KFC in North Lanarkshire

The delivery driver was a very funny/nice and talkative. Food was good chips could have been better.

Well my order is no complete is less for one drink

chicken was hard fries were cold and no soft drinks delivered

Missing items, incorrect items. Not a great experience

By the time the food came, I had lost my appetite.

One item was missing for which I have received a credit to my account. But also one item was incorrect; gravy received instead of BBQ dip.

Food was wrong order was without gravy and sauces that wete paid for and it was the 2nd time in a row this has happened

Terribly slow waited 30mins on popcorn chicken

portion chips and pop corn chicken missing would like a refund for this

Unfortunately no matter how nice you ask they don’t listen to your notes on your order, asked very nicely for no mayo or salad and got both on my burger and now can’t eat it :/

Got the 40 pound bucket earlier usually good but this one was bland chicken was so chewy batter was 200% over cooked didn't get corn on the cob sich I ordered went in the bin had to order Chinese As it wasn't worth eating

Chicken okay, juicy. Not much bone. Requested PLAIN fries but came so seasoned, they were way too salty to eat. Spice blend is great on chicken, but horrible on fries. Signature mistake! PAID for TWO corn cobs - got NONE...... Disgraceful......

advised wait time was 25-40 mins took i hour 40 mins and food was only Luke warm

Delivery was quick enough but food was cold so its left the restaurant like that. Gravy watered down.

Order was missing both food & the drink. Food arrived stone cold & damp. Inedible. Refused to help, neither sending a new order or refund stating that I’d given the delivery code. At point of giving code you don’t know what’s inside the bag!

Sent the wrong side and the chicken was all burnt and hard. Same for the chicken in the fillet burger. Disappointing.

The food was lovely; it was just a pity it wasn't all there. This is the second time an order has been incomplete, you won't get another chance, I won't be ordering again.

Didn’t receive my food. 2 bags were delivered. One with my cans and the other which i assumed was the food, actually had a large bottle of Pepsi in it. Had to reorder the food again . Waiting outcome on my refund

This was one of the best KFC but not it's rubbish unless there is 1 lady a think she's a manager then she makes sure we got everything we ordered and also she's being really nice person to customers. Recently who ever employs these young workers are really crazy. More talking and laughing than working. Nothing is wrong with talking at work but work should be at first place . I was watching a young guy at the kiosk probably a manager evening times he's in. He always so grumpy and rude to customers, throwing food into bags and then throwing bags at the table is unacceptable. People paying for this food . Not coming back

Your delivery driver went to the wrong house I had to leave my unwell mother to drive up to the end of the street to collect my food and your driver then lied to me saying I had put on my delivery note 8A when I asked for proof he denied to show me it absolute joke you must hire drivers that know how to read

Friendly and engaging staff. Sarah (duty manager) and Martin (server) took care of their staffs needs & provider great customer service throughout. This enhanced my experience culminating in a full stomach and willingness to return as a customer. Good job everyone.

driver left KFC and sat in Asda car park for ten minutes before delivering the food which was cold

What a gentleman this delivery driver was! After misplacing my key and awkwardly telling him my number through the door, the sweetheart waited on me so my burgers didn't go cold ^_^ thanks again to all involved in conveying my sweet delicious chicken!

Order hadn’t even been delivered but said it has, very unhappy with this as this was the last of my money to feed my family and now me and my young kids are left hungry!

Only ordered 2 fillet burgers and 2 fries and they still managed to mess up. Only received the two burgers and no fries! FREEZING too.

Was cold, I stay literally round corner, driver never had insulated bag which i suspect why it was lukewarm warm at best. If I hadn’t been working I’d have walked there and back and been warmer.
