your driver was extremely rude he kept asking me my numbers which I gave him but for some reason he wasn't getting it. I went to say hello to a dog while he got my food out of his bag which he didn't do quickly as he had to get them all out to work out which one was mine. He then had a go at me because he was busy and I was wasting his time. I told him he was being rude and he just shouted at me. when I paid my bill I gave the man a £3 tip and he was rude. Food was all cold/ not heated. Absolutely flavourless. Dorver had three other orders from different restaurants in his bag so clearly getting to places on time wasn’t a priority for him.

Ridiculous staff on the evening of February 17th; they had no customer service sense, were unfamiliar with the menu, did not know how to handle food, and the food was not even warm.

missing loads of items. no crisps and cookie as part of the meal deal and no extra drink. £31 for a footlong a wrap and a drink. Very annoyed as I can't get a refund on some of it as part of meal deal. Sack whoever was working tonight. rubbish

Order arrived fairly quickly but the waffle fries, nacho bites and hash browns were all cold and soggy and the dips for all 3 sides were missing

Ordered a subway through Just Eat, the order consisted of a foot long sub and a salad. I am entirely unimpressed with how the salad was prepared. I paid over £9 for essentially nothing inside the box. Every time we order, we add a note that your employees do not read. The employees clearly need to be retrained as this is just not acceptable It’s shocking, it looks like you don’t even care about how you prepare the food. It’s a well known fact you eat with your eyes, so the fact it arrived in such an unappealing matter is appalling.

Delivery driver couldn’t find me, was difficult to understand and rude

The driver was really rude, couldn’t find the property and was really rude about it rung me telling me to come out my house and then when I said I was he was demanding I wasn’t then when eventually he found it put his map on his phone up to my face and started telling me it’s wrong so I showed him my door and took my food. Really rude

Items missing that shouldn’t have been available on the website. I have a type 1 diabetic daughter who I gave insulin for the items I ordered as I saw the delivery driver arrive, only to open the bag to find items missing. I had given the insulin that of course can not be taken back and this is so dangerous. I spoke to the store who was manned by ONE member of staff who of course couldn’t do much, this isn’t acceptable. When dealing with food, restaurants need to know about type1 diabetes!!

would have scored higher on quality but bread was wrong way round. I ordered tuna in white Italian and veggie in honey and oats but they came the other way round. lucky were don't have allergies. other than that great 👍

Delivery drive just knocked on the door and left food on the doorstep.

The chicken was so cold I couldn’t eat it! The bread had been toasted but all the roll was broken which made the filling fall out! The free cookie wasn’t sent. Very disappointed

Bread was solid, half the fillings were outside of the bread and food turned up 15 minutes late and cold.

wrong items were delivered,when I phoned subway to tell them they didn't really want to know and said contact just eat,all I wanted them to do was phone the driver because she had obviously given me someone else's food and someone else will be given mine but the guy on the phone didn't seem interested,not happy at all as usually this restaurant is very good

Food turned up barely warm after over an hours wait, plus they put the cold drinks in the bag with the food making it wet and cold, did get and extra cookie but not worth the disappointment of £23 of cold food that took ages to be delivered

It arrived towards the later time of the 2 delivery times it gave. I feel the restaurant could have been faster with making the food and giving it to the driver

They have mixed the breads up, turkey sub was meant to be hearty Italian and was given the herb bread. Both sandwiches had fallen apart and bread was soggy. There was also no cheese in either of them.

I am not a prolific customer of Subway and never from this location which was the only one available to deliver. The white Italian bread was not as I have had before. It certainly wasn’t 6 inches long! It was a horrible, standard, bland piece of bread, with not much ham inside. The hash browns within the sub were cold and tasteless. I used the contents (having hAlso I had missing items. In future if I want a Subway I will order from the one I usually use.

My food never even came I want a refund and I went to speak to someone about it it kept getting put back over and over again and my doodle never even come I have recite I order at half past 10 and it hasn’t even come and it say delivered
