Ordered donner kebabs first 2 orders were amazing but absolute let down on are last ones the food was really cold and more lettuce that kebab and I was made out to be a lier think they seems to forget customer is always right I wasn’t even making this up like most other people would to get myself freebies or extras food was gonna place order just then to see if maybe it was a one time mistake and the way they treated me just by me telling them the problems I had with past orders they had no interest in even listening as last time I told them about the order they were going to sort something out next time I rang them to order food off them again and so I did and they said we’ve never had problems before and I was like ok don’t make me out to be a lier anyways I told them I’ll leave it cause way they made me feel and they said ok leave it! Will not be ordering of this takeaway again! Shame cause was going to be my local kebab takeaway but ain’t being treated like that and paying for something that I didn’t get

Having known this one for ages, reliable for chicken tikka freshly made kebabs, seekh lamb kebabs, spicy curries very tasty, and, of course, donner meat tastes very well from this man. Chicken fillet burgers taste highly satisfying, fresh halal genuine.

This was our first time using them and I must say, we were really surprised! Customer service was really good, staff were friendly and understand our order. The chicken donners were really nice and the special onions really complimented it. 100% we will be using them as our local regular for kebabs!

Ordered for first time. I have ordered 2 garlic nan they was just a plain..Ordered lamb did receive chicken...for the price should be rice included.. diffrent dishes tasted same.. £24 a meal and it wasn't nothing what I expected sadly

I ordered meat bryani which wasn't available they then offered me chicken bryani and chicken was not even cooked properly (hard)

Normally always alright from here, added the same note that I always do no salad on the chicken burger or chicken tikka kebab and to add garlic mayo, came looking like a garden without garlic mayo smelling hazelnuty, will return tomorrow due to allergic reactions.

Food was excellent apart from the burnt chips which we did not appreciate

pizza was okay. but the cheesy chips were awful! they put the cheese right at the bottom of the box and the chips were wrapped in paper. so each bite was cheesy paper, threw them away. probably won’t order from here again

Donner meat was cold and well under cooked poppadoms were really greasy. This used to be a great takeaway. I will never order from here again had to put my food straight in the bin

Don't eat from here they don't give you all ur order and then refuse to bring the rest of the food... Also got cheaky on the fone because he fort I could not bring the food back witch I did in my own car andc he still tried to refuse my money back and I dint have all my items it's a disgusting takeaway and I have reported him to health and safety

The food was late it was cold and yet again they forgot the rice this something that has repeatedly happened the keema rice was awful and the chips wasn't fresh the curry looked awful UNFORTUNATELY I HAD TO RETURN MY FOOD IN MY OWN CAR BECAUSE THEY REFUSED TO DELIVER THE REST OF THE FOOD A FULL REFUND WAS GIVEN AND THE GUY HAD HIS HANDS IN MY RICE WHEN I RETURNED IT PLEASE DO NOT EAT FROM HERE

Best kebab I ve had in my life. The size of it could feed 3 of us. I specifically asked to have my nan well done and it arrived just perfect! Quality of the meet was so great that it melted in my mouth. So fresh and thin cut. They couldn’t do more. Defiantly my fave take away place so far. Ps. The driver was so polite and even came back to let me know I ve given too much money where really it was his tip. It just shows how honest and profecional they are. Fantastic services!

I ordered from this restaurant because they have a food hygiene rating of 5 (very good), which gives me piece of mind. The curry was pretty good, although the delivery service was't great. I was called to come down from my flat and collect the food from outside, while the delivery driver sat in his car, which isn't really home delivery at all as far as I'm concerned, so I won't be using them again. But as I said, the food was okay.

They had forgotten our popadums, rang then about it and the customer service is rubbish and we never received the popadum we PAID for!!!

Food was delivered earlier than expected which was great. Poppadoms could do with a touch more salt but otherwise everything was great! And good value price wise too!

Not much to review - I have used the restaurant many times before. I left it 40 minutes after delivery due time and called the restaurant, they advised that it had been delivered and that I was lying or a housemate must have stolen it. Never using this restaurant again, I've now paid for food that has never turned up

I aked for the Biryani not to be too spicy, when I got it, after a mouthful I was gasping for breath it was that hot, I suppose the chef is having a good laugh, this is too warn other people don't expect it to be not as hot as you want it to be as the chef will make it hotter.

Delivery was estimated atound 45 min, 30 min was add buy restaurant and after was around 30 min late. Little long for just 2 pizza but was bank holiday !

food was fantastic as usual, however arrived too early as my partner wasn’t home from work and was bringing the money, I was £2.40 short and spoke to someone on the phone and he let me off, was excellent customer service, the food really is good from here!!!

This used to be the best kebab shop in Salford. Now their mixed kebabs taste SOAPY or CHEMICALLY. This is a major shame as I've been going there for years. Please get it together guys I miss those great kebabs.

We have used this place for years and most of the time its good but quite often it can be bad and there has never been an alpology or excuse just ok whats your order.the delivery driver says its new chefs or they have trouble with the stoves he even said they were flooded but never a sorry.and yet we still use them once or twice a month.

I love this takeaway restaurant 'the food is beautiful & fresh and always hot when I receive my order , I'm a local Salfordian guy & sweet.. Strongly recommended by me and my girlfriend I rate 5-star +..peace

Food arrived on time but was gross, my dopiaza was more like a sweet and sour chicken, not nice. Pakora was so dry and burnt we couldn't eat any of it :/

The staff who answered the phone when I told them my order was 1 hour and a half late had no apologies and jut said when you order for delivery it takes time not 1 hour and half later although the delivery guy was apologetic
