of taste. The burger was meant to be a mc spicy it was black like it had been burnt and there was next to no salad it was hard and dry. The coke was flat. The only thing that was ok was the nuggets. The west one McDonald’s is a joke. The staff need telling the delivery is always rotten. Wasted £25. Absolutely disgraceful

When the food came the only thing that was hot was the coffee the food was cold they charge enough so i expect it to be hot or a least edible warm

Driver arrived at my work with no food just a drink with sauces, he was kind enough to take me to the the restaurant where they made my order fresh as the food was cold then drove me back to work if this wasn’t for the driver I would have been down money and food
