McDonald's in Salford

Very poor experience. Dirty, unpleasant place. Limited, unhelpful staff. Had to ask to have my chicken cut, because cutlery is made of paper. Waited more than 5 minutes to even talk to the staff.

Worst McDonald's I have ever been to

The most inefficient McDonalds ever. It should not take 10 minutes (and counting) to get a bacon roll and hashbrown.

I came here to purchase two meals and nuggets box. We waited 20 minutes for the food, and then they didn’t include all of my items. So then we waited another 15 for them to hand us a burger through the window, only to get home to cold food and fries. We paid £28 for cold food - not a good experience - and packing an order is literally just looking at a screen and checking what’s in the bag.

Went through the drive through and ordered a chicken selects meal and a big mac meal they decide to give me a big mac meal and mozzarella dippers. Absolutely appalling, no compensation received either. Was waiting well over 30 minutes for the food. You would think they were doing rocket science not a minimum wage job that requires basic phonics listening skills.

Waited 20 minutes to get my food in DriveThru, only to realise at home that I have not received my apple pie and extra cheese in my burger. Food was also cold and no salt on the fries. This kind of incident happens almost every time I go there….

Theres about 4 mcdonalds in a 1 mile radius to where i live but this one is that bad we sometimes go when were bored just for a laugh. From giving reasons such as "The coke is flat because we have no ice" to saying we are not allowed to take the dispensed sauce out in those tiny paper sauce cup thingys, all adds up to one comical experience. If youre lucky enough to go inaide and wait 15 minutes, you get to watch all the other disgruntled customers that are eating in go up to the counter and complain and watch the staff react as though they have been faced with the 1% question in the 1% club. Honestly, please visit this place, you will not be disappointed, (unless you want food)

Ordered a Minecraft cheeseburger happy meal, it came with a sonic toy and no cheese on the burger, not a very happy meal…

Food was very nice but three men trudged in with their pants around their knees and I could see EVEYRTHING. They approached me while I was ordering my fish fillet with 2 extra mustard and a small sprite, and said "hey little boy, (I'm 37) and told me to get them a Minecraft meal. Appetite ruined. Disturbing... I got the Minecraft toy I wanted though (Grimace Egg) Edit- ALSO i had an experience in the mens lavatories, I could not fit through the stall door, I got stuck and another man started peeing next to me and I could smell it. Very disturbing...

This McDonald's truly disappointed. The place was far from clean — tables were sticky and clearly hadn’t been wiped down in a while. The toilet was in an appalling state, which says a lot about the overall hygiene standards. To top it off, the service was painfully slow, with staff seeming disorganised and uninterested. A very poor experience overall.

You have the worst behaving staff. The app oder doesn't come through and straight up getting frustrated to the point where they can't remain calm and professional. First time it was a manager, chubby blonde hair lady wearing white shirt , and now same situation, but with one of ur staff. However it is understandable if the manager has no ppl skills you can't expect your staff to behave any different.

Every visit something is missing from our order. Sometimes we are lucky to catch it only to be made to feel like we are lying when reporting it to them, other times we dont realise until we get home. If it wasn't for them being the only place open after a late drive home, we wouldn't bother to give them our money. Today's disgrace. Typically milkshake machine wasn't working so I opted for a coffee which was an uncharge on our meal. Only to get home and find out it is only half a cup. How could the op not see this.

Why can this McDonald’s charge extra for the coffee on the £2.99 breakfast deal making it £3.39? I asked the question and there was no real reason just an added expense because they think they can… Never come across this in any other McDonald’s bit of a rip off but the staff are very nice.

My son is extremely upset as he’s not been given THE ADVERTISED Minecraft toy instead he’s been giving Batman

Every time I order there is items missing. My order today was £80 and half of it was missing. I wish they would check before they send it out for delivery.

Slow, never any staff behind the desk (for up to 10 mins) and often cold. Yet I keep going so more fool me 😄

order placed around 12.30 received stone cold and melted smoothie and pink lemonade had to ring restaurant before driver set off with order

Massively improved for west one. Still forgot straws for milkshake , but hey first time ages everything was in the bag and correct.

Order a simple 9 nugget meal and a nugget happy meal, didn’t get the 9 nuggets so left my son unhappy and had to make him nuggets.. waste of time

Currently writing this as im in the drive thru been 16 minutes since i paid and im still here at the first window. This is a regular occurrence (one on service is nothing to do with customer facing staff).

Driver rung claiming he had a problem with his App, told me he had took the order back to restaurant, then said he would go get it and deliver it, when he did it was cold and the McFlurries had melted I don't think he had took the order back at all,

Driver is seen on tracker the other side of eccles, food stone cold, no straw and wrong dips given which i paid for

Please heat the oil before you cook chips. Please check the use by date before you give out coffee with lumps of old sour milk floating in it. Cheers......................

Took 2hours and 35 minutes from order accepted to being delivered - there is no way of contacting anyone to cancel the order and you can’t do anything until the order has been delivered absolutely awful customer service

The delivery time moved constantly from the initial order time so not impressed also items that were payed for not included as I’ve already submitted really poor service from a major eatery that prides itself on good service

Staff very rude. A customer came in shortly after us, he questioned the mess and the untidiness of the seating area. The male staff member argued back and was very arrogant and dismissive. There was no staff on the floor or the desk to serve customers.

Asked for no eggs, eggs were added anyway. Tried to resolve the issue with Kollimarla but insufficient help was provided and the chat was rudely closed when I asked for the matter to be escalated.

Not good! The food was barely warm; yuk!! The venue looked like a children's nursery and was just as messy. To be fair to the staff, they were starting to clean up. The self-service machines were not responsive, and I ended up paying for an extra meal because I didn't think it had registered my first request, and the machine wasn't issuing tickets or receipts. I certainly won't be visiting again. There are other branches that serve warm food. I was very disappointed.

The best McDonald’s in the UK. The McFlurry here has lots of cookies, while other branches give way less. They also give plenty of sauce for the burgers, whereas other branches’ burgers almost have none.

Waste of money and health. Big scammers order food online is says it will take 15-20 minutes and delivery time keeps going up until you wait almost 3 hours. Crazy thing is you cannot even call the restaurant to ask about your food!! Do yourself a favour and order somewhere else..that somewhere else will probably do better food anyways

Delivery driver did not call or press the buzzer to let me know he was here. He left the food outside on the pavement. Shocking. Food was cold as a result. Burger was excessively greasy.

This was definitely the worst McDonald's I've EVER been to in my life. It took us literally FORTY minutes to get our food and then proceeded to give us completely the wrong order and when they gave us the right order they still got parts of it wrong! I would NEVER recommend this even to my worst enemy.

They have affordable and variety food, we enjoyed their crispy hash brown and Double Sausage & Egg Mcmuffin.

I am absolutely fuming. Whilst sat in Salford Royal Hospital waiting for my friend to be seen for a gash above the eye (he was hit very very hard) I decided to look for nearby food sources. This McDonald’s was nearby and I was very excited to see it was “open 24/7” apparently 24/7 doesn’t include 3:54AM on Thursday mornings. I spent £6 on uber each way to get to this establishment just to find it was CLOSED. Yes you read that correctly CLOSED. I am astonished at their lack of forethought in this matter. I am also extremely hungry and very upset about the lack of food I currently have. I will NEVER return to that McDonald’s and I would strongly suggest no one else do either. Words cannot express the emotions I’m feeling right now but if I had to summarise I would say; hungry, upset, disappointed. I hope you can learn from this in the future! P.S the vending machine was broken at Salford Royal but I understand this was no fault of McDonald’s

Food was basic hungrr food which was just what i needed after a horrible day at work. The star was the delivery seiver who is a credit to the company. Very polite, friendly and professional. Wish i had change to tip him at the door.
