Subway in Thanet

FOOD POISONING!!! orderd a foot long philly steak and BMT through Deliveroo last night. it arrived cold and wasnt even cut in half. my partner and i have been violently sick all day. i will never be ordering from this store again. i have raised a complaint with Deliveroo and will be reporting this any way i can. eat literally anywhere else

Actually terrible ordered from here and both me and my partner ended up with food poisoning the subs were the only things we ate that day and we spent the next day being violently sick and feeling awful. Will never order from here again

Food is very nice cos I got the saver subs menu but the staff left me to wait for over 5 minutes before even asking me what I wanted to buy the left me and they were gisting which was so bad However it was my first time here and they have given me a bad impression of them cos I was so forced to ask if they have closed cos they left me unattended to anyways I would advise people order online as they have nice food but don’t think of a walk in cos they won’t attend to you and throughout my stay here I was the only customer and I wasn’t treated well

Absolutely disgusting. Soggy bread and not enough salad. Chicken was slimy. BBQ meatballs tasted like liquor and were cold and inedible. Cheese bites were tough and cold. Filth.

subs hardly any fillings. one sub missing the chicken ! wrong crips also delivered

I just like to say a very big thank you to. Lewis & Bart who showed me very great hospitality today very polite & accommodating. Wish I was greeted like all subway staff this way. Thank you again :)

Waited over an hour for food to be sent out. Could see delivery was on its way but then changed to delivered. how ever I did not receive any food!

pretty good overall, the doritos was a lil soggy because of the salsa which was partially expected lol. other then that... great job!

ordered at 1pm. got to 3pm, no way of contacting either restaurant or just eat. so drove to the restaurant myself to be told the food went out with the delivery driver. shocking service from both parties.

The worst customer service I have seen!!! The two young girls looked exhausted and were very slow. It was empty inside, I realised why. I never witnessed such a bad atmosphere.

Delivery time kept getting pushed back every time I checked the app. In the end, we got our food an hour after ordering. Delivery driver couldn't find us as our flat number wasn't put on the receipt so my partner had to go down and tell him what we ordered. Food was cold and soggy. Waste of £40.

one half of my sandwich had a bite out of it and a cookie was missing. wrong items in sub

Order was Wrong... ordered salad without lettuce as am allergic to lettuce.. came with loads of lettuce... not good.. can't risk eating salad..

Just don’t bother, second order in a row now they’ve completely gotten it wrong, its amazing how these people get though life, I even did an order note for them to double check they’re doing it right

Order arrived on time but came with the wrong items. The items also couldn't have looked less apperticing.

Order was made incorrectly. Not happy as cannot stand sweetcorn but that’s what I got instead of black olives. But they mixed them up. Will not use again.

I have a severe allergy to gluten. I am also pregnant - for myself I ordered a chicken 6 inch with GF bread. It came without chicken and salad WITH salami instead. I am extremely allergic to salami. When phoned we was told the only thing they can say is come and get a new one. Shocking!

£13+ for a half empty foot long that resembled nothing like the picture, I think I may have had captain stingy doing my order!!

I was served by a lovely young lady today, who couldn't do enough for us and made our subs just the way we liked them. She served us at 6.20pm. Thank her for us and my son gave her 5 stars. This is the best service margate has had. Many thanks 2 her 😃

Don't have an issue with my order. My issue is with the delivery driver. He phoned to say he was outside, when I got downstairs, he had buggered off and left the food on the doorstep!!

Food was cold, the wedges which I paid nearly £4 for had hardly any wedges in the box, less than 10, they were black and mushy, cold and we're missing the dips that I paid extra for!

Put cheese on the sub after I requested none as my son is allergic. The response on the phone when I said I could contact head office was “you do what you wanna do darling”. Absolutely no care. Could have killed someone!! Disgusting am complaining to head office & the media.

Arrived on time, no missing items and a hand written note apologising due to no coke cherry (Appreciate this!) This subway rarely lets me down unlike the Westwood somehow which is closer and always sends out rock solid food that's stone cold 😅

Not a great order, my crisps were missing, my sub had the wrong bread and it was chewier than that last crumpet lurking at the back of the cupboard for weeks, my cookie wasnt much better.

Delivery was on time and perfect. Food however was completely wrong and cold. Cookie wasn’t what we ordered and the nachos were soggy and missing cheese.

I have just called their store the driver literally took the drinks and left withouth food and it is almost £70 order which is unbelivable that u employ anyone and everyone withouth any instructions

No cookies, no drinks, nachos had one crisp with cheese on it and no salsa so paid £30 for 1.5 sandwiches and that’s it

Need to pay attention to customers order as this has been the second time I’ve been given something wrong.

I order cheese bites and were given has browns which I do not like

Wrong cookies and wrong sides- ordered 2 toffee cookie one double chocolate chip. Got 1 toffee and two chocolate chips. Ordered cheese bites, got lukewarm hash browns. Frustrating. At least the sandwich was right.

Hi I ordered the vegan cookie and I got a non vegan one I'd like a refund as I have a dairy intolerance

The food arrived ten minutes early, which *would have* been great... If it wasn't for the undercooked cheese bites... I'd rather the food be on-time and cooked properly, thanks...

Delivery time was really bad, but staff were great with communication and helping us out, just a logistical error, but still annoying we had to wait nearly hour and a half. ^_^

OK so when you get a free gift u expect it to be what it looks like in the picture the 7 pound sub went In the bin inedible the free wedges pale looked like they needed cpr the only good thing was the walkers crisps money down the drain
