Amazing food always nice fresh and tasty, great service would definitely recommend food is always perfect every time we order.

Hi All I had a curry from them a few weeks ago and put a very bad review about it being under cooked anyway the point of this review The manage called me on the same night and offered me a fresh curry he apologised whole heartedly so he kept to is word this time the curry was the way I like it yummy 🤤 So I will be ordering again from them

The Food did not even come! The driver did not ring or call the apartment as instructed. Called them over ten times and no answer. Had to contact Just Eats for it to get sorted and has taken 3 hours of my night! Complete waste of time.

Delivery took 1 hour and 25 minutes to arrive which was 15 minutes late. The food was cold and the lamb was tough. Would not recommend.

Food took a total of 1 hour 40 min to be delivered and it all needed heating up in the microwave. I was missing my onion bhaji and popadoms and the chicken tikka masala was like water. Tried to call but got no answer. Ordered from here in the past and never had a problem.

Dreadful. The king prawn rogan josh had 2 prawns in it and the rest was chicken. I’m a pescatarian.

Super food, value for money & friendly efficient service despite being busy

Waited almost 2 and a half hours for delivery to the point we got in the car to go to the place ourselves! Tried to phone 11 times but just rang out (Got delivered while was on way) food was absolutly freezing cold so thing was made and forgot about.. I understand Saturday is a busy time but 2.5 hours! Really?! Maybe next time pre warn your customers so they can decided to wait or not

Hello, my food has just arrived 30 mins late making a 90 mins total delivery time. That’s not even my complaint though it’s the fact the food that did arrive is truly uneatable. It was stone cold and had to be heated up. There was one small portion of rice in the set meal for two. The salad consisted of two pieces of cucumber and a slice of tomato alone on a tray. The curries where clearly pre cooked and frozen before being barely heated up and sent us, indicated by the fact they were 50% water. The only thing they managed to achieve with this order is the constancy of the bland tastelessness of every last item sent.

Food was good but the delivery time was terrible ordered food at 6.10pm and estimate delivery of 7.10pm was quoted, received a message food had left the shop and would reach our home by 7.15pm several phone calls later and lots of rubbish information about where the driver was and that he was stuck in traffic when our home is one mile away on the same Rd as the takeaway the food arrived cold and without apology. Not happy customers.

Food never arrived. No one at the restaurant appeared to be present to answer the phone. Ended up having to ring Just Eat to cancel the order and be refunded. Avoid.

Wasnt too keen on the korma, but the starters was very nice.

I have used this restaurant for many years and quality has gone really down hill. It took nearly 2 hours for the food to arrive and when it did was barely warm. However, we were so hungry to not eat it! Will not be using again which is such a shame as been such a long standing customer.

Not the first time it's happened but gave them grace the first couple of times. Items missing from the order is a constant and get fobbed off with lies when you try to sort it out. Avoid these idiots like the plague. They do not care one bit!

I have never ordered from here and had the food be on time!

Food was average at best, sheek kebab was tasteless and rubbery. Delivery and communication was awful. Had to ask just eat to contact them to get an update as they weren't answering the phone. Very disappointed.

I did not get what I ordered, and I chose not to call them about it because it was already 20-25 minutes late. Cauliflower had somehow been put in every one of my dishes, even though 3 of them were supposed to be potato based. The cauliflower that was in the dishes was undercooked, I had to spit some of it out as it was rock hard in the middle. I understand a few of the bigger pieces being undercooked, but I couldn't finish my food because even some of the potato was undercooked. I'm just not impressed.

The food was 45 minutes late, so arrived almost two hours after ordering. The driver was incompetent and we had to keep calling him to find out where he was. The restaurant offered no apology - only half arsed excuses. Won’t be ordering from here again.

Nowhere near y to Indian food... ordered butter chicken tikka and it turned out to be sweet and with coconut !!! before ordering i called to instruct shouldn't be sweet etc and the guy confirmed to just mention it while ordering that need India style and still it was sweet and awful !! would never recommend anyone to order from here if you looking for a proper Indian food taste !

The most horrendous chicken tandoori curry I ever had.

I ordered chicken Korai and specifcally asked for this to be made desi style - however what arrived was cut up chicken tikka in a madras / bhuna sauce and extremely oily. I will not ordering again

As always the food ordered was freshly cooked and tasted delicious. This is the first time we’ve had it delivered, but we should do it more often because when I have collected in the past there was always something missing from our order. well done guys!

Was an hour late and they said itd be another 5 mins, then when Just Eat called them they said itd be another halr hour, so just ended up just cooking for myself lol.

Lovely food but very late and poor communication between the people on the phone and delivery driver as I was stood outside waiting as they said any minute at 8.45 then didn't turn up for another half hour. Very apologetic though and nice food.

Quite enjoyed my experience here. I got a very "unique", take on my favourite curry. Then basically told to stick it up my bum when I complained about it. If you don't like dealing with customers you shouldn't have any then.

2nd time we give Indian Flavaz a try and not making the same mistake again. The food was extremely late. I waited 2 hours in total for the food to arrive. At some point, I called the restaurant which said it should be with me in 5 minutes and it actually took half an hour since I called. The food was mediocre and the 'medium' spiced curry turned out to be very hot. I've not had such hot Dupiaza. This was my last order from Indian Flavaz.

Food arrived late, tikka starter warm, Keema curry much to hot? Even when requested...made the meal unenjoyable and wasted, my wife's butter chicken was enjoyable, what a shame

The onion bhajis are so delicious you can tell they are homemade. I find many Indian takeaways to be quite mild and taste like sauce out of a jar, but the curries from here are perfectly spiced for me. You can tell the ingredients are fresh.

I canx the order then got a call from just eat saying I had canx the order at 8 pm, Indian Flaverz said they were here @ 7.30 pm but as I stated I called @ 7.45 to find out where it was? As complaint adviser I record calls @ 7.45 pm I called them asking where was the food they said it's on it's was as a complaints adviser I RECORDED the call NOT WHAT THEY SAID TO JUST EAT?????? Honesty is the best policy. I will now be sending both the recordings to Just Eat customer services.

Our was correct but food was cold. very disappointing for a birthday gathering. last thing you want is wet nan breads due to being packaged up and left to sweat. ordered at 19:35 expecting delivery by 20:30. Food finally arrived at 21:15! not the first time this has happened from them and this time there was no urgency in the phone call I placed asking where our food was. “he left 2 mins ago”, that was at 21:00. already over the estimated time. and then arrived at 21:15.

The portion are for children. I paid a lot of money for the fish masala and it was 5 little pieces smothered in sauce and a little rice. Not value for money or worth the wait. Do better

Terrible, despite calling the restaurant 3 time and being told it was 5 minutes away, the food arrived 45 minutes late and like warm. The driver apparently went to the wrong address first despite having my full address and postcode. Steer clear, they couldn’t care less about service.

While the food wasn't really bad I wouldn't order again, I've had much better but thought I'd try this place. The food was slightly cold when it arrived but I just warmed it up.

The food arrived late, missing items. The curry was supposed to be a medium heat and it was too hot to eat. I called the shop to tell them of the missing items and was told the driver would drop me some off in 15minutes for him to then not turn up !!!!! Shocking service and food was horrendous

Poor food. Samosas were frozen, microwaved poppadoms, naan was soggy, curry weird lumpy texture almost as if it had curdled, bhindi bhaji was gross. Also took ages to arrive. Worst Indian food I’ve had

Don’t normally leave reviews but I have to on this occasion. being Indian myself I struggle to find good Indian takeaway food but this was the best Indian delivery takeaway I’ve had. From the service, to the delivery and food it was exceptional and I will definitely be a returning customer now that I have found you! I really rate the Indian flavaz special it was just the right amount of heat and the meat was cooked lovely. the king prawn puri starter was amazing. thank you so much :-)

Second time ordering from this restaurant. Food was as nice as the first time so I decided to leave another review. The Aloo curries are so good and the chips are perfect, not too greasy and not too dry. I was also given 2 drinks which was a nice gesture! Highly recommend!

After having our estimated delivery time pushed back by half an hour, when our food was still not here 20 minutes after it was due I called the restaurant to enquire after my order and was rudely told "your food has left" before being hung up on. Our food finally arrived 30 minutes later than the estimated delivery time and was lukewarm. When the delivery driver eventually arrived after being "in transit" for about an hour (bear in mind that the restaurant is located 2 miles away) he made an excuse which suggested that the reason our food was late was that he was watching the football. The food is usually great from Indian Flavaz, but this experience left a sour taste in my mouth. I doubt I'll be ordering from them again.

Bought 3 different vegan potato curries for £2.50 each and they were a lot bigger than expected. I'm suprised they are so cheap as the price does not represent the taste! The chips were quite large for the price and they also provided free poppadoms with mango chutney. Highly recommend, would definitely order from here again!

My first time here. I ordered the Tandoori King Prawn starter and Tandoori Mixed Grill (TMG), with madras source, for my main. Firstly, everything was freshly cooked and well presented on arrival. It was nice to see an option for different sources, most JustEat restaurants don’t offer that with a TMG. The TMG was excellent and fun to eat. The Madras source was a little mild, but no complaints. My Tandoori Prawns starter were good too, but a little light on the portion. Just the 3 prawns inside the foil lined bag. The garlic naan was decent, fresh, with ‘hints’ of garlic. I ordered the chilli chutney with my popadoms, which blew my head off (in a good way). Popadoms were decent, but personally they should be free with orders over £15. Overall, I was more than satisfied. This was my first time here and it won’t be my last. Hopefully my next TMG will be just as good, if not better next time - with consideration to the madras source. Delivery was on time. B+

Korma was watery and tasteless - mild doesn't mean bland. Tandoori chicken overly salty, tasted processed.

Terrible food and terrible service!! Food arrived 20 mins late, after already adding time onto the delivery time. Delivery guy didn’t even acknowledge me at the door, just threw the bag at me and left. The food was cold on arrival. I ordered mushroom korma and mushroom rice- neither of which had ever seen a mushroom. Not single one in sight. I had also ordered a veg korma and the mushroom one was exactly the same as the mushroom. The onion bhajis has been cooked days ago and tasted of old oil. All in all, shocking food, terrible service and it all went in the bin. Absolute waste of money!!!! AVOID! Probably the worst curry I’ve ever had!!
