McDonald's in Colchester

Sprit drink had leaked all over food wont a full refund

Not happy, drinks were all tipped over, 2 chips missing only got one large chips

Stone cold food got delivered on a bike

pancakes came with no sauce dry

Order never arrived! Why give delivery codes if there requested and the food is given without them

I took a chance ordering a McDonald's because l know colchester is tied up with delays, due to roadworks..Food wasn't hot as I had hoped..Won't order again !!

Time flickered between 3-6 minutes. Food was cold

This macdonalds is very clean but there isnt enough staff during lunch periods. Takeaway companies are definetely prioritised over any orders and having staff who are very very slow at organising orders was painful to watch. Even the simpliest orders were taking 20 mins+ during rush.

FOOD DID NOT ARRIVE. Did not receive this order. It was showing as processing order for over 3 hours. It never arrived. Money was quick enough to be taken. Had children waiting for their dinner. Absolute shambles. Want a full refund. I’m so angry. Food never ever arrived.

Several items missing, no OJ for kids meal and no pie. The courier had stops before and by the time the food got to us everything was cold, ice melted into the drink, and mcflurries melted. Pointless.

Deliver driver took 20 minutes on a 5 minute journey. We watched them stop off at a location for 5 minutes. They arrived and sat outside our house in their car on their phone. They delivered our food still talking on the phone to someone else. Our food was cold.

my order has not been delivered!!. where is it please considering you have to have a code number who has taken my order!! my money has been taken out of my account so where is it . im not going to order from you again you're done this a few times with us but iv let it slip

It's just so small for a city centre McDonald's. It's very busy but only has two stands. The stairs are really steep and there's no lifts making it hard for prams and impossible for disabled people. There are much better McDonald's out of town. My burger was a shambles too and the Lettuce brown and the chips chewy.

The food was as expected for a McDonalds but somehow someway it tasted that much better. The delivery driver was friendly and amazing. Best guy in the Colchester to deliver food!

If you want a Mcdelivery, then stay away from this place and avoid it like the plague. time and time again, the orders have been missing items. how hard can it be to pack the food that was ordered by someone?? Save your money and go elsewhere or support an independent takeaway.

Waited nearly 20 minutes for a cheeseburger happy meal (no customization) to be served. Should not take so long for fast food!! The staff were just moving so slow with no sense of urgency to get orders done. And this was at 11.45am. Hate to think how long the wait would be during lunchtime proper.

Food delivered with food missing and completely cold. Phoned the store and they i formed me it is bagged when a driver is allocated. This was about 40 minutes before it was picked up. They admitted that the temperature of thefood is not checked once bagged, meaning it would be below the legal temp hot food can be stored at. The person I spoke to also didnt know the temp food has to be when cooked. They cant refund and unereats refused to as it was supposedly delivered in a good time. Environmental Health are being contacted.

I ended up ringing the restaurant because the food was over an hour later than the time I was told when I first ordered and when it arrived it was literally freezing cold. I had to put It all in the oven to reheat it in the air fryer. the burgers couldn't be heated up as they were full of lettuce and sauce so went in the bin!
