Subway in North Tyneside

Went into the shop today and was served by a man called Hama he was really pleasant and friendly my sandwich was really nice also ordered a very nice cookie Thanks for the great service and value for money 👍👍

Always gets orders wrong and managers and staff are rude

Would rate no stars if it was an option. Order was placed for 6 sandwiches and only two were correct. One was missing. Aside from this, the cookies were so well-done that they were inedible. Two sandwiches were eaten out of everything we ordered as there were items on sandwiches that shouldn't have been and the bread on all of the sandwiches was completely stale. The cherry on top of the cake was that when we called to explain what had happened, the customer service was appalling and the manner used was very far from acceptable. Do NOT order from this store.

Courier was amazing very tentative

No sauce with any of my items & received chilli bites instead of garlic bites

The cookies that we had ordered were so hard we could hardly bite into them, very disappointing. Order time was continuously went up, even though we only ordered cold sandwiches. We ended up waiting an hour for our food, despite the delivery being expected within 15 minutes of our order.

I asked for it to be toasted. Didn’t get toasted was very cold

Received sandwich in wrong bread bun plus received wrong drink not happy

i had put in a special request asking for my sandwich to be toasted as thats the only way my mum likes subway sandwiches, they ignored it so my mum didnt eat her half of the sandwich. i wasted my money

Waited for ages and somebody from Uber or just eat came in with a list that was the length of his arm and rather than serve me 1st since I was only other guy in the shop made me wait for a ridiculous length of time instead of just serving me 1st.

Missing items from meal deal that we extra to pay for

Fantastic salad exactly as you want it - great if you are on Slimming World and out and about! Most are Syn free without olives, cheese and dressing and even with the extras still only 3 or 4 and a HEA.

Very poor. I paid for bacon to be added - it wasn’t I paid for double cheese to be added - it wasn’t I asked for Salt & Pepper - there wasn’t any I asked for onion - there wasn’t any There wasn’t anything enjoyable about this sub.

sandwiches were poorly made, squashed and not toasted. cookie was crushed and missing bits

Place becomes more of a rip off every day... Says £3.99 on the board but £6.29 at the till. Question it with staff and just get a shrug of the shoulder and no explanation as to the difference. Great service guys. You remind me when I come in on the rare occasion why I stopped coming. Oh, and filthy tables. But that is standard for subways these days.

Absolutely disgusting customer service from this branch, very rude on the phone when they got our order wrong, then had horrific attitude when we went back to the store to pick up what they had forgotten to put in our order originally as they were rude again and said they cannot send us the food we had ordered originally.

The driver was quite rude & make me uncomfortable

No friendly staff at all, really disappointed. I rang up asking to speak to the manager and then they cleared the line and then I rang back and they answered again and started pretending that they couldn’t hear me speaking on the phone. 📞

the sub came soaking wet looks like some one tipped a glass of water over it, it's not ediable !

This is how I received my sub today, it's not the first time I have had issues from this branch, I honestly try a diffrent branch if u want a decent sub, staff are blatenly useless

Absolute disgrace! My daughter and her boyfriend, both students, purchased a sandwich each here earlier today. My daughter had a veggie delight with melted cheese, and it was burnt to a crisp and absolutely inedible! She had to share her boyfriend’s meal, a ham sandwich, which was just ok. I rang and spoke to a member of staff, who after speaking to a manager said they would not offer a refund to my daughter but would make her up a sandwich now if she went and collected it! With assignments to complete, she is obviously back to her university accommodation, and feeling very hungry!!!! The lad I spoke to sounded young and terrified sand just wanted me off the phone telling me he could jot help me! What kind of customer service is that? What an absolute disgrace to take peoples monies like that, and serve such rubbish!

delivery great friendly delivery driver food lovely..just wish I had ordered salad for the veggie breakfast didn't realise how much filling you get with the veggie breakfast sandwich not too fussed on the cold pouched egg but otherwise food was lovely

Subway should be totally standardized but often there are franchises that miss the mark - this one gets it right regularly!

I ordered a BMT in hearty Italian and it came in a cheesy sub, which my son didn't like. It had the correct filling but not the right bread, he couldn't eat it. Not impressed

Brilliant delivery and on time. Thank you. However the tuna melts for some reason seem to be very watery and runny. Half of my filling had slid out of the bun when opening and attempting to eat. The taste was nice but i think there was too much mayo? The other meat sub was beautiful though thank you!

Driver stole a sandwich, tampered with the bag, we went to subway and their manager packed all 3 sandwiches and they confirmed it with us that the driver has stolen a sandwich

Paid for extra cheese - two pathetic bits. No sauce despite requesting it. Bread is all squashed. Cheese bites freezing cold. Cookie is tiny. Disgrace, paid £15.

This place is great for a choice of subs. However, sometimes lacks service and communication. Also, do deliveries via various delivery services. So overall great idea but let down by the service.

Raw chicken, gave me managers personal phone number to which manager said employee had no business of giving it to me manager was very rude on phone. Didn’t receive full refund either.

Subway? Scruffway staff very scruffy ....Absolutely S**t service. Came in waited to be served no1 else in 3 staff standing around in the back1 comes out does not acknowledge me walks past and gets himself a drink then walls past again back to continue his conversation. In the end I go back to my car drive to Whitley Bay and get better service.

Disgusting service and a stinking attitude from Kaitlyn. I could understand if we walked in 1min before closing but it was 20mins before. Every element of making the sandwich was an effort and she was so rude with every question, my son said he wanted other items on before she toasted it and she really but back at him. She flung the sandwiches on the cash desk and the foot long wasn't wrapped properly and nearly fell out while walking to the car. Will definitely go to another store next time.

Lovely and clean shop, nice food and friendly staff. Served by a male named Daniel, very chatty, helped me choose when I was indecisive and extremely friendly and professional. Lovely service always makes me want to return!

Never seem to have the meatless meatballs available for lunch...if I'm lucky the not so friendly staff (especially the Red Head lady) will heat up the meatless meatballs and I have to wait 10 minutes.

Like most Subways. Good prices, choice, helpful staff, and I think reasonable price 👍
