It’s ridiculous how cold and stale that food is especially when it’s so hot today how is that possible how long was it sat in he’s car it’s literally cold I’ve just spend how much and I’ve got to put my food in the microwave to be able to eat it and then it doesn’t taste the same I’ll never use ur service again unless I’m refunded for the food the.l drinks were fine

The fries were really cold and also the burgers. Also forgot the straws for the milkshakes

You never get the food you order, i was missing half the order and delivery driver could not help. You dont get dips or straws every single time

Absolutely furious half my order missing food cold. Order a large milk shake and got a small child’s carton of milk. Absolutely disgusting service from McDonald’s. How dare you take my money and send this order.

you need to check ALL items are in the bags!!! it's not that hard. and the fries are under cooked soggy and nasty

My order took over an hour to be delivered from Mc Donald’s which is 5 minutes away by car. The restaurant had it on “preparing” for at least 30 minutes and it was stone cold when it arrived

Everything was there, everything was tasty, driver was fast and also a nice guy, very happy.

Absolutely shocking sent us to the bay for are food to be delivered waited 25 minutes then they gave us cold food I know we can get over run at times but the manager needs assessing or retrained he couldn't handle the situation

Food cold when received...not the first time this has happened but thought id give them another chance ..if they don't have enough staff to cary out a basic service then they should at least put up a sign informing customers of either counter service only or drive through service only..really not hood enough..😡

Ordered food after a LONG day at work at 1.40am, just wanted to eat and go to bed. It arrived at 4am, after saying 'courier at the restaurant' for 2 hours. Food was literally cold, not even lukewarm. Terrible.

never received my order n even mc Donald's comfirm there was no pick up for this

the food came the time it said it would which is good but i opened it as soon as it got here and it was cold and my coke was almost warm and really flat.

When I placed the order said it would be here by 3pm, driver phoned me at 3.17pm saying he was outside I stood outside for 2 minutes then phoned him back he then realised he was no where near when he double checked the postcode (I have a screen shot of the map where us was at this time) arrived at 3.30pm half hour late, freezing cold because he had gone to the wrong location also mozzarella garlic bites were totally missing from the order to. I want a full refund for this order.

My driver informed me that my drink was spilled and my food was damaged in the process

Mcdonalds pretty much all the same so I only judge on if you get a proper portion of fries, as we all know when you order a fries it's often only half full. Partly due to laziness of staff or lack of training. The fries I got were just about a pass, not bad enough to complain and get a topup but no where near a full portion. A full portion don't need to look like the photo but I would expect to at least see some fries poking up above the box

don't understand how difficult it is to order food and deliver said food without food missing . JOKE

ordered two mcChicken sandwiche meals and received one McCripsy and a drink!!

Wasn’t made right, i asked for no lettuce, extra sauce and extra onions. It came just burgers and bun. I complained and it said they would get back to me… nothing. Shocking service

Just felt unclean and staff not really customer focused. Food was cold and when home order missing food. Called then but didn't seem too bothered so paid a visit until eventually it was replaced but felt as I was bei questioned as to my honesty.

Original delivery quoted was 10.15 am ' food didn't arrive until 11.30 am and was cold . Very disappointing service and we won't be using macdonalds delivery service again from west one location.

I find hair in my food and every time everything is coming wrong or missing. I order juice is missing,i order mayo chicken with out lettuce and have lettuce inside and i find hair inside. Horrible service!!!!!!

Ordered and again came without sauces as i made sure I ordered 5 extra sauces, with a big section at the bottom of the recipe. But again no dips or an kind of sauce. Now im eating it dry, and also its cold, because delivery was delayed like 5 times. Never ordering again, lost a customer.
