KFC Ramsgate - Queens Street in Thanet

I went there today, my boy wanted to test KFC because he never tried one. And I have realised that I took him very bad one. I have to take him somewhere clean KFC. The floor was very very greasy, me and my daughter both fall down on from the chair because chairs were not in place due to grease. Food was just warm (not hot). There was no soap in the toilet. Toilet floor also very greasy. Kind suggestions please clean the floor so customer can feel comfortable to ho there. Somewhere KFC would go but never there

Absolutely terrible. Lazy, incompetent staff. I ordered eat in and got my meal thrust at me in a bag. I had to ask for a little cardboard tray to eat my food from. They forgot fork and napkins. I went to the counter and said 'excuse me' politely, the girl looked through the oven gap and just walked off so I vaulted the counter and served myself. The staff either didn't notice or care that I was behind the counter. Check the CCTV at around 21:00ish on the 04/03/25 and you will see me in grey tracksuit and white cap have to serve myself. I would think about further training for the incompetent operatives on duty that night.

Rude staff. Abrupt for no reason like you’re an inconvenience.

As KFC is literally an abbreviation of 'Kentucky Fried Chicken', the majority of the menu is not suitable for vegetarians. There ARE vegetarian options, but very little. The rice boxes are fairly decent, but there's almost always something missing. The last time we got one ordered, the kidney beans were missing and there wasn't the corn on the cob that was clearly advertised as a part of the meal. This issue isn't a one-off, either, as it has happened several times within the past two years. A lot of the time, you ask for the missing part of the meal and you get it, but that's not the point. You shouldn't have to ask for something that you've paid for, only to be told that the meal that you've ordered from the image that is provided on the menu's "isn't our image". Apart from the 'only salad' mishap, this Ramsgate KFC is relatively good. You'll occasionally find pubes on the disabled toilet's sink; Teenagers tend to loiter around the entrance once in a while, but that isn't KFC'S problem.

My food was cold, the chips were burnt and my chicken burger was pink all the way through. I called and they kept saying 'so you say it's pink we don't know" I mean wow!!! No outcome

No matter how many times i have been there they have always got my order wrong

What a mess, rubbish on the floor that you have to wade through, uncleaned tables. Long queues. Luckily, there are other alternative local places to eat, and much cleaner.

A fairly typical KFC in Ramsgate. You know what you're going to get in these places, and this is no exception. The atmosphere is not exactly inspiring, with fairly oppressive lighting. But it was clean, which is always an advantage when you're eating.

Hello, just about 10 minutes ago i left kfc with my order that i have waited for half an hour however the REAL issue wasn’t that my order took long it was more to do so with the staff management? Explain to me why you have three young staff members specifically 2 boys and one girl working at the front meanwhile ONE staff member in the back/kitchen trying to cook all the orders as fast as she can. On top of that the three young staffs are mocking her and shouting the orders at her. Bear in mind it was becoming busy and there were customers like me and delivery drivers waiting for a long time getting annoyed. DO BETTER.

Ordered 8 pieces of chicken and 2 large chips and coleslaw to take away got 8 warm chicken strips chips were cold and bruised never again absolutely disgusting had to throw chips away awful waste of money very very poor.

Service was quick and staff were very friendly and helpful. Toilets are very clean and tidy.

Omg what an absolute joke, got boneless banquet, there's no table number on the order stand and didn't get receipt, lady said yet we don't bother with them, the chicken was slimey and the chips were coated in nasty seasoning, and still raw in middle, couldn't eat it, when i bought it to the lady's attention she quite literally shrugged her shoulders and said yeah well that's what it is, then carried on sweeping, no apology or offer of refund or partial refund, didn't get manager or anything, waste of £10 for some beans and a drink, couldn't believe how much she didn't care, if chicken is slimey I'd ve worried about food poisoning! And gone to talk to chef or managerGlad I didn't eat it, I know it's fast food but I expect it to be edible!!!

12/01/24 at 6:27 places a ordered for boneless chicken and other things we got our order and there was no boneless chicken they gave us chicken instead we took it back up and the accused of us lying and was extremely rude to us saying we didn’t ordered boneless chicken !!! And we got the receipt to prove it they were still very rude about it they also accused us of stealing ! Why would we take back the chicken if we where stealing it so ridiculous they messed up the ordered and blame us and accused us of stealing for their own mistake so unprofessional disgusting !

To be honest with you folks I was homeless around a half of decade ago and me and the boys used to go and collect bags full of KFC wastage, which was mainly chicken that was too old to sell. This tasted worse than what we were getting from the skip. The drumsticks were dry and the batter was soggy the teriyaki bites were so over sauced that you could barely taste the chicken. I do understand that there's money to be made but please keep up your food service standards.

The staff are always very helpful and see to your order very quickly. The KFC in Ramsgate is definitely the best KFC.

Only one person serving he was over worked and under too much pressure on his own. This was at lunch time and busy.

I was there late, so food was cooked to order and it STILL comes up almost cold barely warm. I was last to leave and the staff just grunt as they let you out the locked door, Service with a smile , Hmmmm.

Internet said closes at 10pm. But when I turned up at 9:05 they looked closed. Even though everything was turned off and packed away. They still made me 2 different krushems coz I had the munchies 🍃🍃. Big respect to them for not refusing service and making them without any issue. If the staff see this thank you ♥️

The food was luke warm at best, the service staff seemed to be on some mind bending drug, the tables were dirty, stay right away.

Forget about being able to order if you only know how to speak Spanish, not even the machine has the language. Rude waitresses don't even try to understand you if you speak regular English. They drag the chairs all over the place and don't even say goodbye. I'm going back to Spain

Clean restaurant. It's original because the recipes are not exactly the same as in France. For example, the sauce for Tower zinger is different (white in France and red in England), and in England it is still called Zinger while in France it has been 3-4 years since it was replaced by “spicy”. The staff is very pleasant. My 7 year old daughter went to order an ice cream herself, despite her beginner level in English the waiter was very friendly with her. THANKS.

Walked in and straight back out after a lady member of staff was being rude to a young male member of staff. He was serving a customer and was having a communication issue. She come along and pushed him to the side and took over in a rude way instead of helping

Missing food from simple order as WOW box this morning. Had saggy chips without salt,chicken burger was like been re-heat in microwave,peace of chicken missing and I bought extra wrap of the day which was so disgusting and too me straight on toilet after all .do not recommend. So disappointed

Dirty tables no receipt from self order machine. No one cleaning tables or maintaining eat in part On the Plus side, the mini fillets were hot. The rest of the meal was not so good. Worst looking and tasting beans out of all the kfc I have been to.
