Subway in Cornwall, Isles of Scilly

Today I visited subway and was extreamly disappointed with the service the lady who was taking our order was very very rude she had long black hair and when I asked her which chicken it was she shrugged her shoulders and turned around I then asked for no jalapeños on my nachos as I am allergic I got home and there was extra on top while being cold as soon as I got in the car I asked for my sub to be toasted and the cheese was barely melted while being cold as well I had to toast it at home in a toasty Machine I have had multiple issues with the service from only lady think it’s disgusting and very unprofessional

Ordered nachos for my son who really doesn’t like spicy food Asked for no Chili’s on then and they came covered in Jalapeños my And then came cold along with the sandwich was not toasted at all really bad service the woman with very dark black hair was seriously rude and slam the food down on the side refused to answer or really listen to our order seriously very upset and debating whether or not I ever want to step foot in there again

This place is absolutely disgusting! I’m a chef and I’m aware of food hygiene and health and safety standards.. which ever way you look it’s filthy.. the celling looks like it’s growing mould and the floor looks like it hasn’t been mopped in weeks.. the tables were covered in various meals whilst the staff are standing out the back doing nothing! Not what you expect from a large chain!

I visited subway after a night out, however it seemed to be busy.I was served quickly and efficiently.My server washed his hands and changed his gloves after finding out I was vegan even though it was pretty hectic in there. The vegan sub was soooo tasty.I’m super happy subway offer multiple vegan options now because other fast food places (Mc Donald’s, Burger King, KFC and most kebab houses) seem not to be able to accommodate. The food was fast and reasonably priced! I would return to this subway

Visited for coffee at 9pm. The guy serving was helpfull & the delivery driver frieendlyy. Would visit again.

I dropped in for a take-out one evening last week and, to my surprise, some new offerings had been added to the menu. As well as their usual fare, now we have open salads and wraps to choose from. After some discussion with the hungry, I purchased a selection of wraps: two spicy chicken and one vegan. Nobody was disappointed. Highly recommended.

One person serving at 1130, so would imagine it might take a while. Usually go for a salad, but tried the Gluten free bread. One half was rock hard, other half soggy and tuna was vaguely warm due to bread being microwaved, so total waste of money and bag of crisps for lunch. The "normal" sandwich was ok, although a bit stingy.

Rude and mouthy person serving a total disgrace sort it out I’m sure this is what you should not employ visited on Friday night

Service was slow as only one person serving but in the end it was worth the wait. £2.80 for a Ham on Honey Oat with all the trimmings. Great bargain in yhis fay and age.

Subway is Subway although having said that I prefer a wrap to the subs. Subway is a good place to stop if you are short of time, if you have visited one Subway you know what you are getting as they are all the same. This one has a high staff turnover and they range from enthusiastic to 'don't care', the new "Saver Menu" appears to be favourite from my teenagers.

Disgraceful, at 1:30 the doors were locked even though the opening sign clearly said open till 3. All the lights were on we just couldn't get in. Subway has always been our saving grace and tonight it was just a disappointment

they say online they serve hot food until 1.00am but was told in store rudely by a member of staff that they don't serve hot food after 11.00pm..

Subway is a good place to stop if you are short of time, if you have visited one Subway you know what you are getting as they are all the same. Good bread rolls filled with your selection of meats and salads. Salad bowls are also good value.

Feeling a bit peckish so called into Subway for a quick snack. Usual choices on offer and as quite empty got served quickly. Subs exactly as you normally get, nothing great but all ok. Went to use the toilet only to find it was full, tried to flush the mess away but flush broken. Told the server behind the counter, he said ok, about 5 minutes later he went to the back and I think informed someone else about it. As I was leaving, he put his head round the toilet door to have a look, no urgency about anything.

For a quick snack you won't go wrong at Subway, fair choice of sandwiches with good choice of fillings.Good value food and drinks.

Went in with my friend for a sub, but the guy (think his name was Adam) was scratching his beard while waiting for the subs to toast, and was on his phone, but then carried on serving without changing his gloves! Not only bad customer service, but not hygienic. And when we went to sit down, the table was so filthy, covered in tobacco and just mess!! And there were other tables that were dirty but despite being empty except for us, there was no cleaning. Was probs just texting more maybe lol

I went here recently for a quick takeaway. I popped to the toilet while our subs were being made and was totally disgusted by the state of the whole toilet cubicle! Looked like it hadn't been cleaned for weeks. It was midday so had only been open for an hour or so. If an area open to customers is in such a state it's disturbing to think what the rest of the place is like, behind the scenes! My husband had paid for the subs so we took them but we couldn't eat them after what I'd seen. I wish I had demanded a refund but we were in a rush and to be honest I was in total shock at how a food establishment can think that filth is acceptable. I will not be returning and strongly suggest people avoid this filthy place.

Subway, much of a muchness, same more a less in everyone you go to. The Falmouth one needs more staff i assume as the place was dirty when we went in on Saturday evening.

Service was very friendly but a little on the slow side. Products were lovely, the usual selections and combinations. What you see is what you get but standard to the chain.

assim como o sistema subway do brasil, o subway de falmouth conta com diversas promocoes. Taloes sao distribuidos pela cidade com diversas promocoes imperdiveis, como 1 libra um lanche. Para os viajantes que estao com pouco dinheiro vale a pena.

The staff are friendly. They open till very late (3am), so it is a good choice if you don't want greasy food after a night out.

Always Happy friendly service with plenty of tempting selection of for your Sub flatbread or Salad So tempting to try the selection of cookies available as well

Dirty filthy place where i advise no one to eat. dirty tables are the normal and food on floor at most times. toilets bad and staff usless

With so many excellent choices in Falmouth why eat at subway? The meats are processed as is the cheese, nothing is fresh etc etc

This is my local subway, and as always the six inch isn't quite enough and the twelve inch is what does it for me. The southwest sauce is awesome and works perfectly with bacon and chicken. Im not a regular but when I do visit I enjoy what I have. Could be cheaper for what they are but makes a change from the normal. I just wish they were consistent with the food temperature, sometimes it's perfect, then others is luke warm and not so good. The subs look quite messy and tbh flat, but they do taste good so that's the main thing I guess. Keep an eye out for the money off booklets they offer, they then become more pocket friendly. All subs wherever they are located all smell and taste the same, so I feel this is a universal review.

Okay, it's Subway. On offer is a range of 'subs' made 'the way you like it' apparently. Hmmm ... false advertising springs to mind here.I've visited a few Subways in Devon & Cornwall during my frequent daily travels, but this one is must be bottom of the list for future visits.Again, like other Subway stores in the area, this one seems to be on a mission to give half measures. Ask them for a bit of extra cheese on your Nachos, or perhaps a few more gherkins on your salad, or even some salt & pepper on your sub, and the miserable staff behind the counter will simply grunt something incomprehensible and tell you it's not possible.The staff here simply do not go out of their way to make your Subway experience a pleasant one. Now I know it's a glorified sandwich bar, owned by a franchisee - but in a tourist area like Falmouth they need to go the extra mile, and maybe smile at customers, engage them in conversation, make them feel like a wanted customer - but here, not a chance.There are numerous other outlets within yards that will make you a sandwich, coffee, etc that all deserve your custom, this place doesn't.
