Subway in Coventry

Wrong items and partially missing order. Smallest amount of veg and fillings aswell. Second time the same subway has left me with an awful experience.

food was cold. asked for no sweetcorn had sweetcorn

Delivery no issues however..... missing jacket potato, no salad which was asked for on the other jacket potato the whole order was cold....very disappointing

Well over an hour late and was all cold

driver lost contacted twice and directions given still took nearly 30min to deliver

I had missed breakfast and popped in to grab something quick and staff recommended the breakfast sandwich which was nice but a little messy due to the nice runny egg. Really enjoyed the sandwich and would have one again 👍

Apart from missing a poached egg and not much cucumber, everything else was fine.

Super slow service. Staff unsure what to do / where to find nachos. Seems they don't participate the rewards program - their system never recignises my rewards. But they don't say that ...just say system is down.

only issue i have, carrier didnt listen to delivery notes and knocked even when i asked for them to message. woke people up in my house because the dogs barked, other then that happy with food

The Sandwiches were cold because of how late they were delivered. The order was meant to be delivered by 14:44 and arrived at 15:24. The app showed the driver was in a specific area for 30 min and it wasnt Subway. We thought it was because he was riding a bike but he told us he actually drove here.

Delivery Driver on time great service provided by him. But restaurant didn't even put the correct sub adding inside to what was stated on their description.

Gave me the wrong sauce I asked for southwest

missing the cookie from meal deal and the extra cookie are over cooked

We went in at 4.25 pm pm Sunday with kids to eat inside but were told we could not eat in even though seats very empty just cos lazy staff would have to clean again. They close at 6pm so not sure why they wouldnt allow us to eat in. Very dissapointed with service. Needs new staff

This order kept getting pushed back and when I rang the restaurant they lied and said the delivery driver hasn’t arrived yet it told me different online! When the food arrive it was cold and was missing all the salad out of it! Really not happy!!

Asked for no ketchup and you still put ketchup in the sub, really poor service you need to read what’s on the notes it’s not that hard to do.

food was very cold and all crammed into.one small bag so drink was in with hot food which made it cold and squashed my sandwich. driver was short and quite rude during delivery too

I came here about 3 years ago and was given frozen chicken on my salad (and when I complained they honestly didn’t care). I always vowed I wouldn’t go again but did a few weeks ago. I was watching them add the meat to the subs and they’re 100% giving everyone half portions. They didn’t even cover the middle of mine. I complained to subway head office but they don’t care. I’ve attached a picture (rotisserie chicken with Brie and olives and peppers…I appreciate it doesn’t look appetising).

The subway wrap was very cold and smaller than it should. very minimal veges. I am not happy with this order overall

Came in evening on new year's day Staff to busy speaking in the own language while one is on the phone not very professional in my opinion. Girl serving not changing gloves making veg and non veg with same gloves then using the till and handling change with same gloves saw her serve 2 customers before I asked her to change them got home and to top off our evening the bread was stale. Would't use again, wouldn't recommend Will stick to my usual Nuneaton Bermuda branch

The time for food kept changing and it was cold when we got it

Ordered via app, when we arrived we were not greeted, just stared at. The server just looked annoyed. The tables and floor were filthy. We noticed that they kept leaving doors to fridges open. We were concerned about cross contamination and cleanliness had to request they changed gloves between doing different jobs. Our food was really not up to standard, ordered a churro and it was awful complained and was told that is how it comes. It was cold damp and stale. I would not return.

Ordered at 11:38 for delivery at 12:20 ans arrived at 13:40. Order a tuna dalad and if arrived with tuna. Awful service all round

Never received my food, driver went somewhere completely different to my address even though I put a note giving the driver instructions on how to get to my property,

The sub was cold and not toasted despite a note being added to the order and the 3 cookies were missing from the delivery bag (bags tamper seal was intact).

Not happy with it I got crisps wrong and tuna and they didn't toast my sub as well

It baffles me why when food is delivered cold drinks are in same package as the hot sub. Causing my drink to get warm and the sub cold 🤔

The sandwich didn’t have much in it for the price. Compared to what you get when you order a normal sandwich for the day.

Missing cookie, no cucumber on one and not onions on the other. So 3 items missing

We ordered at 1900 to then have the delivery changed 8 times. When we called at 2020 to cancel, they stated the food had not even been collected and would not been delivered until after 2100. How long does it take to make a sandwich?Now we have the hassle of trying to get our money back. Not impressed

Ordered off of Uber eats, delivery was quick and food was up to standard apart from one detail of my foot long sandwich was not cut in half which frankly is not the type of service I expect from an establishment of this calibre. There is also no section on Uber eats to complain about this specific incident I assume because it is not something that ever happens, I shouldn’t care as much as I do you might say because I cut it myself and the problem was solved but I’m riled up and let down and quite honestly disappointed with the service I had today. Worst subway experience ever

My order just came, I'm not happy at all with my order, i paid £2.39 for about 6 waffle fries and the amount of chicken and gilling in my baguette is unacceptable for the price I paid. I also don't have any cucumber.

The girls are super attentive. Everything is very clean and organized. Our traditional snack came out perfect. Congratulations to the group.

I don't know if there is a point leaving this review as nothing EVER CHANGES!! My sandwich was incomplete AND I was sent ordinary cookies instead of the one VEGAN cookie I ordered!!!!

Wrong bread type sent on both 6" subs

I've ordered my food and I was 5 minutes late. I didn't hear the knock and my phone was on silent I thought my food was gonna be cold or at least but he/she didn't even leave it I'll have my order number. I'll be phoning tomorrow for the exact same order. ik it's my fault but he could of left it at least

It has been years since I had a Subway and was at the arena today and really fancied one - should not have bothered! - ordered the Tuna Mayo (which I used to have regularly) I had to ask the woman to put more Tuna on as it was like someone putting a layer of butter on a sandwich - I was told would be an extra £1.50 - I said there was hardly anything on it - she then added a smidgen of Tuna - But the sub just tasted of salad - overall disappointing experience!

Tuna Mayo 6 inch, bread was stale and hard. Cheese bites, we asked for the Chipotle ones and received normal ones

Missing 4 items - orange juice, 2x crisps (ready salted and cheese and onions), chocolate cookie. Only received two footlong baguettes/sandwiches.

Ordered on deliveroo a sub and was given a whole different sub to what I ordered, when I rang up the lady she was no help and asked me to go in and pick up a new one even though I ordered it on deliveroo because I couldn't get to the shop, now i have a sub I didn't want and now im hungry. Can't follow basic ingredients, useless and to top it off smothered my sub in sauce that I can't have.

I'm still waiting for it for it to be delivered. I left a delivery note on the actual order page explaining exactly how to reach the delivery address but it still hasn't turned up. It's saying that my order was delivered which it hasn't. No delivery in the past has not managed to find it so just can't understand how this certain driver can't find the house. My delivery detailed out also just to make sure that whoever could find it without any problems makes it worse. I placed the order on my tablet as my phone is currently playing up so don't even know if he/she tried to call to see exactly how they could get to the address. Thanks

NO TUNA!! - I've seen more tuna in a Donna kebab than in this tuna sub 12inch - the salad and sub was nice. ripped off. £1.99 service & .99 delivery for a salad sub and some nice cookies. awesome guys your profits must be great.

It’s not usual in this subway but today the lady serving was not changing her gloves at all, whether someone ordered meat, chicken or veggies. Very disappointing.
