Wrap was fine, chicken succulent and well cooked. Unfortunately, cheesesteak melt arrived barely warm, disappointed.

spoke to shabnam and she was awful we ordered the same sandwich on the day as what we did On the night and she was terrible we paid for double meat! no double meat or lettuce or pickles

I’ve ordered a turkey salad and received a grilled chicken, also my drink is missing.

Sent me 2 6 inch subs I ordered 1 footlong 1 6 inch

Meatballs were dry. Paid for double cheese but didn’t seem to be any on it at all. They also didn’t chop them in half. No napkins provided. Overall very poor.

No meatballs, worker cant speak english so communication was very difficult and i am very unsatisfied

Food arrived freezing and driver rang me to come to door as he had come down next doors path n passed it over the fence !

Quality of the food is horrendous tuna had a very pungent fish smell and the bread was stale couldn’t even finish it will not return

I wish you wouldnt accept an order then when we arrive tells us our options are out of stock. Inefficient. However the sandwich artist who served us was great and patient while my daughter choose something else

Slightly pricey disappointment... I ordered a GF sub with no cheeses, because I am dairy intolerant. When it arrived 40 minutes later, it had cheese on. So I can't eat the food I've paid for. I placed the order at 6pm. The estimated delivery time was 18:20-18:40. The driver (who had a car) had to wait at the shop for 30 of the 40 minutes it took between me ordering the food, and it arriving. Once the driver had it, it arrived within 10 minutes.

Food arrive 2 and a half hours after I ordered stone cold and rock solid

This shop is a disgrace they have not Evan sent my full order out I have proof that some of my food is missing I am not happy at all they man I spoke to just before hung up on me

The cheese bites were freezing and the sub was actually burnt and didn’t get cheese eventhough I paid for double cheese don’t think I’ll be ordering again.

If I could give 0 stars I would. They got our salad order WRONG, I did not ask for loads of pesto dumped on the top of the salad! They did NOT put our 12 cheesy bites in, which I have proof of ordering! The man we spoke on the phone to, who I'm assuming was the manager, was VERY RUDE and HUNG UP THE PHONE on us, after failing to help resolve the multiple issues with our order. I will NEVER be ordering from Durham Road Subway EVER again! Absolutely TERRIBLE!

The salad was made WRONG, and I ordered 12 cheesy bites, which I did NOT receive! The man we spoke to on the phone was rude and HUNG UP THE PHONE on us!! We will NOT be ordering from here ever again! If I could give 0 stars, I would!

Spend £23 pound and missing 4 items. Not sure how you manage to miss 4 items !!! Luckily enough just eat refunded me straight away but that is shocking

Only down side was there were no gluten free buns, I accepted a salad box instead, but was still charged for the GF sandwich. Other than that, exceptional service!

Driver was polite, on time and the food was hot and fresh.

Ordered the cold sandwich. Tuna in 9 seed bread with cucumber and sweetcorn. The bread was as dry as anything and not enough filling to make it enjoyable. Also ordered the margarita slice. Was expecting a pizza slice. It was just a tomato paste on soft floppy bread with a hint of cheese. Was nothing like the picture at all

Quick and efficient service. Didn’t have vegan cheese available for my salad but but they did have the vegan chicken. Mam didn’t enjoy her wrap and ended up leaving some.

Was absolutely disgraceful I got the wrong order & im a vegetarian I got a beef order back n accidently took a bite not knowing not happy at all disgraceful if they didn’t have it left should have an alternative solution even if someone can’t pick up the phone didn’t even get a chance to get my money back it went into wastage as it was beef. Don’t bother adding comments as the staff don’t bother to look. i don’t eat salsa and asked for this to be left off but it wasn’t. therefore all went to waste. also barely any sauce on sub, dry.

I expected a bit more for my money's worth even though it was just a wrap that I ordered. I did select most of the salad options however there wasn't much of it there. The taste was there but could have done it better.

Food was nice but didn’t get what I ordered in the salad. Plain chicken instead of chicken tikka, no cucumber or crispy onions even tho these were ordered and the box was only half full.

It was delivered to the wrong address. Who couldn’t help and Just Eat took ages to contact and refunded the money. When I tried to complain about my details being attached to the delivery I was cut off

The only subway I will order from. Food is always spot on and delivered on time, where as every other subway in the area seems to mess up orders each time, this subway does not !! :)

food was stone cold, sloppy and when i took the sandwich out the bag it all fell apart as it wasn’t wrapped properly. Not the subway I know, doubt I will be ordering again.

Food arrived freezing cold, wrap wasn’t toasted, bread was soggy! Incorrect drinks, no sauce dips with sides. Absolutey shocking considering it was a £50 order. Just eat Refund query in process

The food was fine. However, after explicitly stating on the order where I was, the driver still insisted on going to the incorrect place. Even when instructed where to go, they still continued to go to the wrong place. Just a bit irritating really!

Subway sandwich was good as always however I ordered raspberry cheesecake cookies but was sent macadamia nut and white choc ones as replacement... I have a severe nut allergy😳

Nachos came with jelopinos on which am allergic too
