ordered cheese filly steak which didn't have cheese onions and sauce and pepper the bread wasn't toasted rubbish

Ordered a subway through Just Eat, the order consisted of a foot long sub and a salad. I am entirely unimpressed with how the salad was prepared. I paid over £9 for essentially nothing inside the box. Every time we order, we add a note that your employees do not read. The employees clearly need to be retrained as this is just not acceptable It’s shocking, it looks like you don’t even care about how you prepare the food. It’s a well known fact you eat with your eyes, so the fact it arrived in such an unappealing matter is appalling.

Delivery driver couldn’t find me, was difficult to understand and rude

The driver was really rude, couldn’t find the property and was really rude about it rung me telling me to come out my house and then when I said I was he was demanding I wasn’t then when eventually he found it put his map on his phone up to my face and started telling me it’s wrong so I showed him my door and took my food. Really rude

Items missing that shouldn’t have been available on the website. I have a type 1 diabetic daughter who I gave insulin for the items I ordered as I saw the delivery driver arrive, only to open the bag to find items missing. I had given the insulin that of course can not be taken back and this is so dangerous. I spoke to the store who was manned by ONE member of staff who of course couldn’t do much, this isn’t acceptable. When dealing with food, restaurants need to know about type1 diabetes!!

would have scored higher on quality but bread was wrong way round. I ordered tuna in white Italian and veggie in honey and oats but they came the other way round. lucky were don't have allergies. other than that great 👍

Delivery drive just knocked on the door and left food on the doorstep.

The chicken was so cold I couldn’t eat it! The bread had been toasted but all the roll was broken which made the filling fall out! The free cookie wasn’t sent. Very disappointed

The delivery guy was extremely lovely.

Bread was solid, half the fillings were outside of the bread and food turned up 15 minutes late and cold.

wrong items were delivered,when I phoned subway to tell them they didn't really want to know and said contact just eat,all I wanted them to do was phone the driver because she had obviously given me someone else's food and someone else will be given mine but the guy on the phone didn't seem interested,not happy at all as usually this restaurant is very good

Food turned up barely warm after over an hours wait, plus they put the cold drinks in the bag with the food making it wet and cold, did get and extra cookie but not worth the disappointment of £23 of cold food that took ages to be delivered

It arrived towards the later time of the 2 delivery times it gave. I feel the restaurant could have been faster with making the food and giving it to the driver

They have mixed the breads up, turkey sub was meant to be hearty Italian and was given the herb bread. Both sandwiches had fallen apart and bread was soggy. There was also no cheese in either of them.

I am not a prolific customer of Subway and never from this location which was the only one available to deliver. The white Italian bread was not as I have had before. It certainly wasn’t 6 inches long! It was a horrible, standard, bland piece of bread, with not much ham inside. The hash browns within the sub were cold and tasteless. I used the contents (having hAlso I had missing items. In future if I want a Subway I will order from the one I usually use.

Food is good but I got charged £12.57 for 12 cookies and a large drink when that should be approx. £8

But jalapeno peppers instead of pickles in my order could not eat my food.

The order never turned up. Don't order late or you won't get it.

My food never even came I want a refund and I went to speak to someone about it it kept getting put back over and over again and my doodle never even come I have recite I order at half past 10 and it hasn’t even come and it say delivered

Delivered exactly what we ordered and even put in some free cookies with a lovely note attached. Love it. Only downside is the delivery guy had to call up to get directions to where we were which was a bit of an inconvenience to have to stand out side and flag them down, but this is not the fault of the restaurant as it's a Just Eat delivery guy. It just added extra time to the delivery time as I had to try and figure out where they were to direct them to where I was.

Gluten free 6inch roll actually pleasant to eat, some makes can taste pretty awful, plenty of filling and exactly as ordered. Footlong was great too so I was told. Defo order again.

Firstly food was stone cold. Breakwich sub missing eggs but no mention of this or discount. Missing my crisps, missing my bottled drink.

Technically on time but the delivery time was put back several times. No matter, very tasty.

Overcooked and dry hash browns, sandwich came toasted and all the salad - lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber etc - was warm and slimy. Totally disgusting.

Subway were amazing- no problem with them whatsoever and thank you to the server who spoke to me on the phone regarding my order she was very helpful. However, the driver had driven almost 45 minutes away from my address (physically driving past my house), he proceeded to return back to the Gosport area and phoned me for a post code which I gave. When he arrived he told me I must have given them the wrong address and that is why he went to the wrong address. I showed him my order on my phone to prove I had given the correct address, he then said it must have been an admin problem from Just Eat; however I’m confused that he drove 20 minutes back to the Gosport area after already driving 40 minutes away before trying to confirm the address, surely if he thought we were that far away he would have stayed there to call so he wouldn’t have to drive back.

Delivery was almost an hour later than the original estimated delivery time. Not the fault of the restaurant, but the fault of drivers not taking up the job. When the food got to me the big breakfast had no eggs (message on the order stated they had no eggs). Got to wonder if because it took nearly an hour for a driver to arrive at the restaurant other orders had the eggs that could have been in mine. There was no substitute given in replace of the eggs, and no partial refund for the missing element in my order that I had paid for.
