Absolutely amazing, our new favourite place to eat, we’ve had no issues at all.

Amazing as always, everything came, was earlier than expected which was really great.

I ordered a 2 piece fish supper but only received 1. Very unusual for Sandros to disappoint but unfortunately they did on this occasion.

Good portions and food hot and fresh

Took 90 minutes to arrive and exceeded the just eat delivery time estimates by about 30 minutes so it wasn’t a surprise that the food was cold on delivery. I think the food would have been nice had it not needed microwaving. 1st time we used this place and we won’t be back.

Took more than one and a half hours to deliver. The food was stone cold when it eventually arrived.

Ordered spicy chicken pizza, never seen anything quite like it! Food was over 1 hour and a half late! Mac and cheese was like something from a tin, garlic bread with cheese actually a soggy panini. Everything in the bin, diabolical

pizza crunch was too hard around the edges but middle was delicious and chips were lovely.

Bought 2 piece fish with fritters,it was absolutely disgusting I think the fish had been sitting in the heater all day , couldn't get a knife to cut through it ended up in the bin ,avoid at all cost ,a waste of money

I feel robbed. Daylight robbery. £22 for 2x roll and chips with cheese and 1 HALF pizza crunch. £22. Absolutely furious with the prices of this place. The price is very 5* and the food is very 1* with green and inedible chips. Do not recommend. Daylight robbery.

First and last time using this chippy, bought fish supper and sausage supper,fish was soft and mushy batter was soggy has no one told them that fish should be flakey and batter crispy, sausage supper same soggy and chewy batter chips weren't any better at least they couldn't mess up the two pickled onions place is a joke £18 and it's in the bin

bought 3 fish suppers, Couldn't eat them, they were rank to say the least! fish was tasteless and the chips certainly not fresh absolutely rank rotten!, never again!, especially at the price you charge.. definitely not worth it.

Kib rib need more bbq favour. Good chips and pizza and smoke sausage

Had loads of chips in order was great, food was lovely.

Love the place. Great food and brilliant staff. Great value for money. Never rushed out even slightly after closing time. Nice relaxing place for dinner.

2 hrs waited on 5 chicken strips and chips, had no updates etc,only for food to arrive cold, no be using this place again coldnt run a Minogue, and no even a apology for being 2 hours late, terrible

didn't not enjoy the food at all. the chips were rotten and we couldn't even eat the pizza

I did not receive my order and could not get an answer from the restaurant. I am still waiting on contact from Just eat for a refund

Food was and hour and 40 minutes after order, applied for a refund and got rejected. If you are understaffed due to only having one driver. Don't take the orders on. Abysmal.

The food was cold when it arrived almost an hour after I ordered it called shop and asked why they are marking food as delivered when it is not could not eat it nearly £30 wasted

Hello about 2pm in the afternoon estimated arrival between 3-3:20, came at 2:40 so was happy it was early. Food was great, special fish was lovely. No complaints.

Food was lovely, quick collection, however I was expecting to get a 'hamburger' not just the hamburger meat

Fish was nice but chips were over done and very tough, chicken panoramic was very dry and tough

Every item of food was frozen cold pizza cracker when biting in to it it was so hard chips cold and covered on settled grease totally disgusting if the can’t cope with the orders they should not be using just eat just another example of greed on their behalf will never use this place again

Don't believe the hype, THIS is the best chippy in bellshill.

Food was lovely and warm . Apparently it was the best haggis my English hubby has ever had. Best chippy ever

We received the delivery all but good, until my partner opened the chips curry sauce up tried a chip put the chips in a bowl placed it In the microwave for a reheat. I had a pizza that was half cold I opened the box tried a pizza piece and it was also half cold.

King rib and sausage were very greasy. Pizza wasnt great, undercooked and wuite soggy. Baked potato was bland and the cheese tasted odd Food quality is not what it used to be.

Always an amazing pizza - got Ham & Mushroom there n lovin it. Great local business that never lets u down, money well spent. Would love a bolognese pizza tho n dont think its on menu.

Wee bit disappointed, meat feast pizza could’ve been great if it had more than a sprinkling of cheese, chips good portion but undercooked, and they list & charge for 500ml bottles but send smaller bottles.

Chips were hard kids sausage batter was soild chicken paroka was brick hard hardly any batter. Poor wont be ordering again.

Delivered on time and driver was patient and waited for me to answer the door. However the delivery fee is a little too much as I only live three minutes away

£5.35 for chips and 2 buttered rolls!!!! More than half the chips in the bin. I sometimes wonder how I bother the chips were worse than reheats

Our new favourite place for some comfort food. I have yet to find a better Mac and cheese! Food quality is fab and delivery is always earlier than estimated. Staff really nice on the phone and helpful when I ordered an incorrect item. 10/10 takeaway :)

Food was fine except for chicken pakora was hard most of the batter was missing must have been frozen and put in microwave if shop wants it back it is still here less half a piece of pakora

Waiting time for service for shocking after being seated for 20mins we had to literally ask to be served. Ordered a Baked Patato with Cheese and Beans and I would have been as well going to a hardware store for a chainsaw to cut it as it was that hard. he sauces tasted as though they where too vinegary and watered down. The only thing that was decent about the meal was the coleslaw.

Everyone in the office agrees that the food was mega! Best baked potatoes I've ever tried from anywhere. Special fish also great, portion sizes are fantastic! Food arrived on time and piping hot.

Was really looking forward to my macaroni but it had been nuked and was so over cooked had to cut it out of the tub with a knife and the sauce was non existent because of this normally love The Mac so very disappointed

I popped in on a Saturday to get some chips and staff were friendly but I felt the chips were soggy. It could be that they have been left out too long so not for me this one.

I'm sorry to post this but & I know it's only chip shop food but this was probably the worst I've ever had, the fish in particular was really bad. I wont go into anymore details but I won't be back in a hurry.
