Restaurant very long waiting time

I'm going to say this is a great place for fast food, the muffin I had looked exactly like they should do and it was hot, the staff are so friendly and smile.

Visited here at lunchtime yesterday with the family. Extremely busy downstairs but quiet upstairs. It's easiest to order via app or use the big screen upstairs rather than queue for the screens downstairs. Fries were a little undercooked but everything else was as expected for a McDonald's.

Ordered the double Big Mac burger with bacon X2 very nice on the Paris Olympic opening ceremony 👍👌🇫🇷🇬🇧

The food arrived very cold and late

Order time, great! The order on the other hand not so great ordered 6 hash browns to receive not even one and also missing my pancakes! Not happy at all have tried to ring the franchise but no hope of getting through

Fries were bright white, cold and barely cooked, burger was cold , rider didn't have a heat retaining bag , not sure who deals with it but I only got the notification of driver on their way less than 1 minutes away

Not happy coz I didn’t get my fries and sauces and burgers was a little cold

dips missing from order as usual, not difficult to get things right is it?

We were missing the melon ordered 🙄🙃

all food ordered was cold,squashed in the bag. fries were so disgusting and soggy

Food was great, delivery driver was absolutely fantastic and went above and beyond, great experience

Does the job and is quick but can be a bit rough at night though I guess that is to be expected

Breakfast wrap meal missing,one of the muffins was wrong should have had no egg not sausage.coffee's were cold and delivered late. Dont think i'll be using this service again.

The food was actually still hot so we were buzzing, super quick. However, there was 2 burgers missing from our order, one of those was for my autistic son and it's his birthday meal choice, so that wasn't brilliant.

Cold , cold , nothing nice about cold fries just Luke warm burger

Disgusting. Arrived 75 minutes after I ordered but was picked up 30 minutes after. Was stone cold. We live 10 minutes from store max.

First time I’ve had a McDonald’s delivered and actually ate the fries because they were still hot

Only ordered 2 hot drinks and a mcmuffin waited over 20 minutes with our 2 drinks just sitting there by time we got them they were luke warm staff more interested in dealing with just eats user eats etc fuming really never thought I'd go off this place

I ordered a McDonald’s meal to be delivered at 1.00pm, it kept being pushed back and back u til 3.10 when it got here the food was disgusting freezing cold unfit to eat - not fit to eat by humans how can I give kids chicken that I dine knows how long it’s been stood around for it’s a huge joke. Disgusting waste of time and effort. The driver said he had started work at 2.15 and had just been given the order, it’s not his fault at all but he was the only person I was able to main to. !!!

I git my drink and another drink which wasn't mine but no food I paid over 18 pounds I want a refund

Ordered burger with no pickles, mustard or onions and it had all of them.

food arrived stone cold after waiting an hour and 20 minutes to arrive. delivery time kept changing. delivery driver rang and very rude.

Order took over an hour to arrive. Driver not bothered. Very angry

manager rang to let me know they were re cooking my food and it did arrive warm 👍🏼

2 hrs 13minutes after order confirmed. Food stone cold. Absolutely terrible service. I will not be returning and will be making a complaint

said the driver was waiting at the restaurant for over 30 mins, when food arrived driver said there was no wait at all. went from 30 min wait time to over an hour. not on.

Food was absolutely freezing because the delivery driver sat in a car park for 20 minutes. Food had therefore gone stale. Shocking customer service from the delivery driver, no explanation as to why it took him over an hour to deliver my lunch

Coffee split all over the food ruined

My ice cream was fully melted all 4 of the chips were cold and my Big Mac was all over the place

My house number was not on my order but shows as delivered, someone got a nice £30 meal for free

Food took nearly TWO HOURS to arrive. The delivery driver was sat at a previous address for almost 20 minutes. The chips were missing and the food was stone cold!!!

My food is missing. I did not get my food Im waiting outside.

Everything was cold, chips awful soggy and milkshakes melted. Things probably sat in the bags so long waiting to be delivered. Was a waste of money.

Staff are sometimes friendly. Last time we went in there the ice cream machine needed more milk or something in there. But they didn't bother refilling it. And we have half of the ice cream! With the delivery don't get it from here they just put the bag on the floor! So there are no tables to put the bag on (delivery also sorry about quality of the picture)

driver in Colchester (white Audi) delivered the wrong McDonald's breakfast. We have the opportunity for a refund, but have now cannot use the £15 voucher we had from Just Eat (hence me ordering in the first place).

Food arrived over an hour later than originally advised. And arrived cold so it went in the bin

This is absolutely ridiculous , I’ve waited nearly 2 hours , for cold food , he didn’t even come to my door or call me he wait for the time to run out , he delivered another order and he let mine on restaurant , I will not use just eat anymore

The food was on time according to the delivery time however it was pushed and pushed and pushed with my driver spending 40 minutes at the restaurant and my food turning up cold

Missing 4 lots of chicken nuggets and a mayo chicken.

Food was good but was missing 2 McFlurrys to which JustEat also wouldn’t refund. So I paid £6 for literally nothing! :)

Food hot and quick , service fast and chaotic, let down by being barged out of the way with delivery drivers . Disorganised shop front.

Every time we order there is also some missing so someone goes hungry. it's also cold on arrival.
