Great place, very friendly staff and the food is always well-prepared.

Ordered through Deliveroo.. why are there olive's in my food? Can you not read? Deserves a 0...

Love the food. This subway is very nice always clean and If never been before I highly recommend the spicy Italian with lettuce cucumber and sweet corn!

order was messed up. wouldn't class The pepperoni & cheese dipper a footlong. The driver was late, looking on the map he was going all over the place, no where near my address and completely went past my road. won't be recommending subway in Weybridge to anyone and won't be ordering from here again in a hurry.

Went in at 5:30 today and had an amazing service, can't remember the man's name but he was very friendly and made the 2 best subs I've ever seen. Just put together perfectly if you get what I mean. 👍

Food was soggy and cold, took 25 mins to be delivered from the point if leaving the store. driver said he had other deliveries, but this resulted in my food being delivered cold and soggy!

I ordered a tuna subway and after receiving my order i discovered a chicken sub had been delivered. I don't eat meat! I immediately contacted the store, and was advised to reorder and repay for the tuna subway and that my original order would be refunded. I also contacted just eat, just to be sure that the refund was going to be made. 4 days on and no response from just eat and no refund!

Overall verdict; The service was a bit off - couple of guys who don’t speak English particularly well/clearly which is far from ideal. When ordering it’s not the easiest as they don’t understand you much, and vice-versa 🤷🏼‍♂️. We got there in the end though, despite them not asking my wife what salad she wanted which narked her a little. The food itself was actually really good. I have the same Sub every single time when I eat at any subway so I have clear expectations. It was really tasty, made exactly how I like it, so that redeemed the branch, otherwise it would be a very low score. Also, no toilet AT ALL. This surprises me as I was under the impression any food shop where they offer facilities for eating in have to offer a restroom….?? Pretty poor. In regards to disabled access, it’s all on the flat so shouldn’t be any issues.

Food is cold need to get better app on there phones or people who know the area they wanted me to come down and get my food. All of it is cold wasn’t in warn container

It was more than 2 hours after I ordered it. Spoke with the manager a couple of times, told me that he held off cooking my order as the drivers kept cancelling. Will most likely not use just eat again, as I can get this restaurant on other apps

Friendly driver, and food arrived in good time. Far too much mayo though - the sub was saturated with it. Subway always put far too much dressing on!

Not sure who's accountable, store blamed just eat not sending a driver.. The store is about a 15 min walk.. Yet no delivery could be ordered and, to top it off, missing items. 😡

The app said the driver was at the restaurant for over 10 mins so walked over to get it my self and the delivery had just got there so I picked up my own food and the driver still waited to say he delivered it when he didnt as I had to wait so long the food was cold

Unfortunately they put the wrong sauce on. Ordered southwest but got something very hot and spicy. Not the end of the world for me but not enjoyable. The mrs took one bite and threw it in the bin!

I always visit to this subway in a week . And every time my experience is very good . Staff members are very nice and friendly . Foods is so delicious. 🙂🙂

Companies delivering hot food should really think about how to package items considering g what thefood will be like when it arrives at its destination. I am tired of soggy when it should be crispy and tired of cold when it should be hot. Rubbish

I never received this order. I was called and told that the restaurant had run out of salad boxes and that they were going to cancel my order however I have not received a refund. Please look into this matter and refund me the amount. Regards

Very Disappointed, not worth any amount of money, the ham was going off, the hash browns were dry and tasted a day old, they give you the ends of the tomatoes with the hard bit, I will never support subways every again.

Not happy at all. Very rude staff and half of my order was sent and it was cold. I have ordered from here a lot and I was really disappointed with the way I was not only spoken to but the level of poor customer service.

Food was never even delivered!!! Complete farce. Ordered at 7:50pm. Still ‘driver assigned’ at 9:30pm. Ended up calling restaurant and driving to pick up. Tried FAQs, calling customer hotline (recorded message telling me to go online for FAQs), calling restaurant hotline, told they can’t help but directed me to (hidden) chatbot, finally found it and the button wouldn’t click. Absolute joke! After physically picking up the food myself in the car, I then get pinged “how was it? Leave a review!” A review of what?? Being charged for a delivery that never happened??!! Only helpful person was Subway manager, he was lovely and helpful and even offered to stay at work past closing for us to get there. THAT’s customer service.

Good clean Subway, always keep food covered when not in use. What makes this Subway special though is the staff who are always warm and welcoming, and the reason we return time after time.

Not happy what’s so ever ordered for collection bu mistake when meant addlestone. Spoke to someone who said we can deliver never mentioned over phone with delivery fee? as I said thank you for being so kind to drop turned up and said I’ll have to take your food back if you don’t pay us £5 I’ve paid £20 for my order was not about to put extra just for his travel when it was not mentioned once over the phone.

Hardly filled it up, not like normal if you went there, also Bread did not really seem fresh and only got half of the salad options I chose. Overall, not great and I would NOT order again.

Unfortunately the large box of potato crispers I ordered was a measley quarter of a small box. I informed just eat I hadn't received that part of the order and they refunded it to me. Apart from that the sandwiches were nice as usual. Thank you.
