Subway in Windsor and Maidenhead

customer service was awful as i was told to shut up my friends were given bluemolded bread and bread was burnt

Had to ask multiple times for a chicken kids meal all she said was again or two I said can I please have a chicken kids meal same reply so I asked again and got it then when it came to mine she completely messed up put wrong item in and put through as a single when I asked for a meal I asked 4 times for the yo-yo and a drink and got ignored then when I raised my voice a little she listened absolutley disgusted with the service got our meals and waited 7 mins for a cup will not be returning at all A little girl after me ordered and it took her forever to do it half way through she want out back for 5 minuets and then told her she couldn’t have what she asked for and made her cry

The new employee in this branch is too slow serving customers. I decided to walk out this time as it was taking extremely long for her to serve the customer ahead. Same situation happened on a previous occasion, however I decided to wait to be served. And I did wait for nearly 15 minutes…bad service

Just visited the store yesterday 25/6/2021 around 18:40, very neat and tidy and food was very good and well made, guy on the counter was very nice and very helpful. Would love to give feedback each and everytime I visit the store. Fantastic job team subway 👍🏻

I went to windsor subway on Saturday evening I really had fun and the food was amazing and the customer service was really good. Young man was really nice kind. Great day .

On the last day of my visit my Sister suggested lunch which she was thinking about making but we decided to get it delivered in instead to save her the effort and from depleting her larder. She had a salad delivered which was very large and I had a very tasty tuna & mayo roll. It took 11 minutes from ordering and paying so it was very impressive.

Op een plek waar zoveel toeristen zijn, zijn veel restaurantjes en dus veel concurrentie. Deze Subway zit nog in een zijstraatje ook, dus niet direct in het oog van de toerist. Toch stond er een lange rij toen wij besloten hier te gaan lunchen. Ze doen dus wel iets heel goed! De dames die hier werken zijn een geolied team dat goed op elkaar ingespeeld is. De rij voor ons was zo weggewerkt en we konden nog zitten ook om van onze sub te genieten. En er was zelfs een toilet. Kortom, ga lekker hier lunchen als je in Windsor bent!

Visited this subway on the way to our hotel after a day trip to Legoland. Nice find. Clean and tidy. Fortunately it was empty when we went so quick service and normal price. Also has a toilet which is a rarity for subway!
