Subway in Wirral

Ordered a salad, chicken tikka with everything and extra chicken and cheese. However, what I received was a box of lettuce . 8 tiny scraps of chicken . 2 jalapeño 1 gherkin 3 cucumber and 6 tomotoes . Also a big Bombay with everything which again they got wrong and they prepared it with 4 tiny scraps of chicken lettuce and pepper and a dribble of sauce. Considering it was £18.17 this was an absolutely shocking. If I was in the restaurant and I ordered that I certainly would have not accepted it . This has happened on a few occasions now . They do not give a refund either nor even a replacement of the meal as this is their policy.

I have used this store for some time now to chill out and catch up on reading with coffee and snacks on tap. Everything has always been good and serial staff members have been charming, helpful, welcoming, engaging and a pleasure to talk to. Great place.

Ordered online for delivery which to be fair was quick, however items missing an hair in salad. Called uber who said to call uber🧐 and called Wallasey village subway 4 times with no answer. 😡

The sandwich was hard like a stone, when we asked why it tasted like that they said we don't know and most of the ingredients ran out ( sweetcorn, lettuce, tuna......)so disappointed 🙁.

Felt ill later in the day with my order repeating on me

Got service by a girl called katie. She made the best BMT ive ever had in any subway.

Great food for a bit of a treat had the new meatball sub filled me up witch is good 👍 really friendly staff and good service

Ordered on line and was given a pick-up time of 1:10 . Arrived at 1:10 and had to wait till 1:30 and even then they got one of the four subs wrong !

Lovely friendly staff very helpful and food was really fresh and tasty. Wallasey village subway has the best standards of all the subways I have used before.

Absolutely shocking. Disinterested staff, although one in particular. Blonde girl who seemingly has had a lip operation? Anyway she was more bothered about getting off her shift which was very obvious, even more so as she was leaving the building and we had to remind her that she hadn't served us all of what we ordered. Then when we finally had it all we realised that there were jalapenos missing from one of the meals. Time to look for better fitting staff?

Fine food good service and very covid 19 safe

I ordered a veggi petty But all i received a cold footlong letuce cucumber and spinach nothing else. At least should have toasted it if didn't bother to put the veggi petty inside. Never order online from here.

Price on menu board was different than till price. Staff very disinterested in solving issue and more interested about serving next customer. Will not be returning.

Went to this store today food was lovely after waiting 25 minutes in a queue of 8 people considering covid. Then when we were finally served the girl was so slow and basically hopeless. They were more interested in orders for outdoors rather than 50/50 5 staff 1 serving customers. Never go again

Good service, easy accessible on main road.

Server was super friendly and very knowledgeable. Got me a Chicken Pizziola which is an off-menu item!! We were all very satisfied with our sandwiches! Thank you! Sorry no pictures as we ate it so fast!!!

Clean with an efficient friendly manner.

Not too bad but the bread was toasted when I ordered it not to be and to be honest it tasted stale so I did wonder if that is why they toasted it.

Very clean, well presented. I imagine it will look even better once fully open again and back to normal operation

Have ordered twice from here and asked for double meat and for the meat to warm but came both cold and no extra meat. Have tried calling to address the issue but no answer.

Staff member is an bit of a kn*b. Hours are not displayed correctly on Google and when I got in he was talking to someone who had his mask on his chin leaning over the counter. When i asked if he could wear his mask the staff member replied.. Well it's closed anyway. I walked out he clearly doesn't know that covid doesn't close down once the shop closes.. Idiot

It was ok ...slow service but young staff still learning so will improve...very polite tho..

got my delivery wrong the sandwich was right so was the drink but the rest was not, also forgot a few things in my order not happy at all Ihave tryed ringing yous but none would pick up, I am wanting the rest of my order as I played £15 for it hope to have the rest my order today. thankyou

Been there several times. The restaurant is clean, the staff friendly and most of all, the food is good.

The usual fair with subway but customer service is sometimes poor at this branch

Just received my just eat order, when it arrived it was wrong called the shop no answer.. wrong drink sent with my childs order, no cheese on his sub, no cheese on my salad, the salad was so small it's not even worth £2 let alone £5 asked for no tomatoes but it came with them on.. and asked for sweetcorn and came without! Not a happy customer

Well organised. Staff on the ball about social distancing etc but still very friendly and welcoming. Very limited seating if you want to eat in but again all very clean and well managed.

My nachos had cheese but no salsa or jalapenos...rubbish. Also my italian 6" bmt didnt have the sauce I ordered or various salad bits asked for and my partner had things on her wrap she hadn't asked for.... I tried to phone, engaged, phoned again to no answer....twice....

Ordered of just eat and subway got my order wrong and when I asked rang up and asked for the order I just got spoken to like an idiot will never use here again they're lucky I don't live close

Ordered my son a Subway for his tea via just eat. When it arrived the drink and cookie were missing. Contacted the store was told I either needed to go and collect the missing items myself (after paying a delivery fee) or try and get a refund. The person I spoke to at the subway didnt even apologise. I managed to get a refund for the drink and cookie but no point as the meal was ruined without them.

My mate was ordering, I wasn't aloud in. I had to wait outside

I asked for a veggie patty in a flatbread, very carefully specified what I wanted as I order the same thing every time I visit subway. I received a few pieces of lettuce in a piece of bread - no veggie patty. Disappointing service

Of food is good but the restaurant part could have done with the tables being wiped down and rubbish put in the bin.

Too big. Miserable staff. It was empty but took a while to serve. Queuing method does not work either.

I go to this subway with my kids an it says on line that if u are a slimming world member u get 20% of a salad bowl if u show your card I asked the lady's before when I went in with 4 of my children an the lady's judt looked at me as if I was talking rubbish an made me feel not very nice so I think I need to complain x

Polarised experience, it's gone from a really pleasant and helpful member of staff to one who the last times I went in for a breakfast sub has ruined the start of the day, I was made to feel like I was hindering the running of the shop, rude, unpleasant and deliberately ignored me even making it difficult for me to put milk in my tea!!!! (I have arthritis ) and all I wanted was a a breakfast sub and a tea 🍵 I won't be going back I fumed all the way to work.... I'm writing about yesterday as I thought I'd sleep on it.!
