Friendly staff! Great food 😋 yum

Food says delivered and was not delivered

Absolutely disgusting customer service from this branch, very rude on the phone when they got our order wrong, then had horrific attitude when we went back to the store to pick up what they had forgotten to put in our order originally as they were rude again and said they cannot send us the food we had ordered originally.

Very slow service think someone was new but foods the usual

The driver was quite rude & make me uncomfortable

No friendly staff at all, really disappointed. I rang up asking to speak to the manager and then they cleared the line and then I rang back and they answered again and started pretending that they couldn’t hear me speaking on the phone. 📞

This is how I received my sub today, it's not the first time I have had issues from this branch, I honestly try a diffrent branch if u want a decent sub, staff are blatenly useless

the sub came soaking wet looks like some one tipped a glass of water over it, it's not ediable !

delivery great friendly delivery driver food lovely..just wish I had ordered salad for the veggie breakfast didn't realise how much filling you get with the veggie breakfast sandwich not too fussed on the cold pouched egg but otherwise food was lovely

Absolute disgrace! My daughter and her boyfriend, both students, purchased a sandwich each here earlier today. My daughter had a veggie delight with melted cheese, and it was burnt to a crisp and absolutely inedible! She had to share her boyfriend’s meal, a ham sandwich, which was just ok. I rang and spoke to a member of staff, who after speaking to a manager said they would not offer a refund to my daughter but would make her up a sandwich now if she went and collected it! With assignments to complete, she is obviously back to her university accommodation, and feeling very hungry!!!! The lad I spoke to sounded young and terrified sand just wanted me off the phone telling me he could jot help me! What kind of customer service is that? What an absolute disgrace to take peoples monies like that, and serve such rubbish!

Subway should be totally standardized but often there are franchises that miss the mark - this one gets it right regularly!

delivery spot on and early food perfect

Driver came to the back of the house instead of the front. Informed him that all other drivers come to the front and this would be preferred as our access in limited to back but refused.

Very dry , chicken tikka was all broken apart and like mush. Overall the taste wasn’t nice

dry bread took over an hour and no lettice when j asked for it

I ordered a BMT in hearty Italian and it came in a cheesy sub, which my son didn't like. It had the correct filling but not the right bread, he couldn't eat it. Not impressed

no cheese on any sandwiches, I even payed extra to have double cheese on my foot long also non of the sandwiches we're toast even tho requested.

Brilliant delivery and on time. Thank you. However the tuna melts for some reason seem to be very watery and runny. Half of my filling had slid out of the bun when opening and attempting to eat. The taste was nice but i think there was too much mayo? The other meat sub was beautiful though thank you!

Driver stole a sandwich, tampered with the bag, we went to subway and their manager packed all 3 sandwiches and they confirmed it with us that the driver has stolen a sandwich

Paid for extra cheese - two pathetic bits. No sauce despite requesting it. Bread is all squashed. Cheese bites freezing cold. Cookie is tiny. Disgrace, paid £15.

Terrible. No idea of allergens in their food. No readable allergen menu. Staff totally unhelpful and disinterested. Avoid.

This place is great for a choice of subs. However, sometimes lacks service and communication. Also, do deliveries via various delivery services. So overall great idea but let down by the service.

Raw chicken, gave me managers personal phone number to which manager said employee had no business of giving it to me manager was very rude on phone. Didn’t receive full refund either.

Subway? Scruffway staff very scruffy ....Absolutely S**t service. Came in waited to be served no1 else in 3 staff standing around in the back1 comes out does not acknowledge me walks past and gets himself a drink then walls past again back to continue his conversation. In the end I go back to my car drive to Whitley Bay and get better service.

Disgusting service and a stinking attitude from Kaitlyn. I could understand if we walked in 1min before closing but it was 20mins before. Every element of making the sandwich was an effort and she was so rude with every question, my son said he wanted other items on before she toasted it and she really but back at him. She flung the sandwiches on the cash desk and the foot long wasn't wrapped properly and nearly fell out while walking to the car. Will definitely go to another store next time.

Lovely and clean shop, nice food and friendly staff. Served by a male named Daniel, very chatty, helped me choose when I was indecisive and extremely friendly and professional. Lovely service always makes me want to return!

Never seem to have the meatless meatballs available for lunch...if I'm lucky the not so friendly staff (especially the Red Head lady) will heat up the meatless meatballs and I have to wait 10 minutes.

Like most Subways. Good prices, choice, helpful staff, and I think reasonable price 👍

Great food as you'd expect but on a few occasions the staff just forget you're waiting to be served while they PRIORITISE online orders leaving you waiting AGES. Try another branch!! 🤔

I am a big fan of subway. No matter what,which area it locates. In any corner of the world,if It's subway, i will give 100 out 100 for subway. I always order tuna sandwich and flaming hot nachos. So every subway i visit i order these two items. And they never dissapoint me with their food and services. This subway is same. Their customer dealing and food services are excellent. One thing that i liked in this subway is this subway indoor place is so big. I like it.

I've had issue after issue every time I have been to this subway. Finally the last straw after waiting for ages to be served, them forgetting to take the sandwich out of the oven, having to start from scratch and then not getting points on account after all the hassle. I use royal quays or tynemouth now.

Polite staff but shocking portions. When you pay for a footlong sub you'd expect to have some meat like. Basically paid for some bread and salad with a little bit of chicken. Not worth. Owner needs to get this in order. Wont be going back to this one!

If you want a subway fast don't go here. The staff are seem to just do just eat, deliveroo or any other takeaway order first. Stood there for 15 mins before i walked out. No good when you have to be back at work.

I like a Subway as you know what your going to get, not today. The smallest portions ever, grated cheese was, well none existent. The salad is normally free flowing not today. Disappointed!

Got the amount of meat u would get on a 6 inch in a foot long. Both new workers putting well under enough meet and salad. Biggest bump I’ve seen. Waste of money.

Slow service and rude lady with ginger hair serving

I have been here multiple times for sandwich and each time they have been perfect for the price. Everytime get one of the sandwich makers called Mary who is fantastic, always makes sure the customer is okay and always goes that step extra for customer service.

After not having a subway for a while we thought that we would go and treat ourselves. Well this was the worst treat. We were treated to the worst service. The staff had no idea what the items were on the menu. We asked simple questions (are the saver subs 6 inches) that could not be answered. The kid who served us has no idea what we was doing. (he most probably could not even dress himself in the morning, let alone make a sandwich) I asked for Italian herb... he pulled out a stale plain sub. The whole experience was ridiculous! It appears that not a single staff member knows their bottom from face. The sub... well terrible, absolutely terrible!!!

A worker called abbie was very polite and seemed very responsible with helping me pick my sandwich, thank you i will reccomend this store to people that i know

Service truly fluctuates depending on when you visit, between early morning and mid afternoon all is generally fine. However, late afternoon and evening visits are the ones which are extremely poor - > Staff don't even care: most of the time they're alone and this probably fuels the poor service. Many times I've came and the staff are more concerned with socialising with friends who appear to spend all night in the store. > The quality of the subs drastically deteriorate, not enough fillings, not heated properly and some ingredients/ sauces missing. > The worst though, is that depressed staff who feel like and look like they want to murder you. After all attempts made for conversations being shut down, there's little more you can do to interact. Last visit: 28/07/18 at 20:30 but this review is as a whole based upon multiple visits but the last visit forced me to write an honest but critical review with the hopes it gets aknowledged and service hopefully improves.

Standard subway, so an expensive sandwich. Staff seemed miserable and depressed. I wonder if it's the pay or management making them like this.

Came with my son and 3 friends,was served by Bethany the most miserable and rude person on this earth.if you don't want to work don't bother.wont be returning
