I am a food delivery person and I had a great experience in this restaurant. The lady who works there humiliated me in front of the customers, I put up with it and left without a word. Maybe I'll start from the beginning, I went to Subway to pick up my order, at the entrance the employee told me that the order was not ready, I politely replied that it was ok, I would wait, the Subway employee repeated to me again that the food was not ready and I replied again that it was ok, finally out of nerves this lady started saying something to herself under her breath, very unhappy that I did not delete the order and did not leave the restaurant because she was so busy and had so many people to serve and I gave her extra work. I waited politely, this lady spoke to me with great anger in her voice, that I should take my bag in which I deliver the food, so I politely moved it from the door that the lady wanted to leave through towards the fridges with drinks and this lady came out through these small swing doors, grabbed my bag and threw it in the other corner, I was still quiet but I felt terrible and humiliated. The lady coming back behind the counter let go of the swing door so hard that if I hadn't moved away she would have hit me with it. After the lady who had a bad day packed the order she said the order number which wasn't mine and wrote it on the bag the food was packed in. I politely replied that I had a different number and said my food number, observing the board with numbers that shows whether the order was ready and something didn't add up, but I was still polite and waited. The lady realized that I could see that my order was ready, quickly crossed out the number on the bag in which the food was packed and then said my order number, which I picked up, but while packing it into the bag I heard in an impolite voice from this lady that I deserved "thank you". As I was leaving I looked at this lady and thought to myself, I wonder what you deserve this thank you for, probably for how you treated me and even showed that I was not welcome there. The lady was rude, but despite everything I wish you a nice day and I hope that you will not encounter such a situation in your life to humiliate another person with your behavior. I am the same as you, I have lived in Scotland for 16 years, I have worked for 16 years and I have paid taxes and I did not deserve such treatment because I did not do anything to you or say a bad word. Please check the cameras that you have installed in your restaurant and draw conclusions from it. own behavior. I know for sure that neither I nor my family will return to this restaurant. Thank you

Taken over by a machine. Subway lost its touch definitely not the experience you want messing around with a machine. I like to have the option to speak face to face with someone this completely takes it away and you can’t see your food getting prepared either incase mistakes are being made on your sandwich. Won’t be back and I will use other subways where I can do it the preferred way. £7 odd for a 6 inch may aswell get a footlong should make it a bit cheaper for the quality they are providing and the lack of customer service.

Whoever that thought that putting the machines to order in subway needs a serious talking to the whole thing about going to subway was going in being able to order exactly what u want now you stand for hours in front of a very complicated machine that is 0/10 for user friendliness loosing the will to live trying to find what you know what you want to eat on the menu and end up ordering chicken and tuna with fries on it or something because you just give up from a business perspective it takes you twice as long to order and receive your food it’s an absolute disgrace I’m not complaining about the staff behind the counter they try their best to help but it has totally taken the heart and soul out of subway and turned it into a slow faceless organisation and personally I won’t be returning to the establishment until it changes back ruined a perfectly good system

Poor service. Was told they can't show how to use the screens. Not great customer service. Staff stood around chatting which led us to be in store for half an hour. Ridiculous service. Was better without thr screens.

Poor value for money. £40 for 3 subs and 4 sides. Bread was hard on the subs. The waffle fries and cheese bites were soggy like they had been heated up on a radiator. Wouldn’t recommend. Couldn’t fault the driver though.

Another subway when you pass by this part of Motherwell area. This place set to please local population, they don’t give that friendly service and a smile to a stranger, well I didn’t get one. Team of 3 ladies at work, even they had no emails or better conversation between them. Might be work pressure at lunch time yesterday.

Carfin Subway. Staff member was more interested in having a laugh with the other staff then being friendly. Felt like I had went into someone house that didn't really want me being there. I was the only customer there at the time. I now understand why. There were so many at greggs as well. Just a short walk away. Greggs next time. Food was nice.

Letty served me and had a terrible attitude. All I asked was that she change her gloves before making my 'vegetarian' sandwich, which she took as an offense and responded with an unfriendly attitude. When I told her she didn't have to be unpleasant, she accused me of being cheeky, as if she was paying for me to buy their food instead of the other way around. This was an extremely negative experience.

Was in today and can I just say that Chloe who served me is far from a “food artist”, awful attitude and food flung onto the sandwich , won’t be back as service awful and that couldn’t care less attitude needs addressed. Maybe the manager could spend time on staff training as badly needed.

Sandwiches were cold bread was warm but meat was cold gave me a bad tummy ache meatballs are usually piping hot too but lukewarm not microwaved long enough....2 staff on one was OK but miserable the other one was very fast but very terse and not pleasant at all and we felt rushed and didn't have time to view and select our sandwich fillings....thought the glass casing was to allow you to do this? Everyone doesn't know what they want before they get to the counter!

They simply cannot count. Order multiple meal deals and they get confused. I was expecting 3 drinks as part of 3 meal deals and also ordered 1 extra Tropicana juice (4 drinks in total). Guess what? They sent two meals and two drinks. I got refund for 1 meal deal from Uber before I realised one of the kids lucky to receive his foot long realised he did not receive a drink. He had taken his brother’s Tropica not realising his Tangy Orange was not included. Subway absolutely messed the meal they waited extra 30 min for. I could not get the cost of the Tangy Orange but worse was looking at the disappointed little faces.

Subs are standard subway fare, but it's been saying for months on the app that Meatballs (and meat free version) are not available when in fact, they are. Pointed this out to staff about 2 months ago but still showing unavailable. Add that in with just eat not working and the convenience of ordering to pick up our get delivered isn't possible, so need to go into the shop and deal with the clearly-unhappy-in-their-job workforce. Definitely could do better here.....

Shop seems to be understaffed resulting in Painfully slow service. Delivery drivers seem to get priority over waiting customers. Staff friendly and clean shop but will give it a miss as always has queue that’s very slow moving.
