Subway in Broxbourne

send me the wrong order I would like to get my money back .................

I have ordered poached eggs with three items but they sent me without eggs. I have been charged 5.18 pounds for these eggs. I want refund that amount.

Not a nice surprise when your intolerant to something and end up eating it by accident because your orders wrong,really disappointed.

Guys, becarefull, when you go there, they are very rude and poor with the service one time I ordered food and I had deal buy 6 inch and get another free but when I checked my points that I had they used that so it look like I got it for free which frustrated to me when I saw it when you go back they say sorry it was mistake won't happen again also shell workers the same very rude and unprofessional.

Ingredients didn't taste particularly fresh, but at least the delivery was quick.

we ordered a footlong sub and the footlong dipper and the dipper is about half the size. it tastes delicious but disappointing. sub was ok but not well filled and lukewarm.

The foot long cookie we got was gingerbread and not chocolate chip. My sister is allergic to gingerbread so please can we be sent the correct cookie or be refunded

Food is always good and delivery is on time.

Although the delivery came quickly, my steak footling was so soggy I couldn't eat it! The bread was wet and I ended up throwing it away.

Today morning I got baguette there from Subway food court with salami,cheese,ham and light mayo which cost me around 4£. I finished this afternoon with quiet awfull food poisoning. I'm sure I got it from this place because except that baguette I didn't ate during day nothing else. Definitively food inspectors should check this place especially for quality and safety their ingredients are using for preparing food they're offering to people. I defo can't recommend Subway on this place for grab some food if you hungry and you don't want risk digestive problems.🤢👎👎👎

i ordered to my home address by accident. spoke to driver and he said he would deliver to my work address where i am. now has blocked my calls. food was not delivered either way.

I ordered a Tuna Salad, when it arrived it look like the box had been tipped upside down and half the salad was missing.

I specifically requested no additional cheese on my sandwich and asked for the mozzarella not to be melted. However, I discovered that my mozzarella sandwich lacks mozzarella altogether.

I ordered chilli heatwave nachos as a side with my £12 meal. 1. I received lightly salted nachos. 2. There was what can only be described as a pinch of cheese in the box, but instead of being on the (wrong) nachos, it was simply stuck to the paper at the bottom of the box. 3. barely any salsa included and then a handful of jalapenos just thrown in the box. 4. Finally, the whole lot was stone cold! Unacceptable!

I watched the driver give my food to 2 kids on the street then when I shouted out the window he bought me up just my sandwich!!! I never received my order the driver gave my food to some kids on the street I want a refund! Or a full meal for free!

Nice hash browns but the box could be 5 times smaller. Not quite sure why there was loads of red onion in the sub. I am sure that my last order of this same sub didn’t have it in it. Also I had a small problem with the side for my hash browns. I ordered HP but got ketchup instead, the rider actually arrived at the correct address this time. Dor some reason the riders follow the Google map and end up in the wrong place. The rider has been here before so he must’ve known about the error in

the cheese bacon sandwich was so disappointing. The roll tasted stale and the fillings were so unevenly spread, and barely there. The chicken triangle things were rubbery and falling apart. Definitely put me off subway going forward.

I want a full refund they delivered the wrong ingredients and im highly alllegic nuts and seeds to the that were sent to me I am very unsatisfiedand unhappy.

Ordered two foot long meal deals and requested that neither was toasted. Delivered toasted so had to drive to the shop because their telephone number is not recognised. In addition the £5.00 subway saves was non existent. Definitely will not return to this store.

The driver was at the restaurant really quick and it is only a 5 minute drive from my house. Could then see on the map they went in opposite direction to a residential area then went to Brookfield and lost the signal but was there for over 5 mins. I guess there were picking up more food for another customer. Food was cold when it arrived as they were driving around with it 20+ minutes after they picked it up

Where was my HP sauce with my hash browns? Also you need to relook at your maps because Google maps is sending your drivers to the wrong place. Why can’t you use what 3 words to get a precise location. Food was nice but where was my HP sauce I was looking forward to this on my hash browns. 😆

First time we've ordered subway via just eat as previously had a few errors with McDonald's. Delivery arrived earlier than expected which is a bonus, but received 2 choc fudge brownie ice-creams when we ordered caramel chew chew. Food was great.

Ordered 9 grain bread. Didn't get it. It was cold. Did not look like the cheese had been melted properly and was not loaded with veg very well. Very disappointing

Melt wasn’t prepared like other SubWays whereby it’s flattened like a panini. No strawberry and crème cookies delivered either.

Poor service took them 20 min just make 2 latte and 2 margarita and I was the only customer there and latte taste like the used expired milk

It's touch and go with this Subway. In my experience, 50% of the time, they skimp on salad and sauce. I am a vegetarian, so I only have salad on my sub. This means my sub is all dry bread. The last time they did it, I asked Just Eat for a refund. I will be making a complaint. It's stingy, and for the few pence of salad they save, they'll lose custom.

I ordered the salad and paid an extra £1.99 for a double portion of meat (chicken tikka). There was barely a single portion of meat. I have taken pictures and requested a refund. Not happy to pay over £8 for a salad

Ordered Ham subway but got delivered tuna subway. Not what I expected but it was ok to eat. Surprised - thats all.

not up to usual standards, notmally I very much enjoy food from this branch. Today however, the sub was stone cold, the bread tasted stale and the order turned up without the icecream ordered as part of the meal deal. the phone number for the branch is invalid so it's impossible to sort out without writing a complaint.

Some of the order was wrong but getting refund for what was wrong.

Always a good choice available at Subway, meal deals available, reasonably priced.

I usually love Subway and this is one of the few in the area. However, I had trouble understanding the guy who works there and he had trouble understanding me. I asked for a "latte" and he asked me if I wanted "tea" 🤣 I also asked him if they toast the sandwhich and he said yes but they only toast the bread. It took a very long time to serve and the whole interaction felt robotic and clumsy.

No correct number to call and have not received my order

Really diappointed in general with all subway outlets. All thickee bread, stale and very little in the middle. Nearly £4 for a foot long
