some items missing from the orders. ordered cookies and only got 1 instead of 2

This is the second time this has happened and it will never happen again. I’ve ordered a meal and it didn’t come and he said it was delivered. They give me a refund and I took it back out later in the day. I am not happy with this. You provide, and they would tell people what you’re doing. You might lose your money

Toasted my sandwich with the wrong cheese, instead of making a new one they scraped the cheese off put more tuna in it shoved the right cheese on and toasted it again how vile

Lots of choice. Service slow however. Coffee not the best. To say there is an atmosphere in a Subway is a bit of a stretch. 3 tables to sit at while you wait. I wouldn't choose to eat there for the atmosphere. Much better to head to the sea front/pier and take in some fresh air

Had a lovely chicken salad and plenty of it will come here next time rather than Barry as the food always looks past it

Not a good branch surely. The employee doesn't want to put enough sauces in your Sub. Obviously the Sub will not taste good if the sauce is not enough. Asked multiple times to add sauce but the lady added just a small bit. And I had to eat a dry 6 inch Sub that day. The other branches like one on Clare road are too good with making your Sub.

The food was adequate, I have no complaints about that, but if I ask for a footlong, but all you've got is 2 six inchers, please at least have the courtesy to tell me about that. Your staff seemed completely disinterested and feckless. One member of staff asked me the same question four times ie "Is that everything ?". And then the person who put my food together asked me the same question. Also, none of your staff wore facemasks. Sort it out. You, as a franchise owner, should know that the staff you employ are doing your business no favours at all. Train them better please, not only for the sake of your franchise, but also to help them to be better as future business owners. Everyone has great potential, it is up to you to help these young people to realise that. Please do better.

Probably the worst subway experience I've ever had, bread was substituted with out even letting me know. the bread was STALE and was extremely small, didn't even fit the patty. Subway pride themselves in calling their staff sandwich artists, not to sure that it applies to this particular branch.

Sandwiches. Not that good either.

I went in today and I ordered a meal with some chips and wanted to have south west seasoning they gave me hardly any. The service was horrible and they hardly spoke to one another messing up my order which meant I waited extra for my meal.

Bought the kids the mini bites £1.25 each one piece of cheese in the cheese bite will not be buying again as there no point paying for such rubbish subway please give vale for money

Three guys working as a team preparing, loading and delivering the product. This worked really well in a fast food service, nice to see good teamwork. The food was good and fresh.

Do not order here for a delivery, you will not get what you ordered and will not get a new one sent out. If you want a correct order, I suggest going in person and watching over exactly what is being done and correcting. I don't understand why it's hard to follow an order on an Uber eats receipt when it literally lists the items wanted but whatever, youve lost a regular customer now

really poor!!! waited 10 mins in the que of myself and one other psrson (while they were making uber orders up) then finally got my turn, the sandwich i recieved was swimming with sauce so much so that the "crunchy tiger bread" was a soggy mess, gave up eating it in the end as was over powered by marinara sauce and couldnt taste anything else in the sloppy mess that was my sandwich

Usually quite happy with subway but got there today at lunchtime, a bit of a queue, but not too bad, but so many web orders that I had a 15 min wait for a sub. Not saying the web orders were queue jumping, but had I known I'd have to wait that long I wouldn't have bothered. The sub was nice.

Attrociously slow service, the bloke seemed clueless and out of it. Another time I was in there the girl was running the shop all by herself with no other staff apparently around!! And she had right attitude with me too, as if I shouldn't be there! I'm the customer hello? Disgusting service and the food tastes somehow worse than usual subway food, never going back.

Subway ok food it does fill you up and they are all the same the only thing I find is if your some where new we never try small business that may be better we just go for what we know

Took the poor bloke 20 minutes to make a cheesy garlic bread sandwich... and he forgot the cheese. I wish I was joking. The most accurate description would be like watching sloths attempt to make sandwiches. Food was cold by the time it took him to finish.

Yep always liked Subway. Their food is lush but not really nutritional. Who doesn't like junk food now and again.

This subway branch is never really busy so good for a fast drop in. The food is the same as any other subway but the salad didn't seem very fresh. The lettuce was browning and the cucumbers were dried out. The staff were friendly, polite and helpful. The food was reasonably priced but I wouldn't recommend the salad bowl.

Foods usual standard but opening times are the worst and shut even earlier then advertised previously but if you go early enough you should be fine haha

Had to ask shop assistant in another store if they had a subway in this town. Thank goodness they had! 😊 Tucked away down a side street. Well worth the walk in the rain. Sub of the day was meat feast wow what a meal, ham,salami, TWO meatballs as well as cheese and all the trimmings. Fabulous!! We always look for subways no matter where we are 'cause we love 'em!!! 😂 As usual very friendly staff and food always fresh. Where else can you get a meal like this for the price. Answers on a postcard plse! :-)

I need some food for a business meeting next day, really pleased to find out that this shop has sandwitchs platter to offer, I made an order for 2 platters which have 32 sandwitchs! There were some really meaty ones and even some for vegetarian. Really solved my problem. Sandwitchs taste really good.

My sandwich here was lovely, the guy with glasses made it and he made the most tidy sandwich I have ever seen!
