Subway in Stafford

Bad customer service, ordered through Uber eats and because of the confusing layout didn’t put any salad or sauce I phoned the store only 2 minutes after ordering and they refused to put salad on my sandwich and so I paid £15 for a plain tuna sandwich, should have just walked to a supermarket and got a meal deal

Ordered through Uber eats. Simple tuna salad double meat and 3x cookies. Cookies were missing from order and the food quality was very poor soggy peppers and a small scoop of tuna. I Called the restaurant and was told by the manger he made my food and that he did miss the cookies off the order. Very concerning a manger would let the food leave the restaurant at such low quality

Twice now I’ve seen this guy making the same young girl behind the counter very uncomfortable. When he noticed I was watching this time he started telling her how he was only joking to which she said nothing. Someone should watch this man. 5 stars is for the girl.

Can I suggest that your otherwise excellent Subways are preferably not prepared by a young lady with free-flowing waist length hair. A hair covering should be worn perhaps? Health and Safety?

Great service, fresh food and excellent portion size make for a satisfying experience. We have visited other branches around the UK but the Stafford branch sets the standard. Return visit assured. Well done staff!

Ordered food online and claimed my food had been delivered when it hadn’t took my money anyway and no answer on the phone

I popped into my local Subway WV8 for a lunch sandwich, the two people being served in front of me were NOT wearing masks, even though the sign on entering the shop clearly says DO NOT ENTER WITHOUT A FACE COVERING. I questioned the assistant why he served them, he said HR said they can't refuse to serve anybody. I decided not to purchase anything there because of this stupid ridiculous rule. I informed the assistant why I was leaving without buying anything, he looked totally shocked and bewildered. In the current environment, how can this be considered safe. SUBWAY POLICY IS COMPLETELY MORONIC AND I WILL NOT BE GOING THERE IN THE FORESEEABLE FUTURE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Not sure if it’s all the subways but when I finish work I come here for my dinner and by 18:00 they’ve put the sauces away so not much choice there. Might aswell shut at 18:00 if there going to put food away at that time.

Ordered 4 footlongs, 3 turned up after an hour and a half, one was missing and took another hour to be delivered with no apologies!! Absolutely disgusted! £27 wasted!

Subway just got guacamole and it’s delicious on a veggie sub. This subway is located within walking distance of shops and parking. Service was excellent and sandwich was just what I was craving.

Missed half my order been waiting half an hour and they still haven't dropped it off. Family's food went cold while waiting. Spoke to someone no apology just told there's nothing they can do. So unhelpful. Zero customer service skills. This has happened more than once. Useless!! Ended up waiting 40 minutes. Food wasn't even that good.

Ordered for me and my two kids. Kids orders were missing everything, had things on that they didn't ask for, no cheese, not toasted!! My order was not toasted and soaked with sauce!! And too top it off it took hour to get three sandwiches!! Come on for god sake, but best bit the delivery driver turns up smoking!!! Rang the store they said they always get complaints about him, well fire him then!!! They have offered me free order up to the value of the order, yeah we will see if that comes to fruition!

Terrible food. Driver was a spotty youth with the van radio turned up a full blast. Won't be using again.

Very efficient and excellent service. They're very fast and polite, I come here often and never experience problems. They deliver too which is so convienient. Lovely store

This place disappoints everytime! This time subs came cold, 1 sub had no sauce on meatballs- thrown together looked a right mess!! Get it wrong EVERYTIME and deny ever their fault! Missing item and wrong drinks. Met with rudeness by girl when called up- told me cant do anything about it as no manager. I asked so its ok my orders wrong again and my sandwich so awful and youre doing nothing?! She was telling me its tough and have to keep it! They didnt have ordered drink flavours but never rang up to ask us just changed them completely. Finally agreed to send out replacement sub and cookie that was missing after argueing- wont be ordering again- customer service is non existent! Standards here for delivery are terrible never improve!

Had to ask the way as its all the way down one end of Bridge street but as I was only visiting and not pressed for time I window shopped on the way served very quickly and a lady going round cleaning as soon as people left so was clean

Visited this branch in stafford after an evening out, good local subway that was ideally situated near the main bar/clubs and is open late!

Este es el peor que he estado en metro! Mesas de planta y sucio de vista global! Comida fina pero no en otras tiendas de metro estándares. Ningún tipo de servicio al cliente! La comida fue lanzado en el envasado y la taza para mi bebida se estrelló. La puerta de la cocina estaba abierta y me seriamente valorando mi salud. No estoy seguro de si los inspectores de alimentos han visitado, pero deberían hacer. No pleasantries del personal de hecho luchó que preguntar lo que quería. Siempre me tratar con la gente como yo quiero ser tratados por suerte me fue muy amable con él aunque no cabe duda de que podía haber sido grosero! Yo evitaría este sitio si tuviera usted!

Los subterráneos son generalmente mucho el mismo donde he estado. Este hotel está en el lado equivocado de la ciudad para mí, ya que es en el camino de regreso a la zona, parque que del centro de la ciudad. Siempre parece ocupado con los jóvenes. No hay mucho espacio para sentarse a sólo un par de asientos así que realmente es una llevar.

Great food, great price but terrible customer service. I went in here to order two subs which took about 20 minutes for the elderly member of staff to make. I don't know if she was a new member of staff but she had no idea what she was doing! I had to repeat my order at least 7 times for her to understand what I wanted! She also pretty much whispered when she spoke so communication was difficult!I wouldn't like to be served again in this manner. I know it's only a sandwich shop but you still expect some degree of customer service do you not?!

Check your change at the new Subway on the Stone Road I been ripped off I had a £3 meal deal include a drink I was charged exta for my drink- also makes really poor sandwich
