Subway in Rochdale

Went there for brunch. Everything was amazing, the place, vibe and staff. I got served by a member named Wendy - amazing lady with such a professional attitude and very fast service even through it was rush hour. Highly recommended for its excellent customer service and delicious sandwiches.

Mahnoor provided excellent service at Subway! She was friendly, efficient, and made my order just the way I wanted. Highly recommend her for a great customer experience!

The person who served me, Fabian, was very friendly and the place was very clean. Couldn't ask for much more from a Subway.

sandwich was soggy everything else was great

wish I could add photos. food wasn't good at all. sandwich wasn't toasted, cheese wasn't melted. cheese also not melted on nachos. disdisappointed, especially for £23

My order was delivered over 30 minutes after the original estimated time frame so when the food arrived it was freezing cold, I paid nearly £12 for 6 inch sandwhich to be cold and after my family has eaten their food

food was cold, the cheese on the sandwich wasn't even melted, the sandwich wasn't cut in half, had way too much tomato sauce with the meatballs, too many peppers, not enough south west sauce, worst subway sandwich I've ever had was terrible. whoever made it definitely wouldn't eat that, paid 23 pound for that meal aswell.

I couldn’t really understand the girl that served me, her voice was very low. The bacon and chicken sub was barely hot, and she placed it on the counter on her side, so I had to stretch over to reach it. No smile ..she’s obviously not enjoying her job ! Won’t be going there again.

Zain was fantastic today. Very helpful, knowledgeable about the app and had excellent customer service, he was very professional even when Uber eats / just eat drivers were rude to him. Give the guy a raise, single handedly running the store.

snawuch was very poorly put together, more salad then anything tomato was an in thick. hardly any meat and sauce all over making bread soggy

I had placed an order yesterday and my order was not delivered to my address yet it was marked as delivered, I contacted customer service numerous times in regards to getting a refund and they kept on saying they were unable to refund me for a reason I’m not yet sure of.

Went in today at 11am got served by a young woman that rolled her eyes at me 3 times! Disgusting customer service! Will not return

Took a long time to say the restaurant is a 45 second drive away from where i work. The food was freezing and hadnt been toasted so the cheese wasnt melted. Wont be ordering again

The food came cold. Plus the veg are not fresh at all. They taste as if they were chopped up 3/4 days ago.

delivery man didn't find my house, and I had to go to lidl carpark to pick up the food, the food was also cold. very upset by this.

2 hours and 20 minutes for 2 subways foot long takes the mick. I ordered at 16.20 and it got delivered at 18.43.

First time ordering. Ordered two footlong subs with different fixings - both arrived in good time and were both 100% correct in terms of toppings / customisation. I ordered them to be toasted. They were, though I would describe them as having only a bit of residual warmth (as opposed to being hot) but this was to be expected as the subs were delivered, so not a problem at all in my book. Overall, very good from Subway.

OK to pop in for a sandwich if you need something quick. What I wasn't a fan of was the lady who served me having her headscarf tassels dragging over the sandwich when she leant over the counter.

Girl at till messed everything up Sunday morning breakfast time whilst taking payment and had to wait ages for her to call someone for assistance. She said system has gone down but it hadn't she needs more training doesn't seem confident at all. OverHeard her also ask how to change coffee beans, when I got home our latte was just frothed milk she's sold us latte with no coffee in it. She needs more training or being replaced not impressed waste of money

The food was disgusting and they have changed the recipe I got that I usually get (meatball marnara)and the meatballs were minty

In my order I had ordered a create your own foot long ( B.M.T Italian ) on white toasted Italian bread however it wasn’t toasted and it wasn’t on Italian bread.

Food itself was good but the sticky toffee cookie is awful, and much smaller than the normal cookies too

Took an hour and 3/4 from ordering to receiving the meal which was cold. Ordered at 2pm so not like it was majorly busy

I paid £1.80 for extra cheese - I didn’t get the extra cheese, or any cheese for that matter. My sub was completely ‘cheeseless’. There’s no easy way to get a part refund. It’s happened before, unfortunately I didn’t learn

It's been a while since we last had a Subway. Really glad we chose this as our hangover refuel! Quite honestly the NICEST Subway I've had in the UK. I have absolutely no bad thing to say about the two subs we ordered. From a speedy delivery, to a perfectly wrapped and presented product. All instructions were followed, the food was a good temperature, fresh and delicious. Well done and thank you!

Received my order with half a piece of bacon on each sandwich a piece of lettuce and slice of cucumber. It was pretty much a toasted sub on its own!

Today the sandwiches were lovely and fresh. The 2 packets of Doritos was from a multipack that states not for individual resale. So you are making money out of customers by charging the same price for less in the bag. This is a trading standards issue! You really need to sort the franchise out, item’s out of date and wrongly sold from multipacks. Very dishonest.

I ordered 2 packets of cheese and onion crisp’s only to receive 1 and that is out of date 30-07-22. I asked for lettuce on my sandwich and extra dressing, this wasn’t full filled. The beef on the steak sandwich had hard grisly bits in it. Totally disappointed with the lack of service, out of date food, so you obviously don’t rotate the stock! No attention to the messages or details on the order due to missing items.First time ordering from you via just eat, poor service indeed. I won’t be ordering again.
