Subway in Dacorum

Ordered a sandwich online without Lettuce and Cucumber due to a severe allergy. It came with both. Called to complain and hope they'd send out a fresh one. They didn't take accountability and hung up.

The delivery driver could not find my address so called me. I gave clear directions on how to get here and in return she was raising her voice at me saying she did not understand. I then told her to put the road name in the navigator rather than the postcode to which i was ignored and told she was going to cancel my order. She then hung up on me and messaged me via justeat which i then recommended using the road name again. She managed to get here but 25 minutes late with the food freezing cold.

Everything was great apart from they forgot two cookies and a bottle of coke

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend it. I arrived at 8:10 p.m. and it turned out that you couldn't eat there anymore because they were closing. I checked, it closes at 9 p.m. You can't order coffee either, because the coffee machine is already turned off. At this moment, it was not possible to order E set. No wonder the McDonalds opposite is full and full of people.

Order was marked as delivered but never arrived

originally due to be delivered at 18.05, said courier was at restaurant but this was untrue as I called them. eventually delivered at 18.45.

Don't get the BBQ meat balls from here. Rock hard and dry in the middle. Terrible food. Wasn't even edible !

Only have 1 staff don’t no wot he’s meant to do by himself, went into collect delivery for customer king wait 3 people in front n 1 inpatient person behind me, need more staff

Just put the coffee in the cup! Over TEN minutes for a takeaway coffee - the machine had no milk, then no water. The staff member did not have a clue.

meatballs we're cold and burnt, delivery was late which is bad considering how awful half the food was

Appalling service, unfriendly at the desk and very abrupt, completely got my order wrong asked for a big cheese steak and god knows what I actually got no cheese and hardly any meat and very little salad and sauce honestly I will not be returning. Shameful service!

Fast delivery but they sent white bread as they didn't have wholemeal and white bread doesn't agree with me.

Illiterate staff!! I went for take away and asked for a plant patty and when I arrived home. There was no patty in my meal, just the veggies and bread. I am really disappointed. Then I tried to call them but nobody received the call. My experience was so bad with Subway at Jarman square. You need to educate your staff and pay attention with they are taking orders. My money wasted because of the staff member.

Absolutely useless staff, please train them to listen, also brush up their listening skills! Everytime I have gone in they have messed up my order - Subway I know this is a franchise but please don’t lend your name to branches where they can’t grasp the basic concept of customer service!

Delivery driver rude and wouldn't come up to flat to deliver.

Ordered a meal deal and one of the items was missing.

No cherry Bakewell cookies AGAIN. Need to be taken off of menu if you’re never going to give them

The order was delivered, untoasted, and one of the subs had tomato which was not asked for due to allergy. I rang and was told I would get a replacement. 3/4 hr later no replacement. On ringing I was told it was ready but no driver!! I have asked for a refund for one of the subs. I will not be at the address to wait for a driver and it would be cold if it’s been left sitting!!

Didnot enjoy this meal it was not up to normal , asked for dips never got them , no serviettes supplied this is the first time I was not satisfied

The salads are far too expensive now. Excellent quality salads though.

Really disappointed with the filing as it was next to nothing and very cold. I will not be ordering a subway again.

Nice sandwiches with a choice of brown and white soft bread. Choose what you want in your sandwich, add cheese and salad, pick your sauce...ready. I normally have the meatballs.

Delivery time was fine but probably because half the order was missing. 2 meal deals and yet half the meal deal was missing. Called subway straight away who denied not packing properly - I guess it either went to another customer or was never packed at all! Hoping for a refund now.

Driver was really good, can’t fault him - food arrived cold

Subs was in wrong bread salads was mixxed up sauces was mixxed up cheese bites was stone cold and squished. Only good part was the drinks was cold....

Went in yesterday at 20.00 and they said we couldn't eat it in the store and was take out only the store has a massive seating area and no customers So we took our custom someplace that actually wanted it. This is not the first time I'm having issues with both branches in hemel what's the point of being open if you don't let customers eat!!

Friendly staff happy to be patient with us as we were dithering about what to order. My children like seeing their food being made and getting to choose the toppings.

Go in here for a salad or wrap after using the gym next door. The staff always seem miserable, everything is a effort and they all heat the items in different ways and charge things differently I’ll be using a different subway from now on, after a few months of the same attitude and effort to serve customers i will go elsewhere. The one star is simply because i like the food.

Ordered via the app and left it for 20 odd minutes, before I went to pick up, got there and was told we haven't made it yet even though the app said it was ready. Not happy

Sandwiches were very nice, cookies nice as usual but the hot drink machine wasn't working and the drinks fountain drinks were flat and tasted like the syrup needed filling

Good, had vouchers so cheaper price and the staff were very nice. But there isn't much space to sit and eat.

Everyone loves a subway, kids love the personalised sandwich. Toasted in seconds. Easy quick.

Visit this subway a lot with the guys. Never am I disappointed. This evening I was treated to a fantastic sub. Unfortunately, the drinks were rather flat, but it was right before they closed. 5/5 for sure.

Clean, limited menu, but decent choice of fillings, and over half dozen baguttes. About £3.50 for 6 inch (half baguette), £6.50 for full baguete. An expensive sandwich for sure but the streak and cheese is very popular and actually very tasty. Great with jalapenos. Lots of toppings and sauces available. Not the cheapest of sandwiches, and the variety of cleanliness between outlets is disturbing, but a good shop will offer a well prepared tasty sandwich.

The employee of the month gets orders messed up..

They seem to just make up the hours. In there at 9.30 and they're 'closed' so won't serve me. Even when they do serve you the server appears depressed, acts like you're an inconvenience and mumbles so you've no idea what he's saying.

Poor service, always hiding round the back at busy lunch times and when you do actually get to order you have to state what you want 4784983 times and they still get your order wrong. Top tip go to the one down the road near the M1 much better service.

Didn't like it because this guy were using same hand disposable gloves for every order I even adked him to change his hloves for my order which he did but soon after he started serving other with same and them came bavk and took my subway out for Oven with same gloves. Just not like it at all. Will never eat subway from here again.
