waited for the order for an hour and they just cancelled it. Ridiculous. bad service. was sat with my little sister waiting for an HOUR. ridiculous

Placed order on just eat. Marked as delivered but still sitting here hungry. First time using, definitely the only time. No comment on the food as its not here.

A 16 inch pizza for £12 is fantastic value.

First time I’ve used Marinis - popped in last night on the way home from work. I’ll definitely be back! Ordered a sausage supper and a portion of chips - the food was spot on, everything was freshly cooked. Good friendly service, top marks from me that’s for sure!

We ordered food over 4 hours ago everytime we phoned got a different answer saying it’s ready and being picked up Then saying it has Jst came out the oven the shop is now closed and no food absolutely unacceptable we were told it’s taking so long because they only have 2 drivers and that it’s because we live so far which is a joke

Ordered 2 pasta deals. Was supposed to be Mac n cheese and carbonara. Both congealed lumps of milky pasta. Zero taste . I've had better tinned pastas. The salt n chilli chips are chippy chips dusted in Chinese 5 spice . Waited a hour and half on a Monday night for delivery. First and last time buying from here

My order did not arrive. When you phone the shop it's just a busy tone so you can't get through. Absolutely would NOT recommend.

Find it disgusting the way ur staff spoke to customers. My neice found a hair in her spaghetti. Was told boss would bring it. I asked politely if he was the boss and says yes. And then I went on to ask him what was happening with refund. And says he would need to speak to lady. And then went oan to call me a dicknhead. Absolutely disgusting. I will be calling trading standards!!!!

This shop is an absolute joke!!!! Sent out the chippy box with the fish smashed all over the box, looks like it's been on the floor , called up and they said they will send another out, 1 hour later no fish so I'm still without dinner, to be told it was on its way so another hour and then to be told the boss wasn't in and she didn't know why it didn't arrive!! Bull....t, and they kept hanging up the phone when we tried to call to find out where it was, they only answered after we used the house phone!! never again will I buy from hear or recommend them, there customer care is shocking , and there excuse for the state of the fish in the 1st place was it wasn't supposed to be in that box so that's why it was all broken , this is a 12" pizza box it's actually laughable, no wonder they don't have Facebook so no one can see how crap they are at dealing with there issues, it's still going on Facebook with the photo

When I received my order there was something missing, I contacted the shop and they replaced my full order which I definitely was not expecting, thank you so much, food is always delicious too.

Fish was being cooked so waited had ordered a single fish and large fish supper Single fish fresh and very good the large fish supper both fish were dried and not tasty they had been lying heated so really dry Will not be back here in a hurry

Use this place quite often for take away dinners. Food is always hot and freshly made, and the staff are friendly. I've never had any issues here. Good service overall. Recommended.

Grabbed fish and chips fish was really nice. Not a big chip fan but had small chips was nice. Would definitely recommend no complaints at all.

Order took over an hour to arrive. When it arrived it was cold & the pizza was stuck to the box. Asked for refund rather than replacement because it was so late & was refused. Manager accused me of trying to get free food. Arranged for food to be collected which didn’t happen & now manager is apparently away for the night. Awful customer service

absolutely shocking order came 40 minutes late! when i called the restaurant the man had no clue what i was talking about when i was asking when my order would arrive he was so nasty and then when i called again he answered said yeah i know scoffable then hung the phone up on me when the food finally arrived half of my order was missing and what they did bring was swimming in GREASE!

The chicken pasta was very tasty made by Mandy. With Marco in charge it is a very clean well run establishment.

Total disappointment. Firstly arrived 35 mins after delivery time given by them. Called to be told extremely busy. If really busy then you wouod not get chips that looked like they have sat for a long time and gone like rubber. Pizza was like raw dough. Chips cold and swimming in grease. Fish was okay but cool and greasy. Every other order I have had with them has been great but this was disgusting.

Food is best I've tried in Lanarkshire and staff are amazing, counter staff are probably the best I've ever came across, if I could I'd give them more stars for service alone but Tobe fare food is always amazing too best chippy out without a doubt don't go by reviews as everyone has different taste , if u do go by reviews look at this one !

Had a delivery food was not only frozen but containers all bashed and curry sauce everywhere..then contact just eat to be offered a measly 5.08p refund..ridiculous since food went in bin!!! Won't be buying again

Good choice on the menu , and very well prepared food

Ordered via Uber Eats - it was delivered on time but it was underwhelming. Food was already quite cold, the cheese had congealed into one solid lump on the chips and the batter was heavy and tasteless. It wasn’t poor enough to complain about but I wouldn’t rush to order from here again.

Avoid at all costs! Continually lied to when asking where our order was. Friday eve - placed order, delivery time came and went. We phoned the shop multiple times, getting a different story each time we called, with them promising the food would be there soon and giving various different excuses why it hadn’t been delivered, all appear to have been lies! Saturday - Phoned and spoke to a very nice Lady, who answered the phone. She was apologetic but The Manager refused to speak to us as he said he doesn’t speak English well, although we could hear him speak to her perfectly well. Apparently, the Manager had said they had tried to deliver to us twice, couldn’t find us (although we don’t live in a difficult to find place) and that they had also tried to ring but we did not answer the phone (we had been chasing our order all evening so why wouldn’t we answer our phone ?) He also refused to refund our money. Spend your money, somewhere else. With better service and probably *better food (*looking at other reviews).

Absolute joke went into shop to order chips cheese 2 battered sausages and a tub of gravy and when my bf came out to the car I opened the chips and cheese n they where stone cold the guy in the shop also told my bf he couldn’t have 2 plastic forks even tho they where sitting out. Went back in to ask for fresh chips n the guy had the cheek to put them in the microwave and hand them back to us 100% won’t be back !!!!

One of the best chip shops in Bellshill. Fish and chips, fritters? They have it all. Good chat off the staff too. 5 out of 5 stars from me.

If 0 stars could be given it would. Over a 3 hour wait and still no sign of delivery even though the shop is less than 5 minutes from my house. Phones been taken off the line as well. Pathetic.

The fish is very good quality Haddock....Fantastic so refreshing given most chip shops use Whiting...excellent.

Ordered our food at 5pm for a selected delivery time of half 8. But the order was over 30 minutes late!, even with 3 hours notice!. Half the order was missing and what did arrive was cold, also a hair was found . The delivery drivers walked up and down our street with our food searching for the door number, I had to go out and get it from them. Shocking service !

Will not order again food arrived cold and large chicken kebab at £6.50 had the equivalent of half a chicken breast. Called to complain and not interested at all. One to avoid!

Just ordered a spicy beef pizza deal 3 the pizza was disgusting. Spicy beef could have been dog food.

Horrific food. Order was delivered late, everything was cold! The pakora was awful, brick solid & dried out. The pakora sauce tasted weird. My 13 year old step son described the fish as tasting like cardboard! The only thing we enjoyed was the garlic pizza bread (after we reheated it)

Got a fish supper. Chips were fine but the fish was totally dried out and uneatable. Worst I've ever had. Won't be going back.
