This subway is fine, seems well run, staff are polite. Only negative as with alot of these places is hygiene and a lack of cleaning tables between customers - horrible really.

Love the wraps but they should be meat heated and salad cold. Sometimes they are made and then heated. Better staff training needed

Called in on Sunday evening(New Years eve) and it was very quiet We were greeted by friendly chap behind counter who quickly prepared our order Food was very nice and tasty and warm even when we got it home Highly recommended

The service was so random! One of the ladies had a attitude problem. When asked about adding salt and pepper, she couldn’t comprehend it, and was frustrated that we asked

Very good Subway with excellent friendly staff.

Rude employees, refused to serve more than 2 sauces. Even though subway website says you are allowed up to 6 sauces. They did not prove this new rule and wanted to imply their own rules to the store. Bad experience!!!!

I , my husband and little daughter went to Subway wreckin retail park and had two portions of meatball, some nachos and some cheesy bites. The meatball were stale , cold and hard rock. My daughter hurt her tooth and my husband as well. The cheesy bites old , horrible and cheese hard inside. When I approached a member of the staff but he ignored me. My husband called the manageress but she was very rude! We tried to explain the situation to her but she had a smirk on her face the whole time. We said we would leave a bad review and she told us to do what we wanted! Worse subway ever, void at all cost, never again! We did not want any money but at least an apology.

Quick fast service and the seating part looked very clean.

Ordered through just eat, waited a whole hour to receive a message saying they cancelled my order ( with no reason as to why) tried calling them to find out why but I got no answer on both occasions! If you was gunna cancel why not cancel soon as I ordered so I can go elsewhere instead of leaving me waiting a whole hour

Just ordered off of uber, missing part of my meal and 'special instructions' weren't followed! When i tried to call in, no one answered and I'd given 4 missed calls. Absolutely appalled, won't be ordering from here again!

2 hours from ordering to recieving food!

Ordered a footlong sandwich and some hash browns and although the food is good I don’t understand how it take a full hour to just prepare it, ordered and paid at 15:40 then tells me that it should arrive at 16:20 yet they are still preparing it.

A environmentally friendly fast food restaurant?!? Surely not? No it's real and it's in Telford! The subway itself boasts a large variety of sandwiches on offer as well as lots of options for snacks to make your meal deal a lot more worth it

Terrible!! Staff moaning about customers loudly. Food was literally thrown together. And staff made you feel like a inconvenience for being there. Lettuce was old and discoloured. We even had some rotten pieces in our food. Really disappointed. One lady who worked there on the tills was lovely. However unfortunately the others and the food quality just awful

there was an altercation between me and one of the customers today which i never started i was being threatened by a man and verbally abused and the way the staff handled it was disgusting he told me to clear off after i had been intimidated by a man who seemed quite unstable they took my money and didnt want to deal with the situation one of the staff members just cared about going on his break and treated me like i was the issue when i was in floods of tears after being threatened by a man who i didn't know i seriously didn't know what his issue was i was just paying for my order and he started on me for no reason avoid this place at all costs

Pretty standard subway fare. The building is nice and cool in the summer. Because this one gets very busy at peak times the staff have figured out how to work efficiently so you're not normally waiting long

What an absolute gem of a shop couldn't fault the driver I believe leaving the shop and the young gentleman behind counter was brilliant. My 10 year old daughter is lactose. Not only.did he change hes gloves from when he made my wifes order to them he made my daughters. He even took the time to 110% check she can have the mayonnaise. Not many shops go out there way to do this. Very impressed. Food obviously is always great bit this review is more about the staff. The driver leaving to deliver an order was very friendly aswell. Easy to moan at customer services. Yet we fail to praise when good. Left feeling very happy thank you.

Well, when it comes to fast food, this place is one of the least environmentally destroying outlets. Quality ingredients, and not soley meat based. When compared to the rainforest destroying mega beef killing factory, that is McDonald's, OR the hormone injected, prison chicken torturers, also known as KFC, it is morally and ethically the better choice. Always tastes great, staff ever helpful!

We ordered online and it was delivered, courtesy of Ubereats, promptly. The order was for three main meals and four sides. The sides were all correct, although the meatballs were luke warm rather than hot. The mains were all wrong in at least one way. One main sub had jalapeños in, which the person couldn't eat. The salad box was missing pickles, but again had jalapeños in, not ordered as the person eating doesn't eat spicy foods. The third main, a steak and cheese sub, came with extra portion of (yes, you guessed it!) jalapeños, again none had been requested in the order, and minus the cheese! When a complaint was made they refunded £2.09 for the one incorrect t item t t item. Funnily enough they then wouldn't pick up the phone, despite still being open for the next 15 minutes. Appalled by this service and lack of concern for their customers. I won't be using them again.

Alway friendly and good quality. Constructive feedback is have more meatballs ready. A few times I've been in they have run out and its all my daughter likes

The service is a hit and miss. Always order vegan pattice and sometimes they don't change gloves. If they do they will still handle meat products. When it comes to salad they will try to get away with minimum salad that they can get away with. You have to ask repeatedly for them to be fair with the amount of salad in the sandwich.

Walked in on a Friday night with no queue, and even had the Gluten Free bread in stock. Better than visiting McD's oposite with about 30 cars in the drive through queue.

Horrible customer service loads of cross contamination in salad section etc .. stick to the Madeley subway in future

Customers coming with no face mask and not keeping there distance and getting to close to other people and staff did nothing this is how the virus spreads. Please be very careful at this store and be safe

Clean apart from the toilets. Sink looks like nit cleaned in weeks.

food I ordered came wrong one of the sandwiches orders I asked for no salad and it came packed full of salad with jalapeños and evan know my wife has a stoma it made her bleed and made her feal really bad with stumac ake and won't be ordering from here again .....................

We ordered for a delivery at 12 and waiting time was supposed to be 75 minutes, it arrived 1 hour and 45 minutes later , they also wrongly made 3 out of 4 subways and all of the subways were cold , joke of a franchise , would not recommend ordering from this place

Food was nice. Unfortunately the service was appalling, staff not engaging or polite. More than 4 people in the store, opposed to the covid-19 notice on the door. The hand sanitiser provided was empty and when I informed the staff, absolutely no attempt to refill it and provide safe option for customers.

Terrible - placed an order said it was out for delivery one hour later still waiting and no joy getting in touch with them. Worst Subway ever (thats not even a joke - check all the other reviews)

Placed an order online for delivery, 2 hours passed and still food. Kept calling and no answer then in between the line was busy. Requested a refund from customers services so will see if they do or not.

Would strongly advise, not to order a delivery from this subway location. Ordered 3 subs and not a single one was what I ordered. 1 sub was inedible because of a ketchup and honey mustard sauce combination. Utter waste of money!

DO NOT order from here for delivery, they are spectactularly incompitent, giving you the wrong order, even at a basic level. Even then, the delivery is almost always 1/2 hours later than actually stated so expect stone cold food when you get it. Completely terrible. Also, the "Chicken Nachos" are probably the most basic and disgusting food I have ever ordered, so avoid at your own discretion.

May be just a sandwich but it's a blooming good sandwich..that can even deal with my fussy requests

I put in the order extra toasted and still cake as bread, sandwich was okay. Salad didn’t taste fresh at all I rang the lady on the phone but she started talking away to another guy and wouldn’t answer me. Very poor service in the retail park.

I specifically asked for toasted. Both turned up as bread.lady told me to put extra toasted next time. Sandwich was ok. In Telford.A great subway, a clean well kept subway, close to many shops, so an ideal place to eat when shopping. A pleasant restaurant area to eat in if you prefer to the takeaway option. Defiantly my favourite Subway

Excellent service and the food was the usual standard. It was good to go somewhere to get food as most places are closed on a Sunday evening. Only the choice of bread was down by one which was they over I wanted, but can't fault the politeness and goodwill of customer service provided.

Used the delivery service and would not recommend. It was late, they did call to let me know. So I thought I would let it slide. Nice sandwich, a few hours later when I got my snacks and drinks out of the bag I realised they hadn't put in one of my drinks and one of my cookies. I have decided not to dispute it as it was at most £4 but I will not be ordering here again. -1 star for been late (would have forgave it with the call if my items had been all there) -1 star for the missing drink -1 star for the missing cookie Would have been happy if it wasn't for the missing items, but this just added insult to injury with it been late.

One of the only fast foods I use.

Have used the delivery service many times before from this location, and usually arrives within half an hour. Once they did mix up the subs but it was very close to closing. Today i have been waiting since 4:30 and nearly 2 hours after I placed the order, I still havent recieved my food. Very hungry and disappointed.

The store is very environmentally friendly and it is made from recycled wood. Inside it is very spacious and clean. The staff weren't that attentive when we arrived.

Currently 1 hour and 40 minutes into waiting for 2 sandwiches ordered via just eat. When i rang I got told "we have been busy" and that the driver is just leaving now. Will never ever use this Subway again, I could have ordered from a competitor half an hour later, had it delivered and eaten it before they get here!

This 'eco store' have stopped doing full sugar Pepsi meaning I had to buy a PLASTIC bottle and then they refused to give me a paper cup to drink it with and insisted I used a PLASTIC cup instead.
