Always nice sandwhich and always warm, but chilli heatwave is unavailable on menu.....but the workers always read notes and put in chilli heatwave as I have asked.

You have some problem with the map.. is the 2time i'am ordering and the map is sending the driver in a different place.. is not a driver fault if you give them a wrong location.

Tried calling for 30 minutes to correct an order. Didn't pick up. Don't advertise phone number on your website if you won't pick up the phone

Absolutely disgusting, been charged 15 quid for two lunch deals when the lady told me to pick either cookies or a bag of crisps as it'll be cheaper. When I went to sit-down and saw the sign for 4.99 and went back to the till. The lady had the cheek to tell that I didn't mention the lunch deal. Bloody robbery in daylight. No impressed and won't be going again to subway.

food was absolutely delicious thank you but what wasn't so great I saw the driver spit on the floor/flower bed I mean if you need to do it do it outside when you get off your bike not just after you've rang the bell knowing someone could be watching 😉

Wow! What a welcoming eatery!! The staff couldn't be more helpful, courteous and patient with each and every customer I saw coming through their doors looking for a tempting morsel to digest and liquid refreshment to quench one's thirst!!! Well Done Crew!!!!!

Best subway ever- always the best service and nicest staff. No other subway has genuinely ever compared. Not stingy on the salad and I’ve never had to wait longer than necessary. 10/10

I ordered Doritos nachos which is supposed to come with mozzarella cheese as it cost £3.99 and all I got was a bag of crisp.

This is a great Subway, fast and efficient which is exactly what you need and very generous portions.

Everyone who works here always seems absolutely lovely, and they made great sandwiches!

Driver left the food on the floor outside my front door (no front garden, ergo street) and drove off. When I opened the door he was already gone. Next time I’ll just leave a window open so he can just throw it in.

Overall experience was good and definitely will go there again. Food quality was good.

I dont know who did it. But I got a love heart on the top of my salad and A note on the top of the box.. And the best service ever. I will be ordering again. This made my week.. thank you xx

Also, they are not filling salads and stuffing according subway standards as i know how much goes in it as i was working in subway. The sandwich was inedible, whoever prepared it poured the sauce all over making it impossible to taste anything other than the sauce. You have lost a customer, I will be ordering from a different branch from now on. I am a fully paying customer not a begger!!!

Tasted nice enough at the time but later that day I threw it all up and it was the last thing I ate. I had food poisoning for two days. My advice? Don’t have the tuna mayo. I won’t be eating here again.

FOOD POISONING! Group of three of us went in for late lunch, one had meatballs, one tuna and one steak and cheese yet we all had food poisoning. Can only think that the temperatures being used to hold the meats are incorrect. Spinach frozen Slow service Friendly staff once served though

I should have given 5 stars for the food, but the service and ATTITUDE was so bad. The big guy, can only assume he is the manager had the worst attitude ever. The young girl there has no chance to learn the correct way to serve anyone. Will never go back there again.

Well prepared and handled with care

On a quiet rainy Sunday, when on one was actually queueing, the staff was extremely impatient and impolite when asking what fillings we want. He rushed me through as if he had a queue of 100 behind me. It is absolutely shocking. I'd be better off going to any fastfood shop in town and get slightly better service than being yelled in a quiet cramped subway. The staff need a lot more training than anyone in town.

ill mannered manager While I visited with my family and friends, a total of 9 people, we tried to use it a food voucher deal with we received. Before we even made an order, the manager yelled at us saying that only one voucher was allowed, which was shockingly rude. Then, when my wife ordered the sandwiches, he said bluntly she was not allowed to order certain kind of fillings or meat. When it comes to the vegetables, he did not explain the addition of grinder cheese would incur extra cost and he charged her directly without any explanation. The way he talked to her was loud, utterly impatient and ill-mannered. The same happened to my friends who happened to be Asians as well. When other locals ordered their sandwiches subsequently, he did not speak with the same impolite attitudes. He made me wonder whether Asian looking customers using an offer were not entitled to the same level of service as a local who knows exactly what to order. This is a hugely disappointing and displeasing experience. The shop was actually not busy and we were the only customers ordering food in the first place. Compared to my other experiences in extremely busy fast food chains like McDonald’s or Burger King in town, our experience with this staff was absolutely less than favourable. I will never go again. At least, not when I saw that rude manager.

Didn’t receive order and called numerous times no answer. Have applied for a refund but had to pay delivery and can’t get it back!

Delivery driver couldn’t find the building so parked all the way down the street and was very abusive to me down the phone, then proceeded to use extreme language towards my boyfriend, who had to walk to the driver to pick up the food.

Tried to ring them about a voucher that was sent through the post and got hung up on twice in a row will not buy from them ever again

Went in at 10:50am to order a breakfast sub and was told they were no longer doing breakfast. Even though they are supposed to do it till 11am as I pointed this out on there menus behind them. I was told no and to get out. I will not be going to Subway again

Cannot believe how stupid some people can be, Ordered a footlong got a 6” girlfriend ordered with guacamole and cheese (paid extra for it) - completely missing. How hard is making a subway sandwich?

i ordered a large wedges and they came as a small with about 5 chips in ! i also ordered ketchup and got a different sauce ! i then asked and showed how the order was wrong and they then brought the same thing back out she had eaten about 5 before this photo was taken ! absolutely awful !

AVOID. They double charge your card, get orders incorrect, and then argue with customers. This new location has two self ordering machines, they are however incredibly laggy and have a terrible user interface design. The 'back' button is located at the bottom and not the top left, trying to reinvent the wheel for no reason. Various menu items on the screens have 'test' written next to them so they're clearly not ready for prime time and should not have been turned on. As I was waiting an incredibly long time for my order in a near-empty restaurant (10 minutes for a 6 inch toasted sub) I overheard an employee arguing with another customer that had used the screens. The customer's order seemed to have been put through incorrectly to the staff in the back, and as the customer clearly demonstrated to the member of staff he indeed selected 'footlong sub' unlike the six inch subs that the staff brought out. Instead of helping the customer, the staff instead argued with the customer that he did something wrong. This was disgusting to see, especially as I had already seen first-hand that there were technical problems with the machine. It is also worth noting that the machine prints out receipts that don't show the £ symbol but instead some sort of Chinese character? How incompetent were the people that set these machines up? I wasn't going to leave a bad review as teething issues happen with new things, but I was brought to anger when I was double charged same amount the next day. It turns out the first payment was approved by my bank but then declined by Subway, then they took the money again the next day. This causes the amount to be taken twice from my account. After speaking to my bank I expect half of it to be refunded in a few days. To top it all off my sandwich was slopped together with even less care than normal. Not to mention the flies flying around the preparation area. I've learned my lesson to never return to this subway location ever again and to spend my money in an independent sandwich shop which I should have done so from the start.

Sent to the wrong address - the food and drivers were AMAZING couldn’t speak highly enough of them but the app just sents it to my home address when I’m ordering at work 🤦‍♀️

Hi, I would like to request a full refund on my meal I ordered yesterday please - I am a frequency customer ordering every week and yesterday I didn’t receive 3 things from my order and was too busy to contact yesterday due to work

Order never arrived and have had problems with this before and the shop does not help of you call them, you are just told to deal with it on the just eat app. Do not use if you want reliable, helpful service

I booked my food for a certain time over an hour in advance but it was still about 30 mins late! my sub was ok but the Doritos with cheese and jalapeños was cold and stodgy plus I got the wrong crisps.

15cm and 30cm subs with your choice of a wide range of fillings, also for the kids meal a mini "3 inch" sub with a Fruit Shoot drink and a cookie.

BRILLIANT! I've had some bad experiences with Just Eat, but today has been fantastic. And Subway have been great too (they've gotten my orders wrong in the past). 10/10
