Location, location, location. Staff friendly too, shame about the Doom bar, but hey ho, can't have it all I suppose.

Our waiter was Uros. He was friendly and helpful. The food was well presented and tasted delicious. Lovely pub in a beautiful setting right on the Thames.

Service was attentive, food lovely and live singer/ musician was talented .

An absolute stunning day out, with service out the top drawer and exceptional quality of food - will be back soon

We had a tremendous lunch at the Albany! All starters and mains arrived promptly, and we’re all delicious. Compliments to the chef and the staff who made our day!

went here on a Tuesday night with my friends, It took them 30 minutes to ask for our drinks which was asked by a boy who looked like he was about to run off whilst we were ordering. They then took another 20 minutes to bring out bottled drinks, but they did put that on the house, which was nice of them. Our food was really nice and the view was amazing, but the overall service was terrible. Everyone was in a rush And no tables were cleaned so it looked like a mess. I’ll waiter eventually said sorry in the end, but just feel like he could’ve been a bit happier. I do feel for the team as they could’ve been shortstaffed, but even a sorry throughout the meal would have been nice. We also ordered another drink, which then again took another 20 minutes for one solo drink and we heard them making it 20 minutes after ordering (it was super quiet so no one else was ordering drinks). It’s a real shame because I really like this pub

Fantastic lunch today! The weather really helped and the view and location were incredible!!!!

I reached the place kayaking in the river. I ordered the scallops. The plate was expensive, tiny and they mixed the scallops with pork belly!! It was disgusting! Nothing else to eat for a pescatarian who needed to return to the water quickly to return the kayak. Food took 25 minutes to come. No vegetarian food. Just a thought for those who are planning on eating there while on a trip to the river.

Fabulous location and great service from Angel. Rotisserie chicken was dried and not good but everything else was very good. Chicken was removed from bill.

A beautiful pub located right on the Thames. Absolutely fantastic waitresses and a special mention to Max, the manager who has been very hospitable, kind and generous. Fantastic food (the pork belly & scallops are a must), great selection of alcoholic beverages, variety of children’s meals, lovely views outside where you can eat & drink. I certainly will be a regular there! Thank you again.

The food was okay, small portions. The service was quite poor, waited over 20 minutes for dessert, and had to ask twice for it. Waitresses were arguing between themselves, which doesn't create a nice atmosphere to be.

Shocking service. Stood at the bar for ten minutes before being served. Multiple staff walking past ignoring. Needs a shake up and improved management.

The Albany, located right by the Thames, is an absolute delight. With stunning river views and a beautiful garden, it's the perfect spot to relax. The food is excellent, and the drink selection is top-notch. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, thanks to the friendly staff. I highly recommend The Albany to everyone—it's a true riverside gem!

Had an amazing experience at the Albany - tucked in a resident area but has amazing views over river Thames and overlooking Hampton court gardens . Food was good and the outdoor seating is perfect for a nice weather. Nice place to go out with friends and family. Definitely returning back when around this area.

Had a lovely time at the restaurant today for Father’s Day. Food was tasty and service was fab, staff were brilliant and helpful especially Angel, he was great! Would recommend.

It was our first time in the pub we recently just moved in the area, the food was lovely we hade wonderful burgers and lovely wine recommended by the waiter Angel. He made sure that the food will arrive on time he gave us the best service ever!!! I recommend to everyone to try the burgers they are banging, we will definitely come back again lovely pub

Nice pub, good location. Customer service was excellent with very friendly staff. In terms of ordering: Ordered 4 items on the food menu. One came after 10 minutes of ordering, the remaining three took an additional 40 minutes. Food was okay, nothing special. For the price and the type of establishment, its below expectations. Lastly, and most importantly, the Guinness was atrocious, still drank, but not great.

This is a lovely riverside pub Our visit coincided with Thames Ditton's regatta, so very busy and a great atmosphere We had some food from the bar menu, which was excellent All the staff were friendly and professional. Didn't try the restaurant inside, but it looked lovely. Thanks to the Albany team for a great afternoon.

Food was lovely, staff were helpful. But the music was too loud and a alarm went off for about 15 mins during the meal.

Food was lovely, although I couldn't see any rice noodles in my noodle duck salad and no chocolate in my chocolate creme brulee. Staff were very good and it was a relaxing lunch I would visit again

Went a couple of days ago and ended up staying much longer than expected. The singer was really extremely good, and the atmosphere was fantastic, people were shouting for more and more. A very great evening, will definitely go again.

Beautiful location next to river tucked away down a quiet road. Food was very tasty. Eleni and Lauren were great hosts.

Waited one hour yesterday for very dry meega portion of food, which gave me an upset tummy. Plus having to listen to a singer recking classic songs. A really bad evening. Never again!!

Went for a quick pint with the lads. Ended up having a full 3 course meal thanks to Jess who was very convincing in recommending we go for the chef specials . Think she needs a promotion or bonus of some sort.

I am a regular customer for the Albany and have recently turned vegan, I had noticed that they had only 1 vegan option on the menu as well as a salad. I was quite disappointed. The service was amazing as always but I wasn’t able to have the fries as they weren’t vegan themselves. Unfortunately my next visit won’t be anytime soon, until they add more vegan options to the menu.

Len is incredible - so friendly and accommodating. Wonderful views - can’t wait to visit again!

Disappointing Saturday dinner, not as good as previous visits. Initial drinks order was wrong (ordered 2 x 175ml wine, got 1x 175ml and 1x 250 ml). One starter was advertised as chicken liver parfait on rosemary foccacia, but it came on normal bread. Cheeseburger seemed to be cooked from frozen and no ketchup was available as they had run out! Duck noodle salad main course was returned, had 5 bitesize pieces of deep fried duck that was so hard it wasn't nice, also hard to see any noodles in the dish that was largely slaw. Replaced by 'rotisserie' chicken, the leg was moist but breast too dry to eat. I don't think our expectations were particularly high, but with so much competition for pub food in the area, we hope you learn from the feedback. Sadly we won't be returning though.

Been here many times but it could do with a little TLC to be honest. The coffee is not very warm either, but the prices are quite a lot for a luke warm coffee. PLEASE DO NOT BRING YOUR CHILDREN AS THERE IS A JETTY WITH VERY DEEP WATER AND THE ACCESS DOOR IS OPEN AND DOES NOT HAVE A LOCK. I have told the manager and they will sort it. Manager, please contact me to inform me it has been fixed so I can come around & check. If not, you will not c me there with my grandchildren & I will go to the authorities.

Same menu as Harts Boatyard which isn't necessarily a bad thing. Food was good. Service was a bit mediocre. First seated us next to an open door, so it was a bit chilly. Requested to be moved which was accommodated. Service was a little slow and sparse and they didn't have a couple of items on the menu which was frustrating. The bottle of wine was just dumped in an ice bucket next to the table unopened and wine glasses were for red wine. Perhaps I'm being a little picky but you notice these things.

Early weekday lunch with friends. It was not busy. Great location overlooking the Thames. Easy car parking, good menu. Friendly staff. Enjoyed our meal. Tasty food, well presented.

Death by capers. The Panzanella salad was bulked out by cabbage and capers, very disappointing for the price point! Lovely riverside location so would be great for a drink (only a drink!)

The building inside is fantastic, really nice lay out and clearly well kept, except for the toilets which were in dire condition and i couldn’t even go to the toilet as it was so disgusting. Outside is the same, cobwebs everywhere, wall is falling apart and paint peeling, not very well kept and for the price of the food i’d expect it to be in better condition, the plant pots outside were also falling apart and not had a lick of paint in a while, plates and glasses were left out for flies to get to, which the staff should’ve cleared as we were there for 45 minutes and they were still there waiting to be cleared. staff were friendly but didn’t really have much of a smile on their face and seemed as if they wanted to get on with other tasks instead of focusing on the customer, i’m not one to to complain but this just had to be said. cannnot comment on the food as i didn’t indulge in it but if the toilets were bad i don’t want to know what state the kitchen is in.

I have been coming here for a few years now Food was good but this weekend the food was of low standard 2 different meals seemed to be bulked out with tomatoes and peas . The receipts have clearly been changed . quite disappointing as this was a favourite pub , Also now supermarket wine at inflated price .

Not impressed. 5 adults, 2 children. 2 drinks not available after waiting 25 mins for drinks. Duo of beef was poor, 2 tiny bits of beef. Kids meals came out after adults meals. Offer side dishes but not available when ordering. Food was nice but not hot enough and not worth a return trip. No cheese board available although on menu. Felt sorry for the waiter who kept having to come back and say they couldn't do things. It was early evening but not busy. Won't be returning in a rush. Shame as food was OK but expensive for what is was.
