I had a lovely experience at Subway in the beehive centre. My mum was so pleased they do gluten free as not alot of places like this seem to do gluten free and we often have to buy her a separate meal from the supermarket. She really enjoyed her gluten free roll ☺️ We were served by Caroline - she was lovely and friendly, I couldn’t have asked for better service! Nothing was too much trouble and she was so helpful and kind to us. She told us about the meal deal too which saved us money. We will definitely be coming back because of her. Thankyou so much for your yummy food and lovely service ☺️

Date:06/10/2024 Bought 2 12” tuna sub and redeemed 30% discount through the app, and was ready to pay. The guy who was serving named PARSA pressed something and had to do the billing again. But this time the discount code that was scanned is gone from my app, as this was already scanned the first time. So the new amount doesn’t give me 30% discount. PARSA who was in the till says he can’t do anything now as the discount is gone. When I asked but I didn’t do anything and it was on your end that something happened to your system. He kept saying he can’t do anything and asked do I want the food or not after wasting 15 minutes of my time. He doesn’t have any customer service experience, talks rudely, doesn’t know how to handle situations and doesn’t even know any about Subway the place he works at. Relying to Adam— 10/10/2024 I have added my receipt. PARSA dealt my order and was managing the till. Ask Dipa (the lady) who first managed to apply my discount on the total bill. And the PARSA managed to ruin everything. He has absolutely no manner how to treat a customer. He kept saying I only work here when asked what did you do to my discount. Kept repeating that he can’t do anything, even though he scanned the discount code.

This review is about the Area Manager - Caroline. I've met her at least twice at this particular - 'Beehive' - store, when she happens to have been on duty there, and have been very impressed by her; by the way this is the only Subway in Cambtidge I now use. 'Caroline' is a real 'grafter'/hard worker. She - which is very rare for a manager - believes in working alongside the lower level staff, on the 'shop floor'; I imagine she does this at all of the stores she visits, inorder tokestay in touch with where she worked her way up from. She says she does this is so that it makes it easier for her to both see where any problems are - and sort them out, and see where the stock shortages are, and deal with also deal with them etc.. She is a great asset to the Subway company, and you are very lucky to have her.

Sent out the order at estimated time of arrival when it arrived I was missing my drink I tried to call the restaurant and they said it’s not there fault the driver should have given it to me asked if any one checked the order before it left they said they did and said driver must have stolen it after speaking to member of staff saying I could come to collect the drink they then refused to after explaining that I paid extra he then said it’s not his responsibility no manager present

My friends and I visited this store today, and we were really hungry. One of my friends had already ordered to eat in, but when the rest of us tried to order, one of the crew members told the server not to allow us to dine inside. I politely asked when the store was closing, and he replied, '7 PM.' We were ordering at 4 PM, so it didn’t make sense when they said they needed to close the dining area early to clean. They eventually allowed us to eat but rushed us, saying we needed to be quick because nearby stores were closing early, which was another unreasonable excuse. Within 5 minutes of starting our meal, the manager came over and insisted we hurry up. The staff was rude, and their reasons were completely inconsistent. I would not recommend visiting this store. Thank me later.

I was disappointed today. The lady serving the man in front of me put tuna on his sub and then went for the cheese, so some tuna got onto the cheese. I noticed that there were quite a few bits and pieces in the cheese. When it was my turn I asked for a veggie delight and she didn't even ask if I wanted her to change her gloves, but went straight for the bread. I had to ask her to change them.

Food ontime but the delivery driver was VERY rude, when I informed him that my whole order wasn't here he simply said ''not my problem'' the restaurant called me to inform me he had forgotten a bag and couldn't get in contact with him and asked me to tell him when he arrived to me, he shrugged his shoulders, got aggressive and then proceeded to drive off when I informed him, Restaurant was very helpful & the employee on the phone was very nice and kept me informed.

I've been to this subway many times in the past but today I found it disappointing. There were only 2 people before me and I waited more thar 15 minutes. It didnt help that the orders for delivery were prioritised. Also the person who made my sandwich put very little veggies in it, specially lettuce.

So the store phone gets ignored, this is the only way to contact the staff regrarding orders or anything of the such and for the past hour me and my partner tired to call just to get another sauce added to a delivery. Being an ex employee of this store I am shocked from rare visists to the store to get a sub, to trying to call in for a order placed through just eat. I am shocked how low of a standard the store had gotten to and I know from my days working there years ago the owner and manager wouldnt of stood for it. Its a shame, used to like the place even after leaving as a staff member.

I like the sandwiches but once again it was hit and miss with the staff. Sometimes you'll get someone who will actually stuff the sandwich with salads, which I like, more often though you'll get bare minimum..they're busy and can't work we'll under pressure, lots of orders were missed, wrong ingredients, wrong bread etc, and it's just what I observed in regards to other customers. I usually make sure that my order is repeated back to me.

I took my beloved wife for her FIRST EVER Subway meal. She's been putting it off for all of her adult life because the journey of the many choices and questions stresses her out. I approached the counter with our two sandwiches written down and ready. I returned with both sandwiches perfectly prepped and just as requested! She particularly enjoyed the surprise Rainbow cookie that I got for her. The wife was over the moon and agreed to return given that the same ordering agreements are put in place. It was a real win:win.

Uber Eats or Deliveroo driver’s order took priority. There were 3 people working. All were doing the cooking and prepping and the counter was getting filled with the orders. Nobody taking responsibility for taking payment. The ladies in front of us walked out. My sub was toasted and warmed. The amount of veg added to my sub was laughable…didn’t realise onion was being rationed. It was cold by the time I collected it. The service really was terrible. No apology for the wait or acknowledge of any inconvenience caused. Wasn’t given a receipt when asked for it. Really felt let down. Won’t be returning.

Ridiculously slow and hygiene lax. The woman on the till was standing out the whole time even when not processing transactions she didn't help the others just told them what to do and she was frequently getting orders wrong.... she was also clearly annoyed the other staff didn't move faster but didn't help them..... she also appears to be losing her hearing or maybe just choosing not to...I struggle to understand how they make a profit with slow speed I'm glad I don't own or manage this store and good luck to whomever does I joined a que of 7 at 11.43 and I got served and paid at 12.05

Serving soggy, microwaved meat on cold, hard bread for the full price of a toasted sub is not on. Employees don’t change gloves between sandwiches, clearly no concerns for cross contamination. Other subways in Cambridge are much more hygienic and functional.

This Subway really stands on from the rest in Cambridge when it comes to take aways - the food is really well wrapped, the sauces are in a separate containers so the sandwiches don't get soggy. The fillings were generous. Will order again from this specific franchise

Really poor hygiene. I questioned the pricing of a sandwich for my son and the lady at the til proceeded to open the sandwich and pick through the fillings with unwashed bare hands. She then seemed surprised that we no longer wanted the sandwich. Our choice was to queue again, with a crying child in tow, or leave. We left. Attempted to complain via the website but no reply. I would still like an explanation for these awful hygiene practices.

Changed the type of bread that was ordered for both subs, asked for the subs to be toasted and they arrived without being toasted. They claim they call when they make any changes to an order, they never did. Would much rather they cancel my order if what I’ve paid for is out of stock rather than them changing it themselves.

Me, deano, smiffy and big john decided to take a cheeky gander at this pub back in summer during the heatwave after a few pints at the regal. First thing I noticed as we wuz walking up is 3 fit birds in tight leggings so already off to a grate start. We ordered sum beers and they came quite quickly, proper fancy european beer or sumthin, (smiffy dont like strong beer, makes him sloshed haha what a ledge) after we then got some snacks and weird cheesy food came (I dont like fancy food, just give me a pizza or some cheips instead of that foreign muck). Anyway two lads started fighting after they realised they were both wearin the same river island t-shirt and got the mick takin outta them, hahaha ledge
