Me my husband and my 4 years old daughter had food in Kingston branch in Milton Keynes this afternoon. We all are vomiting now. My daughter is suffering it’s very bad. I thought subway food is healthier to eat. Extremely disappointed and regret to choose to eat there and we all are suffering.

I was going to tesco on my lunch break when i saw Rainee working in subway i knew i had to go in. She has great customer service skills makes you feel at ease and is just lovely to talk too. She also made my sub with love so it tasted even better! Keep shining!!

They put meat in a vegetarian option, missed half the order and took far too long to arrive, sent the wrong drinks and didn't give any notice that they were sending alternatives. Wouldn't waste your time or money here its quicker, cheaper and all round better to buy the ingredients yourself and make it home rather than let the docile excuses for workers they have make your food

It is unclear why employees do not remove their gloves prior to using the equipment and then don new gloves before continuing to prepare the sandwich or serving a new customer. The employee was willing to comply with this request. The sandwich was satisfactory, but not worth the cost.

I love Subway but this branch is poor. Been twice this week. Staff more interested in the delivery orders and leave customers standing there ages. My first visit, the bread was hard and stale even when toasted. Second visit, the sandwich was a sloppy mess due to a hole in the bread, no-one cared, and I was even told that I couldn't add any salad items to the measly 2 strips of pepper included. Will return to my other regular branches near home and work, but not to the Kingston one.

Where to begin!!! If I could of given no stars then I would have the management really need to brush up on their hygiene courses why standing in the line to get served I seen the manager scratch his hair and his skin by his wrist and then moved on to scratch his face with his beard with no hair net on he then proceeded to put gloves on touch the outside of the gloves with the hand that he had a good old scratch through his greasy hair and then when I said I didn’t want him touching my food and the reason why he didn’t even say as much as sorry it’s disgusting in there they might of had done but the staff 🤢🤢

I come in here often to get lunch before I go to work and the staff are really good and the manger touches his hair and beard after he serves every customer and the uses the till without his hands so he doesn't wash his hands or use antibacterial gel

First time tried this Subway as first time in area. Got food poisoning a day later. I thought long and hard where and how? Has to be this Subway as the rest of family members had vegetarian subs and I had a chicken one. And I fell ill. Lucky recovery in a day but was not pleasant. Now it’s a small Subway and had four people behind the counter. Way too cramped I saw. The man who served me touched the pork with gloves and used same gloves for the chicken. Tedious and I will not be going there again no matter improvements or less people breathing and moving over the food. Sorry. Shame as I was thinking on becoming a vegetarian. I saw all this when I was there and I forgave the poor hygiene and control of the place. Guess nature too had His course.

We're at the end of 2021, most of the population is double jabbed, the government is easing all the restrictions, and you still have those nonsense so-called covid measures! I've been to another Subway shop recently and they had none of these stupid rules! There are tables, but no one can sit! I have cash, but can't pay... Why???? You are not a health agency, you do not sell bat soup, and why do you have such measures that none of the other restaurants have ?

I have been regularly going to this subway from quite sometime, have picked up click and collect orders, but today's experience was quite bizarre and irritating. I turned up to collect my online order, the person at the till asked me if I had a bag on me, I did not, assuming they expected me to have a carry bag, I went back to my car got one, only to be told they had mistaken me for a delivery driver - so an Asian guy turns up to collect his own order - the assumption is that he Is a delivery driver? Could not have asked is it an online order or a deliveroo order? I left without saying much, but the whole experience was quite distressing, I am writing such a lengthy review only to make them aware that not all online orders are for delivery guys

clean, yes service is good. Fix systems - waited 20 minutes, offered to pay cash, refused. They had card payment gateway problems, what is shocking is I offered to pay cash and come back later for the change as I had to get back to work, but the lady insisted on food (worth £40) going waste rather than take cash. AND - I offered to come back later and pick my change, knowing they won't have a spare copper too. Not ideal

Best Subway I've ever had the pleasure of visiting. From my experience, these guys always take extra care to make your sandwich the best it can be rather than just the usual Subway fare. Simply put, this Subway location is in so many ways better than any other I have visited. It's clean - something so simple but makes a difference. The staff are friendly. The staff actually take care when making your sandwich. Seriously, when you're here watch them place the fresh ingredients on your sandwich with care and attention. There is no slapping or shoving or throwing of limp vegetables here, it's just fresh, fresh, fresh, and assembled with care. Imagine! When you take your sandwich from the wrapper you will surely notice that it looks like the advert! When did you last receive a takeaway food item that looked like it was supposed to look? Never! This will be your first time and you won't believe it! In fact, I would go as far as to say it looks better than the advert! So anyway, if you're looking for a great sandwich, then this is your place. Yes it is Subway, but it's the finest example. Enjoy.

Customers are queuing up for 15 minutes to get served as three employee’s took that long to serve a customer in front. I have ended up leaving so God knows how much longer the poor people were queuing up to finally place their orders and get served.

Stopped for lunch at subway kingston where an employee lizzy was taking out the rubbish, she then walked straight behind the counter put her hands in where the sandwitch fillings r and then run her hands across the counter where they prepare the food not once did she wash her hand from cleaning the bins out when we said to another member of staff about it she stared straight through me disgusting

(23/04/19) Staff on evening shift on Tuesday. Portion size is shocking. I go to subways all over the UK with work. And this was a very poor experience indeed. I ordered a turkey & bacon wrap. This came with hardly anything in it, bare minimum salad and about 8 pieces of chicken. I had to ask the guy serving to put more lettuce in, as he didn't want to open another bag. This was at 9 o'clock. I even mentioned how small the wrap was and that I usually have more salad in my wrap. I will never be going into this store again. And will pass this on to family and friends in Milton Keynes.

Bad service, especially for vegetarians. Staff have no idea about cross contaminations of meat products with vegetarian products and will serve both without changing gloves. Staff desperately need food hygiene training.

3/9/24: VERY impressed today by the hard work and dedication of a young staff member named Jake. As I arrived he'd just been dispatched outside to clean spillages on the table. As I arrived (disabled and walking with a stick) he alerted me to spilt ice cream all over the ground. Once inside and seated I watched in-between conversations with my husband and son as this industrious young man (with his big bowl of soapy water, cloths and mops) cleaned the table spillages, floor spillages, door, handles and even the glass windows that were messy. Upon leaving I congratulated him on his hard work and dedication. You should be rightfully proud of such an employee. Not many employees (in my experience) take so much time and care over a messy and unappealing job. Well done Jake. I hope Costa are proud of you. If not, us customers are!!! Previous feedback: 30/12/23: NOT happy! I arrived at the Costa Drive thru around 1.10pm today. Signs on the ordering point said to drive to the window. I was 4th in queue. After 8 mins I was still 4th. Service was slow. Eventually a car moved off and we shuffled up one. Long story short, I had an appointment to get to for 2pm, the other side of the city. What should have been a quick pitstop was anything but. Sadly, road design means you can't drive off or give up. So eventually when I arrived at the window, around 1.35pm I had no choice but to say I was sorry but had no time to order now and drive off. As I left, the queue (from behind me) now reached onto Breckland. Poor buggers! Thinking back over the last month or two, the wait at this branch has been totally unacceptable for a drive thru. Add to that the fact the coffee is always served red hot/scalding I have now decided I'd rather drive to Great Linford and visit the best Barista in MK - Paulo at their Costa. I read somewhere that MK is to get another Costa drive thru soon. Oh, I do hope so. Hope they are organised, efficient and serve drinkable Coffee. I've used Costa drive thru's all over the country.... including Motorway ones and this branch has the longest queues, the slowest service and the worst coffee (temperature) of ALL of them. Suggest giving them a wide berth! Previous feedback: Busy venue. Service sometimes a bit slow, both in the store and the Drive Thru. Good selection of food (wonderful Biscoff Cheesecake - to die for). Also, more Costa products to buy than a lot of smaller stores. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Toilets cleaner than most. Free parking. Recommended!

If anyone had said the best value for money roast dinner in Milton Keynes was found in the casino, i’d have laughed at you but here we are. We had a great experience a week ago which made us try again to see if it was a fluke and we were not disappointed. For £8 you expect soggy potatos, limp yorkies and questionable meat. No no no, not here. Quality meat, fluffy potatoes, fresh veg and the yorkies are a sight to behold. I’m wary of writing this review as i don’t want to give away this local gem but i thought i’d do you all a favour. A special mention for our server, Renae, who could not have been nicer. She’s attentive, friendly and is an absolute asset to the business, great at her job. Please don’t make this too popular otherwise they might raise the price 😂
