Cold food just a bit miserable tbh

food was good delivery driver needs a course in good customer relations

ordered two hours a go and the food has just arrived completely stone cold...I tried calling the restaurant but the line seems to be dead. Never ordering from them again.

Bought 2 bacon and cheese breakfast 6 inch rolls ?? seemed a lot smaller to me and squashed into two tiny little boxes , barely any fillings it was all bread !! what a RIP OFF .!! £17.85 with UBER AVOID !!!

food nice and fresh as usual but I ordered pickles on my sub and got halepones ( green chilli peppers) instead

Staff are always very helpful, clean and tidy.. always a nice welcome and a smile. The best subway shop around for miles. Care taken with my sub.. thanks to Dani and the team.

Asked for the 6” to be toasted and was not

My sandwich wasn’t toasted as requested and my waffle fries were cold and soggy!! Not the best standard today. Usually brill but today felt rushed

paid for double cheese and got less than what you'd get as standard, food was cold when arrived!

Food was terrible! Bread was stuck to the paper! The wrap wasn’t toasted and the filling was absolutely shocking. Missing ingredients. Worst experience.

Disgusting and disappointing wedges came soggy and not actually cooked 🤷🏻‍♂️ and rest of the food was rushed and made carelessly paid couple quid shy of £30 and food wasn’t worth fiver

Food dry no sauce taste stale cost £30 could even eat it didt taste like it does in the restaurant this is why I hate takeout

This branch of subway is by the best one in the area. And I eat at a lot of subways everyday.

Clean store. very friendly staff, great fresh food

Not great. Ordered Double chocolate cookies x3 and got chocolate chip x3, ordered footlong Italian herbs and cheese x2 and got white Italian x2. Not happy with £40 for those mistakes

Left a message for no sauce but obviously can’t read .. 3 cookies 1 Mountain Dew and nachos all missing as well

Absolutely disgusted with the service. Half of the food is missing. We all ordered meal deals, we are missing the crisps as well as parts of our subway. Incorrect sauce in subs, mine had chilli instead of maya to which to which I CANNOT eat as I am extremely sensitive to chilli. All of them are stale & cold. Tried to call the restaurant to which an automated reply said the number does not exist. When you pay £45 for three sandwiches, this is not what you expect!!!

Delivery time was very good, I cant get consistent orders, often not getting my ordered toasted as ordered, or the correct bread, receipt order clearly reads what I asked for, so unsure if staff are following the ticket

Food was fine. The only slightly irritating thing was that the delivery time was continually being increased. I had arrived at an entrance to collect from the driver in good time but the rider arrived 20 mins later, but still within the original parameters if not the original time. Mine was a cold order so unsurprisingly we were last on the delivery round. Very friendly rider and polite.

Asked for it toasted and came freezing cold with cheese not melted

Managed to get 3 things wrong on a nine piece delivery order: 1 sandwich missing, 1 drink missing and 1 incorrect drink. Really needs improvement, seems trivial to get right.

Food was good, delivery was prompt and friendly. Salad size was excellent. What's not to like.

not happy with this restaurant as we was waiting 50 mins as the restaurant sent out the order 3 times so now my food is cold and rock solid and the driver was very disappointed with the restaurant as he had to go back and fourth and was very sorry when we got the food

The food was fresh and served quickly. It's not a place with a great atmosphere it's a Subway, lol. We took away anyway. Food was covered correctly and all the staff were pleasant.

Item missing and wrong drink sent out

Good food, although when they take the spoon of chicken half of it falls on the wrapper and they don’t put it back on the bread. Good gluten free though, most staff seem aware to change gloves. Although they use the normal wrappers for gluten free, so I ended up with crumbs of other bread all over and either blood or sweet chilli sauce. Quite concerned about cross contamination training.

Food was cold. Pigs in blankets was cold as were the crinkle wedges that was also soggy and the marguerite slices were just like old stale bread with a small smear of tomato sauce. So disappointed, the only thing worth eating was the salad and the drink

Ordered with a note for no red onions, my sub was full of red onions!

We received the completely wrong order even though the receipt stated what I ordered online with the food being so overpriced you would at least expect them to get your order right.

Took 25 mins to assign a driver and then turned up 45 mins after I placed order, 20 mins later than I was originally told. When the food arrived it was freezing cold so not very enjoyable.

Unable to phone the restaurant directly to ask for the missing items to be delivered as telephone numbers not in service

Music too loud which prohibits being able to order properly. Assistant was ok but no more than that. Shame as the store is situated in a nice location.

Ordered dorito nachos and got salt and vinegar crisps as a replacement; unbelievable, redelivery was sent out with salt and vinegar crisps this time. Didn't bother to say they had run out of doritos which I can only assume they did

Subway in Christchurch retail park stepped up massively, gave us our order after the JustEat drive mixed up our order with someone elses. What are we suppose to do with three ham footlong. JustEat unreachable all day. Advise to JustEat your drivers are letting good businesses down, JustEat get your drivers straight they need to check the order before delivering it to the house.

It was fabulous. Communication was great. Food was delicious as usual. The salad bowl was loaded and so fresh. We all loved our meals

This is the THIRD ORDER IN A ROW that an item has been missing. I pay £2.19 for a 500ml bottle of Fanta (which in itself is quite ridiculous) and you can't even put it in the bag? Absolute shambolic humanbeings working at this place.

This used to by my favourite Subway, period, but the past two times I’ve ordered items have been missing from the order. It’s honestly so easy to check a list and make sure everything is im the bag before it’s handed out, i don’t see how there’s any room for discrepancy, let alone two orders in a row.

Subway gave the sandwich in the wrong bread and didn't include the cookie which comes as part of the meal. Dissapointed and will not be using them again

I like suways but the service here is poor and the hygene in general is not great. Everyone here seems miserable
