It's very very good food I love it and I ordered first time lovely spice 2000

In every kebab takeaway I have been, when you order food on a NAN, the NAN is big and full. Not here, the NAN is not much bigger than a pitta. So if you want to share you will certainly be hungry. Not much meat, more salad. I was going to say Sorry will not be back! But I'm actually not sorry, I work hard for my wages, I feel so ripped off!

First time trying here and was absolutely lovely definitely recommend it

delicious food. been coming here for a long time. pizza could do with a little more tomato base but everything else they do is gorgeous 🤤 staff are also really friendly

I moved to irlam 6 and a half years ago and was told by some friends to avoid Spice 2000, but i like to form my own opinion so i ordered from there for our family. The food was not the best so i avoided it for years. I then heard a couple of years ago it was under new ownership so two months ago, i went in face to face to order. The person front of house was on his phone (fair enough) and blatantly ignored me for a good minute or so whilst he messed on his phone. Someone else eventually saw me, looked me, said something to the guy on his phone in a foreign language, who then in turn said something back to him and continued to ignore me. Eventually we did get served but the customer service was like nothing ive ever experienced before or since. Still i didn't leave a review. Fast forward two months. I rang to place an order. The person taking the order was so rude and he came across as if he was refusing to understand what we wanted to order. I appreciate that is probably not the case, it was probably a language barrier. When the delivery came, i unpacked and the portion of chips we ordered were missing. So i called them back. The same person answered and as proof that he couldn't understand English, he passed me onto someone else. I explained that our chips were missing and he told me adamantly that i didn't order chips. We did order the chips but in all honesty, whether we did or not is irrelevant....this person was so rude it was untrue. Long story short I'll never buy from there again... they've had several chances.

Food is just fantastic, the wings are to die for 💯 came very very early too - can’t go wrong really

Ordered a chicken tikka masala which was supposed to be a red sauce given the picture and previous times we have ordered. it turned up yellowish to orange and was very watery and tasteless. chicken wings were over saturated and soggy. Overall really disappointed as usually the curries from Spice are great.

Special Grilled Chicken Wings were bland Cheeseburger fell apart as was eating it , flavour was good though.

Spent £14 on a large chicken and donnor kebab and it's tiny what a shame I spent about £50 a week with spice now I will have to go somewhere else 😡 I feel like I have been ripped off

Used to be a good takeaway with large portions ... now, i ordered a large donner calazone for £14 and im not joking they gave me 5 stands of donner inside and just filled it with cheese. I get there trying to make money but dont rip your customers off guys

We ordered the set meal for 2 and the food was piping hot and delicious and delivered earlier than the expected 60-90 minutes time given. We will definitely be ordering again.

Food was good except the pasta. The pasta was too salty. Also was not expecting it to be covered in cheese. Larger chunks of chicken would have been better.

On menu chicken korma and butter chicken are listed at £8.96 each on my receipt I have been charged £10.95 each. I also ordered a large Ben and jerrys ice cream at £6.95 but received an unknown brand called OPPO brothers. This will be the last time I buy from Spice. The curry was lovely but I don’t like being ripped off

Great takeaway for burgers and chips for my teenage son and his mates all of them lapped it up said it was spot on I often have the good from the curry menus always delivered on time if not early and tastes good 👍

While I've been a loyal customer of Spice 2000 for quite some time, my recent experience was disappointing. I ordered via Just Eat at 18:10, and despite being notified that the food would be ready by 18:40, upon arriving at 18:25, the order was already prepared and packed and sat on top of an oven. Sadly, this resulted in the food being cold inside, and the naan, which had become crispy, over done and inedible. It's disheartening as I've had great experiences before, but this time, the premature preparation affected the quality. Hoping for improved timing and food quality in the future.

The order got delayed by about 20 minutes (or put back), they did update us to say they were running late. Food arrived hot and my son said it was one of the best pizza's he has ever had and my kebab was delicious as tasty. First time ordering and would def. use again.

Normally always get a kebab from here and it is usually amazing This time it came with no onions and I requested onions The Donna meat was like bottom of the pot left overs hard and over cooked Nan bread was undercooked and sloppy!! Never usually have a bad meal from here but am very disappointed now as it was a total waste of money and not enjoyable at all

Delivery was prompt. That was the good bit Food was awful Soggy poppadoms, curry was runny and spicy when we asked for korma and chicken curry Onion Bhajis was burnt black To cap it off its the most expensive in Irlam and cadished by far. Last time we will be going there.

Food was really nice. It was a large order and we all enjoyed what was delivered. Delivery was on time even though expected time was quite a long time. Items were missing, I tried for approx 10 mins to phone them to let them know but phone was always engaged.

The customer service was appalling, the employee on the till tutted at us when he had got the order wrong and had to amend it. The chicken wrap was quite literally 1 piece of chicken and a tortilla wrap, laughable. I don’t like writing bad reviews but when it’s this bad something has to improve I’m afraid.

Ordered the £7 Chicken mix, it said 2 hot wings and 2 pieces of chicken. What came certainly wasn't what you'd expect 2 pieces of chicken to be, they were just small deep fried patties instead of pieces of chicken, and the 2 hot wings were tiny. Not worth the price tag of the meal at all. Total false advertisement.

Absolutely dreadful. Ordered a lamb tikka kebab and not only was the lamb slimy, they had covered the whole thing in that much yogurt sauce, it was curdled and all of the naan bread was soggy. The chips were barely cooked and the whole was inedible - total waste of money 😡

Quick service however the food has changed. Most certainly not for the better.

Ordered at 20:40 for a 9:20 delivery. Arrived after midnight despite being notified as ‘on the way’ and ‘delivered’. Spoke the the restaurant 3 times who finally told me that ‘they only had 1 driver’. Arrived cold and inedible, offered a £8 refund. If you can’t deliver don’t take orders and don’t mislead your customers by telling them it’s on the way. Such a disappointment.

Yeah it’s gone downhill this place, avoid. Needs reporting to be honest. Pointless trying to contact the premises as they don’t really help you. Seriously order elsewhere

Sent wrong order spent £42.50 so not cheap and missing one meal sent duplicate tikka Marsala that was so sweet it was inedible shame we’ve always had good food from here

Chips were hot soggy and stuck together. Burger was burned and bun was soggy so fell apart and pizza was burned on the bottom but top was just cooked. Was kind of disappointed due to the price. Don’t want this comment publishing.

Have ordered few times from spice 2000 and don,t usually have any problems with delivery .They are usually on time but were over 45 minutes late on last order and delivery man althought polite did,nt apologise. Would recommend other than that.

Fast delivery. However, the burger was pink and the hash browns were very soggy. Didn't eat any of it. Best part about this meal was the can of Pepsi.
