Went here this morning for a breakfast sub with my wife and our 2 kids (kids eat free) what an issue!! The young lady behind til knew nothing about the deal took 15 mins at least and several phone calls to her manager before she sorted the issue, and that only happened when i said i knew the owner (which i do) mop bucket not stored away, no hair net or hat, no apron was worn either, Edit worst sub ever eaten!!

The best subway franchise in Southampton. These people know how to make a sandwich. Making a sandwich isn't hard. But making a really great mouth watering sandwich, that leaves you wanting another 12 inches. That is sandwich skills right there! Staff welcoming, and friendly. The ingredients are fresh and tasty. Thank you and keep up the great sandwich skills. Without sandwich experts, we will all just fall apart.

Probably the worst subway in the area. The gentleman behind the counter takes no pride in his work and is rude. I’ll never order from here while he work there.

Very rude staff i went to this subway today the staff was talking with me rudely after that i have points on my subway app and i told him to scan it and want to use my points he just said scanner is not working and i told him to show me its not working he speak with me so rudely. Even i know the scanner is working because i was working in subway before. I don’t know why the managing team of this subway and staff is so rude

Speedy, unassuming service. All the options - that you'd expect from Subway - are on offer. Never experienced them running out of ingredients here. Not particularly cheap - but cheaper than some neighbouring stores (think Winchester). Plenty of seating inside - but not exactly a warm atmosphere. Again - a common complaint for many Subways in the UK (they're stuck in a time warp).

There is not accepting subway reward point, i have many points in my app but they are always tells me that our reedem mashine is not working.

I just had the WORST takeaway ever, non toasted bread with 1 piece of meat and nothing else. When i complained there was not a care in the world.

Toilet is not just filthy from a day of neglect, it's months of not being cleaned professionally. My problem is, if that's the toilet, what's the food hygiene like? Sorry guys it's a no from me!🫣

I was yesterday to eat there,stuff was friendly but food awful, had bad taste, was old food,and I had a bad indigestion after I finished eating.

Ordered a sandwich and they forgot half of the filling and just sent me turkey in a warm sandwich and nothing else, I expect it’s because I asked for vegan cheese because I’m lactose intolerant which probably somehow either confused the workers who don’t know what lactose intolerance(surely they should know working in a restaurant) is OR some weirdo thinking it was funny???

Had the Brie sandwich, and it was delicious. Husband had steak and cheese - have to say, these were the best sandwiches from Subway we have ever had. 10/10!

One of the better Subways. Fresh bread even after 8pm and decent staff.

Large queues and grumpy staff are never a good mix but seeing a staff member wipe his nose (with his gloved hand) and then immediately go back to making a sandwich does not help. To add to that me and my wife were the only ones in wearing masks. While I appreciate that it's a choice for each and every one of us right now, that differs for Subway employees who are required by Subway's policies to wear masks. They guys either didn't know that or just didn't care. Either way we ending up cancelling our order and leaving. If you are ever stuck in a position where you have to choose between this Subway and not eating then I'd stay hungry, it's the wiser option.

It is subway great food and good service

Service and attitude improved significantly since change of Management. The new staff are friendly and patience for the kids who can't make up their minds for a while. Certainly has lessen the stress when ordering the food. Thanks for your patience! 5 stars for the service. (Hope the previous staff has gone, not just a day off) Keep up the good works. I'll be back more often now.

Brilliant customer service and the salad for the subs was lovely and fresh

Very poor service I should ask the lady name she was bit big lady she start shouting on us because she has to change the gloves as I wanted veggie unbelievable behaviour but then another Indian lady come to serve us because she feel bad they way she deal with us

Its a subway. It used to be a little better than it is now. I think the HQ of subway have shrunk their bread, making the subs, a little "sub par" Less room for salad, and more room for the sauce to go everywhere else but in the sub! Still a healthier option than others. The staff are making the best of what they have... polite and attentive

Slowest Subway in Southampton. If you order anything online, you'll have 4-5 drivers cancel before the order is ready because it always takes them ages. No matter the hour, the restaurant is "busy", so any order that would normally take 5 minutes to prepare, will take 30 minutes. Avoid at all costs.

Good food, slow service but none of the 3 staff members were wearing face masks, I don't care personally but pretty sure that's against the law?

So its Christmas eve, Aman who was working should be recognised by the management as she is here on her own running the shop. Great service by her and polit and friendly. Be back as this is a good little shop.

Gobsmacked,ordered 1 toasted sub, the guy made 2 and when I said we ordered only 1, he removed all the contents out the 2nd one and put back in the fridge and roll back in oven, did not like aswell him rolling the food around in his hand when we asked what type of food is that, and still don't know as could not understand his language, I'm food tolerant and ended up getting Notting due to my tolarance as could not understand him, is it policy for food cooked in oven then put back into fridge within seconds, Food POISONING VENUE

Stuff is nice,subs are awesome!

It's usually quiet, but can also be a little unclean. Toilets are usually in good condition.

Ordered on uber eats not at all what it should have been! Half the filling was missing tryed to call store no answer wont be going there again!!!!

Expanded sandwich selection, fairly quick even with several people in the queue

Efficient and friendly. I like the new Vegan options and diced beetroot topping. Add lots of vegetables and also spinach leaves. Not bad for fast food.

I am generally happy with subway. There is not usually a lot that can go wrong. However twice in a row that I have been in there have been small flies hovering around the drinks machine in a little swarm and it’s quite frankly disgusting. Couldn’t take photos as they are small but watch out when you pour your fizzy drink. Or buy bottled drinks.

Over charged very little filling in the sub will not be returning

All round no good look on line to find out what exactly your eating chicken aprently is less than 50% chicken who know what the other % is

Really good subway. One member of staff, who I’ve only seen at midday, is extremely miserable. The rest are fine.

I called so many times over a period of half an hour. No one answers. I ask the delivery driver for phone number and he told me he doesn't have it!!??? I don't rate the restaurant/fast food place as I never been there but the customer service. Once they have the pay for your order you forget about talking to anyone! Probably they recognize the telephone number and don't bother answering? But that's only a guess. I will try to visit the place for a more accurate rating.

Plenty of choices of baguettes and paninis to suits everyone's taste. A bit dear but freshly made though.

Nice little shop. Always clean and tidy. Has window seats so you can look out as you eat. Always has everything you want. Friendly staff

SMALL STANDARD SUBWAY, NOTHING TO MAKE THIS ONE STAND OUT FROM ANY OTHER. THERE IS LIMITED PARKING IN THE STREET. A FREE CAR PARK IS AT REAR OF THE PREMISES THROUGH AN ARCHWAY

Subway make some very tasty sandwiches. Never had a problem here yet.

Oscar was a splendid worker, no complaints whatsoever, put up with my needs and demands with no complaint.

Long wait and more costly than other subways

A little more expensive than other subways. Subs often a little crunchy/slightly stale /not as fresh as other subways in Southampton. Not the worst though. Still a regular customer.

It's better to come at evening times. Most footlongs sold during the daytime are either 6.99 or above : £5.00 for a footlong and a drink.

we went in here last night after going shopping. Ordered meals and asked to use the loo. was told the toilet was broken! should not be open and serving food and drink if there are no facilities. not impressed and wont be going to this branch again

Friendly staff but a subway is a subway at the end of the day.

Nothing exciting here, just as I expected. Didn't find hygiene or cleanliness an issue. Standard prices which is fairly cheap for what you get. Decent enough choice.
