Watched one of your lads littering the streets with your flyers today, he wasn't even bothering to put them in people's letter boxes. Just shoving them in gate posts... Needless to say they were blown all over the street within minutes. Littering a already littered area. Will be giving you guys a wide berth for the sake of morals.

Have eaten fresh from the shop 3 times and each delicious. Got 2 x chicken and kebab meat mix done delivered yesterday. Very disappointed. Dry tasteless and now we both feel ill. I advise walk in because they are delicious but delivered forget it.

pizza was terrible and garlic bread too the donner meat was alright

Had a chicken kebab delivered to my home and it was absolutely beautiful. It was very hot and very tasty. It was like it was straight from the shop counter. I just took star away as it didn't have much salad and I like it served on top of the meat. Would definitely recommend if you like kebabs.

Waited 2 and a half hours for a pizza to be delivered last night Rang 4 times to be told each time it had left the store an was on its way. On the 4th time I was told they had lost the order which I assume means they either didn't make it or it was delivered to the wrong address. It eventually arrived but wasn't offered any sort of compensation for waiting over two hours. A flight to Italy takes roughly 2 hours... so something I might consider next time The food was hot an was nice so can't complain there

Guys if you are looking to get a pizza, avoid Alex Pizza in Birkenhead at all costs!!! I tucked into my pizza tonight to find a very long dark hair in my pizza 🤮 (I am blonde) I thought I would call up first to sort it out, instead of leaving a review. The pizza was also undercooked, greed is a terrible thing. The manger called me a liar about the hair, and spoke to me like no man should ever talk to a woman. You can see from the pic the other half of the hair is still embedded in the pizza 🤮 He also told me there are no women with dark hair working there (i since found out there is) He told me he would be out to sort it out, he never did arrive, and got staff to lie to me when I called back up. Him not turning up, most likely, is him being too embarrassed for the way he spoke to me, or the state of the pizza. Saying that, that’s unlikely with his mannerisms.This is one of the worst establishments I have ever come across.

Would be nicer if burgers were made with real meat not cheap sludge that's got the texture of dog food

The place is excellent, the food tastes very good, the staff is excellent, and the place is very clean. I advise you to try it and you will never regret it

Get your order wrong then have the cheek to tell u to pay the difference to correct it. Won't be going here again

Really helpful staff, gave us a good laugh at the end of the night and helped to get a taxi home. Pizza was spot on and piping hot, thoroughly enjoyed and glad they stayed open a bit later for us. Cheers fellas, see you on Monday!

Great food and massive portions good value 👌

First off there is a note box for people to write in like I did about putting garlic mayo on my chips and cheese as it doesnt give you that option on just eat you should start checking this when orders come through as it's very disappointing when you dont take notice of what people have written also you've burnt the chicken like chomping through a brick we pay money and expect decent food dissatisfied today with order

First things first I got told my delivery would be upto 45 mins, in the end 1hr15 mins. I done my order online so there is literally no way they could mess it up, in which they did, they missed the cucumber out on my cheese burger...which was burnt,tiniest bit of cheese on and just disgusting could only have one bite before borking, and also cheesy chips was not melted as I asked them to and the food was cold p.s don’t buy from this place waste of money

I regularly order from here, sometimes the food will be nice and just how I asked it with a good delivery time, but every so often my order might take awhile to deliver, Last time they forgot to deliver our BBQ sauce with the meal.

Food took over an hour to arrive food was slightly warm not nice won't be ordering from there again

Told meal would be 45 minutes, after 1 hour 15 minutes phoned them to be told it would be 15 minutes after 1 hour 45 minutes phoned them to be told driver was on his way. After 2 hours no delivery and he never turned up, so it was poached egg on toast, I understand they may be busy but not to turn up is rude, just tell me your too busy and we can go elsewhere

They had an off day today but manager sorted straight away with no issues.

Had issue with over cooked pizza called shop and was spoken to very rudely and told it's how pizza is cooked defiantly changed since it's been taken over!

The underside of one of my pizza's was badly burned, and when I spoke to the manager directly, was told they are all cooked like that

Ordered for children's Christmas party 🎉 25 of them, ( children that is) food was hot when delivered, all staff very friendly, well worth money and plenty, and the children loved them. THANK YOU ALL VERY MUCH. Definitely recommend Alex pizzas 🍕
