Mon & Tues. £5 foot long subs are amazing go check them out...

We have just received our order, not only did the order arrive wrong, it was cold, the bread was stale as if it had been left out all day, and just had veg added to it and shoved in the bag, not enjoyable at all, and still this is apparently not enough to get a full refund, disappointed and probably the last time I eat at subway, it has surely gone down hill in a quality.

It’s subway. They’re all pretty much the same and offer the same menu and choices.

Cost me nearly £20 with delivery. The 12inch cob had 3 ham slices on it, 2 bacon strips. Disgusting for price The only thing good was they put plenty of sweetcorn on it . Day light robbery, won’t be having subway delivered to my door again. The delivery driver was fantastic and so funny but even with tips it don’t cover the cost of petrol to where I live. We have a subway about 2 miles away but they always use the one in town which is over 5 miles away give or take

Just brought a subway from this store and The staff was prioritising uber eats and deliveroo orders over in store customers. I asked for my footlong to be toasted not burnt, It was burnt was because it was left in the oven for longer than the time because the staff was doing takeaway orders. I will not be returning back to this store

The last time I visited here the staff were miserable and not very friendly at all(this was probably around 2 years ago) but I've just been in and the staff there today were amazing! So friendly, we all had a laugh and my daughter and I left with a smile. Many thanks guys, keep up the happy vibes! 😊

Not as good as usual, but the staff were great and my sandwich wasn't a sloppy mess. Tasted good too.

Always taking very long time for delivery drivers, they are always careless with the online orders.

The staff is so rude and they don't even know how to communicate with customers on 29/dec/23 around 3pm i went to collect and order and a lady just ignored me and she started to serve other customers who came after me and at the end when i asked here why did you do this she was literally forgot to prepare your order i was literally standing infron of here

Just witnessed 3 servers being extremely kind and helpful with one of their regular customers. They really looked after them and the other customers. Great service.

Only one server!! We were 4th in queue but was taking forever as server was always sorting delivery orders. So we decided to go to KFC. Then KFC didn't have any chicken all done!! Chick Chick saved the day.

At checkout, they didn't want to accept cash, isn't cash a legal tender in this country?

Ben is the best worker he put lots of care and attention into my sub and even gave me a loving embrace after my meal, would come again

Not been into this subway for a while and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. It's had a really nice refurb and is nice and light in there. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The girl serving was really conscientious and made me a great wrap. I also ordered subs and everything was made exactly as requested. Really great service. Thanks very much

Third time used my local Subway definitely the last. Does anyone teach the staff how to wrap the sub ??? Always falling apart when it arrives it’s a joke. Under filled too they add extra lettuce to pack it out. Worst Subway in Nottingham

Had the worst subway sandwich Iv ever purchased. The steak was cold and soggy, the cheese hardly melted. I paid for extra cheese but it seemed the same amount I usually have. The salad tasted old and she chucked sweet corn on with the juice that added to the sogginess. The bread was falling apart anyway. Won’t be wasting my money again.

Ordered two footlongs and sides on Deliveroo. When it arrived all that was in the bag was a drink and cookie with a message on the receipt to ask deliveroo for a refund. Absolutely ridiculous. They should have cancelled or not accepted my order instead of making me wait around for nothing

All kk but staff need sorting made a right mess of my Veggie Delight..Not cheap so expensive so I except better

Bad tummy food ,had a bad tummy after visiting this subway .It needs an inspection before someone becomes ill, possibly they have rats my tummy extremely bad.

Awful ordered from uber eats, arrived with boxes in disarray,subs were squished and soggy and no where near adequate salad etc inside like you'd get by going in. Nachos were very disappointing, tiniest amount of cheese and that was way overcooked,so inedible. The only good thing were the cookies.

Now that was a SANDWHICH. Best sub I've had in a while. Weren't stingy on the ingredients like so many other places. So worth the 10 minute drive!

If there was an option of zero it would be too many. We ordered off Uber eats and got a delivery no problem. We was missing items that hadn’t been put in so I called the store. They hung up as soon as I said hello it took me 15 minutes to get through again. The woman on the phone was very rude and no apology for missing items off the order which was clearly stated on the receipt. The food was poor to the extent I couldn’t make out what was on it. I will never use this store again. They need retraining

Ordered on Uber eats I forgot to select the cheese option and I rang the store saying can you add cheese to my order the women on the phone said your order is on the way so can’t come off the phone to for a text to say your order is being prepared no sorry about that very rude sandwich was nice

Asked for only a few items of salad and instead the employee behind the counter started to put everything on the sandwich and didn't listen to me at all. Bad communication between staff and customers.

What needs to be said? Fresh food clean and tidy establishment

Lovely, friendly staff (who, when I was goimg regularly, actually remembered my order). The food is good, the price isn't too expensive and there's a wide variety to choose from. Also they're cookies are AMAZING!

Male attendant didn't change his gloves even when using the gloves inside dirty oven mitts and touching other equipment with them. It looked like the female attendant leaned in to tell him but he shrugged. Then he continued to grope all the vegetables on top of my sandwich. He also didn't wrap it well at all, and mixed up which sandwich was which. Tasted good though, so one star.

Poor customer service. Restaurant is not clean. They need trainjng on how to make wraps because ours was coming apart. There was no soap in the toilets. When I reported it the girl behind counter said she did not have keys to the cupboard where soap is.

A slow service today but food perfect

The toilets were disgusting and haven't been cleaned, where an individual has left it unflushed and urine is all over the seat. Where is the inspection to make sure the restaurant is clean? Also hygiene. Not one member of staff changed their gloves when moving food stations from meat to fresh veg, thus contaminating veg with meat products, and leaving an individual in our group not able to eat a vegetarian meal due to the bad hygiene. Normally I love subway, however the service was horrific and the staff were rude and impolite.

Do like subway however the could do with baby changing facilities

Not the best subway I've had, service was poor.

One staff member wasn't approachable when we entered the property. She wasn't really helpful. The other young girl seemed better but still neither were really customer friendly. I think it could benefit from some customer service training

Awful Expirance! I asked for: Just one thin line of mayonnaise. I got 4 big fat streaks of the stuff whole sub was drowned. So I took it back and asked them to do it again, and when they did they did it without cheese and bacon!!!

How was subway? Well they made me a sandwich as per my order and it was delicious as always. Well done subway

Average. Cleanliness average, hospitality yeah I'm here, miss made orders and not well made, several minor maintenance issues, and slow. Can do better!

Food is as good as any other Subway! Some of the staff don't quite come up to standard of other subways though. There was a new girl on and the other girl working with her was really harsh with her. Not a happy atmosphere 👎

Not great. Staff abrupt and dismissive. Need to work on their customer service, especially the grumpy big guy.

Not great. Sandwich artist believed I had asked for something containing sausage, so he began heating some. When I corrected him, he just tossed the half warmed sausage back into the same container as the cold. Wasn't happy with the customer service and the seating area was a mess.

Good local Subway. Rarely ever busy so good, quick service.
