It was really clean and the food was organised very precisely and it tasted lovely and didn't take ages to make unlike other food places

After having a few bad experiences the last couple of times I've been in, today I was pleasantly surprised as Lesley was amazing, she was fast at serving, friendly and the sandwiches were worth eating unlike last time. Thank you Lesley.

Went into subway today ordered a salad box to sit in to be told I’ll have to eat it with a knife as they had no forks, staff could not speak a word of English and didn’t even understand what we were asking for.

Subway Southwick was great, team were really friendly and the food really nice.

Ordered on uber. Food was cool and hard. Sandwich had no taste and very dry. Delivery driver was friendly and service was quick

I ask the worker for southwest sauce and they gave me some very spicy sauce they was very bad service he also over priced us and burned our bread we ask for a meal and he put it as all separate items

Ordered off Uber eats and clearly had toasted on my order. They must of been toasting it under a 2 wattage light bulb because it couldn’t have come colder and less toasted if they tried. Absolutely stupid it’s not hard to toast a sandwich

I made a complaint to the store who said they would replace the whole order, I went to the store later on to find out that actually I was lied too and refused to replace. The chap working there phone the manager and put me on, this guy has a vile and disgusting attitude, was rude and basically told me that he wouldn't replace, I couldn't help but laugh at the attitude of the owner, just avoid this place guys at all costs, do not order and save yourself some serious time and money. Revolting owner revolting food full to the brim of dissorganization

I would not even give this subway 1 star if i had the choice. The owner... he overcharges you on items, adds things onto your order to make more money and has an attitude of a goat. Bump!!

Could sometimes be abit cleaner, one staff member is really friendly, another one isn't and seems to hurry you, even if the place isn't busy...could just be tone of voice however. Food is usually nice.

For a company who say they have sandwich artists I feel they cant make a sandwich that does not fall apart. I dont know what makes this happen if it is too many toppings but i wouldnt say it is great quality. Other than that staff are friendly and make sure you get what you ask for.

Went in for a cappuccino to warm us up as it was a miserable wet and cold day. When we sat down to drink it, it was very weak and Luke warm. Sorry but we won't be going in again.

Ordered 3 subway salads . They were half the size served in every other subway shop I have been in. When I asked her why she responded with 'it is because you aren't having everything' Really! I am paying for a salad box,it is irrelevant what salad I have in it. Fill the box to the fill level in future!
