Really super tasty curry, fresh crispy salad and dips. We got the mixed starter which was beautifully cooked and fresh. Can't wait to explore the rest of the menu

Best Bangladeshi Asian food takeaway in Turnford!

Driver called me lost 3 times told him where to go completely ignored me then when he finially found me started shouting at me. Have it all on record will avoid

I am so disgusted at this place, my number was taken from my order by one of the driver who delivered it and sent me really weird messages regarding where I lived. After complaining to the restaurant he was not at all interested and basically told me that ‘what do I want him to do about it’ he didn’t take no details and told me to deal with it myself how I see fit. If you’re a girl living on your own do not order from here!!!!!!

Ordered our food they said it would take an hour and said it was £38. After an hour our food didn’t arrive so I rang them back and they lost their temper with me. Half hour later the food turned up and I was told they made a mistake to bill was £50. I paid it because we were very hungry. After when I looked at their prices the meal was £38 and not £50. I rang them and all he could say was very sorry next time. I love their food but be sure to check the prices and make sure that they understand what you are saying. Out of principle I won’t be ordering from them again. I hope they see this review.

Food was missing, meat was overcooked and delivery was late. Used these guys a few times with no issues but this time was awful. Wont be using them again. Only decent part was the delivery guy was happy and friendly.

I recently ordered the tandoori mix grill from this takeaway, and it was an absolute delight! The flavors were rich and authentic, and the variety of meats perfectly grilled. A tasty and satisfying experience that I'll definitely be repeating!

Ordered a takeaway 24/08/23 ( this wasn’t the first time we ordered from madina). When the order turned up dishes were missing so we called them, they continued to tell us we were wrong he started laughing at us and saying he couldn’t understand us. They just want your money and don’t care otherwise

First time I've been to Madina for years, glad I did, the food is excellent. Please note they are 47 High Road, Wormley. Not Broxbourne as per the listing.

Used Madina many times and this was the first time we were disappointed with the food. The food was not hot enough, the meat in the mix platter was chewy, the chana massala was dry, the bhuna was well below usual standards, meat flavourless. The veg curry was mainly cabbage. The naan was inedible, just a doughy lump. I suffered really bad acid reflux soon after going to bed, never had it so bad. Could not submit review without given a star for restaurant service - which was inapplicable.

We always get our takeaway food from here. It is really tasty and great value for money, particularly the chana masala and lamb bhuna. Muhammad and the team are really friendly and always happy to chat while we wait.

Delivery from Madina very good. Wouldn’t use just eat again. Very rude drivers and never never says thanks for the tip 😡. Good food above average for a take away. Always hot when it arrives. And very tasty. No complaints from me.

Delivered wrong order. Phoned restaurant...no apology...blamed packer and driver. Came back late with part of our order which had been delivered to and opened by another customer. Previous order last month also missing items. Driver phoned restaurant and they said kitchen was closed. Shame as previously good but would not order again

Left to wait for two hours before I had to call the restaurant to find out food wasn’t coming, then told would be cancelled and send refund, only to find this hasn’t been done and food said was delivered, just eat customer service palm you off too said I was not account holder coz I got some personal info wrong, very bad service on both parts I would avoid at all costs

We ordered at half 6 and it was over an hour and half we only live 2 minutes away

We’ve ordered from here before. But really disappointed with this order. It took almost 2.5 hours to arrive and we needed to reheat it as it was almost cold so had to be reheated in the microwave. The joke is, if they had said that we’d have to wait that long, we could have collected it easily ourselves. Big shame.

Food was ok garlic Nann was COLD! Samosas missing!! Called the restaurant and said the would send them out 20 mins later still not here. Call back and told his on his way. Another 20 mins still not here call and ask for a refund the man was RUDE and not helpful. Just eat refunded me

Usually have a lovely meal, however this evening not so good, quality of food not the usual standard.

This place is really good guys. Do not judge by the appearance of shop or lack of posh look. But the food they make is very tasty. We get the good 1-2 times a week for sure from Madina

Told 45 mins for food, 2 hrs later, cold food arrives, items ordered (and paid for) missing and to top it all, my wife found what is clearly some sort ofbug in her food !!! We've now referred this place to the local authority food and hygiene standards team.. totally disgusting... oh, and we're STILL trying to get our money paid up front refunded... I've eaten food from lots of local Indian takeaways, but this is by far the most unhygienic

Onion bhaji was very over cooked, the cheesy nan bread was burnt and had prawns missing in one dish, very disappointing and won't be using this place again.

Have been using Madina for around three years since we moved to the area. Have tried all other local Indians locally, it is bar far the best better than the four local restaurants bar far. Can get very busy at peak times you can have an hour wait but worth the wait.

Terrible service. Ordered at 6, given a delivery time of 7.15 - finally arrived at 8.30!!!! Tried calling the restaurant, line constantly busy for over an hour, so couldn't talk to anyone to find out what was happening and no one let us know. No apology from the driver at all - all he said was I'm just the driver, I don't know!! Awful!

The food was lovely and on time, only downside which is sad really is the delivery driver was so rude about walking up some stairs, maybe let him know people can still hear him after they have buzzed him in the block of flats, what he said was disgusting

Have been looking for a new Indian after our regular closed and this was 1st time ordering with Madina. Food was a little late arriving but well within acceptable limits (20mins). All food was fresh and hot with no noticeable puddles of grease. Lemon rice was divine. Nice crisp popadoms that only went soft after 3-4 hrs. Only minor gripe would be the fillings in the naans had slipped to one side, so one half had nothing and the other had it all but hey, it happens sometimes, it still tasted great. It ALL did, all round a very enjoyable meal and I’m certain we’ll be ordering from here again.
