Incapable of cutting a sandwich in half, incapable of reading a receipt and incapable of serving fresh bread, it's always stale. A wholey incapable store.

Get a meal deal so you at least get a cookie... Meatballs were burnt, hash browns were rubber, nachos had a smattering of cheese and sauce. The worst subways we've ever had.

Amazing driver, very kind and turned up to the right house even though the GPS shows it at the wrong location.

My colleague got me a sandwich today. Showed the message at the counter and it was made incorrectly. I went back into the store requesting the sandwich exchanged. The staff not the manager shrugged their shoulders. Explained they didn’t get it wrong. It’s not like the staff own the products. I was annoyed!! So, I put the sandwich in the bin and said to the manager I will never come back in here. I have been going to subway in Salisbury for 17 years. Long before they moved to their new location. Spent probably thousands of pounds and to be treated like that!! Disgusting

the food was was awful, missing half the ingredients from the actual subs, the subs were soggy.crisps out of date, no cookies and wrong drinks. Will not order again

Rude workers I work in the cross keys shopping centre and we don’t have a toilet, I got told by one of the other employees that I could use it as I please because there’s no where else to go and today even though I was going to buy food aswell!! They turned around and said I couldn’t use their toilet Toilet is dirty, shop floor is dirty, workers not washing hands after picking things off the floor I wanted to speak to a manager but she wouldn’t let me

Disgusting place, staff are slow and under trained. They give out smaller portions then you would get in prison and the seats are too dirty to sit on. I expected better from such a big franchisem definitely would advise avoiding at every opportunity p.s I'm still hungry

The churros were cold and soggy and just tasted horrible, the pepperoni and cheese side was just a cold wrap with cheese and a few slices of pepperoni, the only redeeming thing about it was the footlong cookie which was nice

The subs were okay, not cut properly however but that's not the end of the world. The 'Footlong' cheese melt was considerably shorted than a foot, and was basically a warm wrap with barely-melted, sweaty grated cheese. Definitely wouldn't get it again. Worst part of it all was the collection. Staff seemed genuinely confused by my order, despite being part way through packing it at the time, had to check several times to remind themselves of what I ordered and still forgot some of my items. Awful

The drink I ordered with the Footlong deal did not arrive within the order.

Lovely chicken tikka salad box. Got it for free on the points system. Great service, thank you.

Ignored all the comments I put In the box, what's the point in having the box! Subsequently Order was not what was asked for.

Can’t fault the service at all! Same man and woman that serve me everytime ( don’t know there names! Sorry😬) but always make friendly conversation and great people overall! They know me well for leaving my wallet there one time and I can’t thank them enough for keeping it and returning it to me when I came in panicking🤣

Not impressed. I used to really enjoy subway, but the Salisbury branch need to get a grip. The bread I had was stale, so when toasted fell apart and lacked flavour. When next in the queue I had to wait for an online order to be made. My hot food was then left on the side while they finished off the online order. The care and attention to the art of sandwich making that there used to be is totally lost, with food being haphazardly thrown together. No warmth from the staff, and the cost has increased by about 30% since they introduced their new menu format. Won't be going back.

order itself was good, everything correct and packaged nicely. unfortunately it was cold by the time it got to us so we weren’t happy. but that’s the drivers fault not the restaurant. Arrival time said 5.45 and turned up just after 6.30

Incompetent staff don't listen to the alleges some has had to make the sandwich twice because of getting it wrong again nd again wouldn't recommend them Waist of the food or was he hiding it out the back probably use for someone else to eat And not bin it

Driver turned up 17:30. I was waiting at door and waived to him. He ignored me and walked off in other direction. I shouted to him. No response. 17:33 arrived at my door making excuse of traffic. Food lukewarm and barely edible - but I eat it anyway.

Delivery time delayed by an hour, then arrived 6 mins after the second estimate. Hot sides were very cold on arrival. Poor value for money. Would not order again.

Absolute Joke. You turn up and they refuse to allow you to use any of the offers on your app. I was in the queue watching them making the sandwich being made for the customer in front of me. Although the person was wearing gloves he kept rubbing his arms all over the bread when he was reaching in for fillings. If you like a bit of skin and arm hair in your steak and cheese this is the place for you. No hygiene standards when clearing old tables. Dirty food cleared from table after being left and bare hand used to wipe the foody bits off the table without a cloth or spray and then went straight to making someone's food...

Missing food and drink off order

delivery driver just turns up with footlong no crisps or cookie and ordered a 1.5ltr bottle of tango how is that a meal deal.I want refunding £19.22 thankyou. I sent the driver with sandwich but he opens the bag thinking the other items will appear so he said if i didn't take it he will bin it and left. What a service and cannot get direct to the restaurant.

So busy serving Deliveroo that you can wait up to 15 minutes before you are acknowledged. It reminds me to save time and money to make a ham sandwich at home. Avoid at all costs.

Missing cheesy bites from my order!

Asked for a 1.5 ltr bottle of Tango got 3 small bottles and apparently from ordering time to hitting the front door with my purchase it takes nearly an hour to make and deliver a sandwich. Mental this has happened more than 3 occasions now and will not be ordering again.

It took them forever to find a driver, by the time we got our food it was cold and the order was wrong so I had to drive in to get it fixed. Happy to say the person I spoke to had the food remade correctly and was very friendly. Mistakes happen and the food we got the second time was very good

Food was wrong, cold, stale and smelt odd.

I clearly requested to not put chipotle and tomatoes on it, changing it to having instead of them sweetcorn. Result not read or ignored. Footlong thrown in the bin as due to my IBD cannot have anything spicy 😟 waste of money. And the receipt attached to delivery had my request clear and in bold at the top of the receipt….

I’m a veggie delight sandwich, there was salami. In a salad sandwich. Salami. My partner has dietary restrictions which have been affected by this error, and it is an absolutely disgusting error to make. On top of this, the cheese salad arrived with no cheese. What’s worse is there is NO working contact number for the store to rectify the situation

I ordered my food before 3.30 and it didn't arrive until 5. It had obviously been made at 3.30 and sat out for whatever reason, the nachos were cold and soggy, the bread of the sandwich was falling apart and it was all stone cold. I rarely order delivery, but since I fractured my vertebrae this weekend I didn't have much choice. I doubt it will bother the chain at all, but I will not be ordering again.

Foods cold and orders wrong i want a refund

First time I had ordered from Subway. Ordered steak & cheese with extra bacon. Received a chicken salad one with no bacon. Staff won't answer the phone to complain. Won't order again
