Didn’t receive my food- but it says it’s delivered

They don’t have a clue what there doing 3 staff on. 2 guys in front of me in the cue took 25mins to get my sub.the guy in front of me his sub was made and 3 mins later had to ask the daft staff can u pass me my sub so I can go .

Lovely clean Subway store. Everything looked and tasted so fresh, and the subs were made with care. Staff were friendly and polite. One of the best Subway’s I’ve eaten in. Would recommend.

Delivery driver was very nice and my friend said the food was delicious!

I have given 3 stars as the food is generally good, however I ordered a chicken tikka salad, and when it arrived, there was no chicken tikka! I called to request another to be sent only to be told the employee said they added the chicken and the only way to sort this was for me to request a refund from just eat. Not the best service!

Only got a 6 inch and when I ordered a foot long also just subbed a item as they didn’t take it off menu ,called was basically told come get it sorted kinda defies the point of getting a delivery more attention needed while reading and making orders just eat though have been great it’s the subway that’s a pain thanks

The order that was delivered was cold and looked as if it had been lying for ages before delivery it also wasn't my order my order came to 19.99 and this order was 16.35. I have eaten this order because I was so hungry I couldn't wait for it to be changed. This is the first time I've had the wrong order from you. disappointed because I was looking forward to my own order which someone else will be enjoying.

I think the meatballs were made when order was placed even the cheese wouldn't melt it was that cold. Margarita slice was put in toaster far too long my son had a curled up almost burnt slice. There was no option to just have a cheese sandwich for my son's and no kids meals available??? With a lot of thought he picked the slice, he was so upset he never got what he seen in the picture. I ordered him pigs in blankets to make up for it and was sent hash browns but not 9 that would be same price, we got sent 6 instead. Wasn't impressed, now I still need to buy them another lunch

food was a bit cold, was giving the wrong items like i ordered a coca-cola vanilla got a cherry, ordered sun bites and got sensations.

Everything ordered arrived, stuff was still warm. Very enjoyable meal. Will use again!

HOME DELIVERY ORDER VIA JUST EAT Delivery was bang on time. No complaints there. Food was absolutely stone cold and items missing. Not sure how the food was so cold as I assumed this food was prepared fresh? No? Driver was very punctual too so it’s not her fault at all. This is the first time I’ve ordered from this subway, I assumed it would better after issues I had with the subway at Muirhead court. But it just seems there are no employable people in Cumbernauld who know how to make a sandwich. Furthermore, my sandwich was overloaded with onions, to an EXTREME extent. And I love onions, I always ask for them, but I never thought I’d have to complain that there is too many. The sheer amount of onions on the sandwich was almost comical. (see photo). Subway used to be a cut above the rest when it came to franchised fast food, but it’s fell down to the same level as all the rest. Untrained, uninterested and unfulfilled staff members, heating up frozen food.

This is the 4th time I have ordered and the tomato, sweetcorn and crispy onions are missing. I keep ordering as I like the sandwich but pls double check the order before sending it!

Yet another trash branch, gloves not changed between handling meat and veg. No apology offered, and this was after waiting for staff to actually show up. Despairing of the entire chain at this point, no member of staff seems to follow the most basic food hygiene training.

Wrong items in some cases, freezing cold. Had gone to collect it as status hadn’t changed in 40 mins, to find it delivered to house while I was out (app status indicated driver at the restaurant when I arrived at store), less than a minute later daughter called to confirm it had arrived. App wouldn’t allow me to select how many minutes it was late

I am still waiting on my refund as I received the wrong food???

Food was absolutely freezing by the time it got to us, we waited almost 2 hours from the time we ordered with the app constantly saying “trying to locate driver”. Why take the order if you have no drivers available? What a joke.

I regularly order from here. I always order 2 sandwiches, usually one is toasted and ask for the other to not be. Half the time I get them and they are both toasted. Like fair enough if it happened once but it’s a regular occurrence.

That was the worst SUB iv ever had In my life you took no care whatsoever in making this and felt like you flung it all together to be rude as I left a message as last time my SUB was completely falling apart and thus time the bun is rock hard That iv actually chipped my tooth, will NEVER order from here again

Do not eat here. The staff are ignorant and don't listen to what you are telling them. On multiple occasions they have put things on my sandwich that I didn't ask for. They are also just rude in general and lack basic social skills. The sandwiches are thrown together into a pile of mess and my friend has found clumps of hair in their food. Their salads.. you can't call them salads. They just throw everything into a small box and call it a day. Overall, a negative experience and I don't recommend it to anyone.

If you like Subway as I do... DO NOT EAT HERE! Must be the worst franchise in the chain! I've witnessed how staff are treated by management, and it's no wonder they always look miserable, as do the contents of the sandwitch.

Hash brown were soggy cheesy garlic bread was just a bit of chesh on toast no garlic at all and big beef was overdone and rubbery

Ordered via just eat. Part of the order was a veggie delight, no cheese was selected on the order as its an allergy for that person. Received the order and the veggie delight has cheese on it. An unfortunate mistake but needs to be mentioned.

My sub wasn’t toasted when I asked for it to be which resulted in the entire footlong being cold & drowned in cold sauce which made the bread mushy.

You’ll always get a good lunch from here.

Order ahead and paid. Arrived couple a minutes past the collection time. Order was not ready. I won’t be mentioning it if it was just a one time accident but this happens repeatedly.

Phoned to say no Pepsi max asked if I wanted iron bru extra I said no can we have Diet Pepsi instead they said yes. Still got urn bru

Nachos could do with more cheese on them. Didnt use green handled knife to cut veggie sandwhich. Apart from that, usual reliable service from Subway.

Shop got in touch advising bread choice unavailable and offered alternative, but phone signal really bad so couldn't hear clearly. After accounting for shop call back, food arrived later than when planned - expected 5mins late but was 20+ later than time booked for. Food was fine, you know what you're getting with Subway. A bit heavy on the sauce, missing cheese and sub was falling apart, thrown together really, but I get all salad so appreciate it can get messy.

Italian B.M.T was perfection. Mountain Dew was ice cold. Rainbow chip cookie was soft and fresh. Food arrived early. Delivery dude was polite and friendly.

Drinks were missing from order. I’ve managed to ask for a refund for 1 of the drinks but the other drink was included in the meal deal and there is no option to refund or replace!

Not one for reviews but meatballs was like bricks on one side and not fit for human consumption!

Sub was great as always - and the nachos were actually hot! Water was missing but i think that was on my part by rushing at the door. Definitely a win!

No drivers were available in Cumbernauld and yet just eat allowed it to be booked and paid for. It arrived well after lunch time . Will never order from ust Eat again.

Wrong juice delivered, ordered nachos and was given crisps, no phone cal recieved to advice items not in stock so just been given random replacements. Tried to call store to advise and it just rang out

Sub was great. The nachos weren’t “hot” in the slightest. Only one napkin thrown in there lol!

I asked for one of the sandwiches to be toasted none of them are toasted. I asked for a bottle of tango and a fruit shoot and got totally opposite drinks, I asked for 1 packet of cheese Doritos and 1 chilli heatwave and got 2 cheese Doritos. The driver never chapped my door to alert me my food was here.

Subs were absolutely brilliant. However, hot nachos were slightly burnt and looked rather flung together. One dollop of salsa in the corner of the box leaving lots of nachos without any salsa at all. Meatball tub missed the jalapeños requested too. can’t fault delivery time though was here exactly when it said and also was still hot,

Tasted great. Sub was excellent, but other items where definitely just thrown in there with no real care. Crispers aren’t very nice. Looked like there was a bite missing from my cookie too. Overall a 7/10. Would recommend a classic sub. I wouldn’t go for the “hot” sides.

Manager "Cash" is rude, arrogant and belligerent with little to no customer service or management skills! Placed an order for delivery, order arrived (or half of it did) upon calling the store I was informed "I could have the rest of my food if I collected it" even though I paid MY money for a delivery I was then refused a refund and told "its not my problem as I'm busy at the moment" quite frankly the most pathetic member of staff I have come across in my length of time on this planet! Refused to fulfill my order, stole my money and spoke to me like I was dirt on his shoe! Subway should be proud to employ what I can only go by his phone manner in saying is a self absorbed thug as their manager! Pathetic from the bottom to the top

It is a great place to eat, the sandwiches are amazing so is the service

Staff are great. Food is always good standard. Vegan options are good. A vegan cake or tray bake would be fab though!?

I quite like Subway, it has a good range of fillings and condiments.

They went ballistic when I asked them to remake my sandwich because they made it wrong. Would say I wouldn’t go again but I can’t anyway because they banned me cause of this.
