Consistently poor experience at this location. First time, I ordered through Uber Eats — they forgot the meat on my sub. Second time, I came in person and was given the completely wrong order. Today, I stood at the counter for 10 minutes, clearly next in line, and was completely ignored. When I finally asked if someone could take my order, the staff mumbled a response so quietly it felt like I was in a library. It’s clear this place is lacking proper management and training. The service is disorganized, slow, and frustrating every single time. This location needs serious attention — happy to help if they’re hiring new managers, because what’s happening right now just isn’t working.

Waited 20 minutes for two sandwiches after ordering at kiosk as we were told we wouldn’t be served for another 20 minutes at front due to ordered piling up couldn’t make own custom sandwich so changed on the customised section didn’t listen paid for double cheese ended up with no cheese at all three pieces of pepperoni in whole footlong was stone cold even tho it had been toasted hard bread not wrapped correctly sandwich falling apart partner wasn’t able to customise his sandwich and no body helped so had to sit there picking out the stuff he didn’t like over all terrible experience won’t be going back staff clearly don’t care

If i could give minus below zero stars, I would..never going back here. I would go anywhere but here. They had the kiosks installed, so I wasn't allowed that 1-1 interaction to order my sandwich how I wanted. They got my order wrong twice..also missed out one of the salads. Also apparently 1 of the salads was not there, but it was on the kiosk order, so they didn't update that. They made my toasted sandwich wrong twice to the point it went all cold, and they took time...we are talking 25 mins! Why is it taking longer to make these sandwiches, I was the only one in the shop too! This kiosk business is not made for subway..its not mcdonald's..stop making it into something it shouldnt be. The service was so bad..I wouldn't go back!

Most disgusting subway or restaurant I’ve ever been in. Not sure what the food hygiene score is but it should be stripped from them. Do not recommend.

This is the most disgusting subway I've ever walked in to. I came so close to asking for the manager to ask him what on earth was going on I've never seen such a dirty floor. The ENTIRE floor was covered in food Every table was dirty and the ones that had been cleaned wasnt done properly but the floor underneath was not touched. I was going to take our food out and thought maybe the staff were busy Got to the till and the till area was filthy full of crumbs that they could reach over and just wipe Then they passed me a dirty try. Wiped a dry lettuce from it that wouldn't come off. She grabbed a second one and that was dirty too. Not even wiped down Then the bins were full couldn't put out food away It was just one thing after another. The waffle fries were soggy and tasted rank. Just avoid this joke of a branch. The owner isn't bothered obviously. Only the sandwich was fine.

Just waited 45mins for 2 cheese and ham 6 inch sandwiches. Service terrible. The ordering machines were a faff, selecting salad items, then when my order was finally been prepared I had to go to the counter to say what salad items I wanted. The guy making the sandwich was so slow, I have never seen a someone slowly wrap sandwiches before. The staff all looked like they had fallen out, no one spoke not even to the customers who were all sat patiently waiting ages for sandwiches. I wouldnt have left 1 star , but needed to to be able to write this review.

AVOID unless you’re happy to wait 20mins for a sarnie, and it be poorly wrapped without a napkin. In the wait time the 5 staff made 5 orders. Lots of customers sat around waiting excessive times. Hash browns were raw. Chicken was dry. Asked for toasted but was clear that it wasn’t. Ovens were left beeping the whole time we were there. The ordering experience with the new screens was so frustrating we resorted to doing it the old fashioned way. Which I think was part of the problem with regards to the staff appearing to not have a clue what was going on, with the amount of orders coming in. Watching staff treat each other appallingly was also uncomfortable. Be prepared for a long wait for your sub even if the line doesn't appear that long.

Went to this subway a few weeks back. It was busy in the normal que and then throw in the self-serve stands to order made is just absolute chaos! People getting the wrong sandwiches etc.. one young staff member taking payments was asking an Asian girl (her colleague) for help as the sandwiches were coming wrapped to her already .. said Asian girl was disgustingly rude to her infront of customers! She was absolutely appalling with her! So much so, I had to speak up for this young girl, she was asking for help and getting nothing from any of her colleagues. I was absolutely disgusted at this! NOBODY! Should go to work to be bullied nor spoken to like dirt when this young girl was simply asking for help!!! Absolute disgusting attitude!!!

Ridiculous branch. Try to force you to use daft machines to order if using a card even though it will mean they give less staff paid hours. Then the machine doesn't read the offers on the app so you have to order from the till. Then after all that tried to charge full price as their till said my account was unknown even though I was logged in on the app and said I have to contact subway lol. No I don't love. Walked out. Rip off merchants. Female manager and girl on till are both extremely rude.

The only purpose of the machines is to remove you from the process, so they can give you fewer ingredients. It's why there is a huge banner covering that section of the chiller, so you can't see what's going on. Don't be afraid to call them out when they finally let you see your sandwich if it's not worth the money. They can't force you to pay either

I had a tuna sub. Definitely a lot less tuna than they used to give: patches of dry bread without tuna. I wanted to redeem my points, went to the self service screen, selected all the bits then found, after asking, I couldn't redeem my points on the self service screen but would have to ask the old fashioned way. I generally prefer this way but you can't pay by card unless you use a self service screen. Crazy system.

The service was poor. The guy serving put on his gloves to serve my veggie sub and started serving ham to someone else. He then left my toasted cooling as he finished serving the other person. After finishing with the other customer he failed to put on new gloves for my vegetarian sub. He even tried to excuse himself and i had to ask him twice to change his gloves. What is the point of changing gloves if you are going to handle meat before returning to the vegetarian sub? Also inability to pay by card when not using self order terminal is silly. Finally why have you stopped serving chilli sauce?

There are a lot of reviews on this in relation to the new kiosks. But, coupled with several rude interactions with staff, I'll never go back. My kids love Subway, but I'll drive 20 minutes out of my way to dodge this one. I genuinely understand that there are teething issues with integrating new services, etc. But the staff and culture in this subway is like nothing I've ever seen.

Absolutely detest the new self order kiosks as you can't order all you need on them especially in a salad. Eg jalapeños. There was no hand sanitiser left. The girl told me I couldn't order at the counter and was very unfriendly and didn't smile once. I left without ordering. Disappointing as I've never had an issue before. You should be able to choose where to order. Customer service needs improving.

This subway used to be a decent one but the new self service ordering system has changed all that! I won’t be going back. This was the second time since the new ordering service which I found almost impossible to use as you can’t customise your order to what you want… and it took forever to use… this time I went straight to the counter and although there was o my one person before me I stiff there for 10 minutes waiting to be served. Part of the problem was that one of the servers was having to help people on the self serve screens and the other seemed more interested in preparing phone orders than the people stood in front of him. SORT IT OUT! The food we finally received though was actually ok

I have had numerous terrible experiences here due to the staff. The female “manager” Lynne is extremely rude and has no customer service skills. She speaks to customers as though she is repulsed by every order and has proceeded to complete my order with ingredients before I explained what toppings I’d like because she did not want to customise my order despite this being something I pay extra for and did not give me the option to have it toasted and hot. She has also ignored other customers to serve people she knows which is hideously unprofessional. I have also heard her mock customers to other employees and talk negatively about drivers, customers and their orders. I used to visit here frequently for lunch but it honestly made me uncomfortable to enter the shop if I saw the manager present because of the way I and other customers have been treated in my presence.

New kiosks are a pain in the neck. Queuing for a while so went to the counter to order there, manager was very rude and said card payments have to be at the screens, I asked if we could pay here and refused. Multiple people were struggling to order on the screens, taking them 5+ minutes just to order and staff wouldn’t come and help. Subway was always known for being custom, you can watch the sandwich being built and ask for a bit more of this or not too much of that. There’s no customer interaction anymore until they shout your number and chances are the order will be wrong anyway. Would give it a zero if I could.

Manager Lynne needs a course in basic customer service. I’ve never been spoken to so rudely by a senior member of staff, I repeatedly asked her to stop speaking over me and allow me to speak. She continued to speak over me whilst telling me she wasn’t speaking over me! I said that all I had been was polite to her and all she had done was speak rudely to me, she said she didn’t think so and then tried to usher me away as apparently “all I was doing was stood there arguing”. I advised her as a manager I didn’t think she had dealt with this in the best way and she again just spoke over me and told me she hasn’t done anything wrong. We had been in to buy two sandwiches, one came toasted one didn’t. I brought the sandwich back in and asked for it to be toasted, they then decided that couldn’t be done and a new sandwich needed to be made but I needed to pay for it as “it wasn’t their mistake”. We had multiple issues using the new kiosk system, which they were aware of but refused to help us today. I have been using this subway for years but will never use this shop again after the way I was spoken to. I left the shop upset and not a care was given by the manager

The food was hot. Stayed hot until I got home. Just the fries what let it down slightly. Service was slightly slow as he was working on his own. Chilli sauce wasn't too hot. 9/10, 1 point down for Service & fries.

I ordered Calazon, chicken cheese nuggets, and seekh kabab shwarma. The paper used for seekh kaba is very low quality. All the paper was melted with wrap, so I just eat the kabab though food was tasty

Ordered food at 5.30 said it would be an hour. After 1 half hours they said it was the next food out. After 2 hours phoned and was told they waiting for driver and wen we complained that it wasn't good enough he hung up on us I went down after 2 half hours and was told it was on its way. I had to throw 3 prices of my chicken away as it didn't feel and taste cooked. I didn't enjoy my food and was cool not hot was I was told it would be. I certainly won't be going back.
