Absolutely terrible and disgusting food. Tastes like old reheated food, not fresh. Such a disappointment. Will never be ordering again

I ordered 2 garlic nan from here. The taste was too bad. Nan was dry and overloaded with garlic paste not a single layer of butter and they charge £5 pound for 2 nan. Literally they are so bad in taste i never ever order or recommend to anyone in my life

Food never arrived. When i call them they were rude and abusive. Saying they wont be delivering my food. Saying I should have ordered from their own website and also saying last time someone ordered from this address the and complained about food. So because of that they wont be delivering to this address again. They have accepted the order and make me wait 2 hour. And then refuse to serve me and took my money saying take it with just eat.

For the price the mixed kebab and donner kebab were really good, the naan was really good and fresh. Recommended

Got 2 grilled chicken burger meals with 4 sources and included 2 drinks for £14. Expensive for what it was. The chicken was so thin and chips were less as well. I was still hungry after eating my meal. The food was tasty tho.

I’m a relatively new customer, after a friend tipped me off about their munch boxes. I’ve had one a week since then, absolutely spot on, speedy delivery, friendly driver-I could go on! Thanks guys!

this place is disgusting! we ordered 2 garlic naans and a portion of chips it took 55 mins to come when it was quiet, we found 2 pieces of hair in our food, both black our hair isn't that colour nor anyone in the house. we rang up today they asked for photo evidence we rang back up saying we couldnt send it through he began to get agressive and verbal saying he doesn't believe it even though we have photo evidence but funnily enough he doesn't want to see it anymore. he then threatened us that he knew who we were and he will come to us and called us liars even though he asked for the evidence in the first place then i said fine we will go to the police and they put down the phone after i ate the food i began to feel really sick i got nauseous, weak, dizzy and got really hot and also felt chilly, the next morning i woke up with diarrhoea and still felt nauseous this place is disgraceful my advice to you is to never order from here

Ordered 4 ferrerocher milkshakes and instead of ice cream they put milk mixed with water and instead of compensating us they refused and the owner was really rude pretending to break up the phone TWICE very disappointed with the lack of customer service and not professional at all WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE

Very average food, if nan was clay oven it would have made a huge difference in flavour. The curries were edible however not amazingly tasty. Felt quite expensive for the taste it was. If the taste was better wouldn't mind paying double the amount. Fast service for when you're hungry for a curry late night.

Short version. Bang on. Long version to follow. Over three different takeaways. It is fabulous. I just have one more selection before I make this 3 out of 3. I don't do reviews lightly. Here's the pictures from the 3rd. Had half roast chicken in naan with salad, chips, rice, chicken dopiaza and bhuna. Mint sauce n coke. £27 delivered. Was bang on again. Long review to come. Had a kebab late at night but it really wasn't a late night kebab, it was fresh and tasty and the guys were very nice.

This was at one point the best in the area. However has gone down hill rapidly. Have delivered chicken tikka in the past instead of Korma on two occasions. Then on my last order I received a plan Nan bread and not a peswari. When I called to complain I was told it was definitely a peswari man and don't put any sultanas in due to customer complaints???. I then had the phone put down on me when I said I would not order from them again. How rude!!! I would stay well clear.

Got mixed stir-fry Donner with chips. Was expecting more, don't get me wrong food was okay just not for me. Very bland and portion sizes weren't the best.

Ordered a takeaway just after 5pm , for collection at 5.20 , sat in pub next door had a beer , went to pick up order and shops shut ,,,,,,

Won't deliver to your house due to some stairs are in there pathway and ends up arguing with you about it the customer is always right and then takes ur food away and charges you and won't give u a refund a absolute joke never go there again

Amazing food, very tasty and full of flavour. Best thing is it is cooked freshly and I would definitely recommend trying out this place. They're also open till 3am which is a bonus

2 hours after placing order still no food. Granted it was snowy conditions but told after 1 hour it was on its way. 1 hour later it was still on its way. Person on end of phone rude and patronising. If there an issue just tell customers there is an issue rather than lying. First and only time ordering ordering from here. Shame as I'd heard good things. 👍

Very very poor customer service, i placed my order and i asked the guy over call if he do any fried prawns he said "yes" i asked him ok give me a portion of that, when the food arrived he gave me box of chips instead of prawn. i rang back and i said by mistake you gave me a box of chips i ordered prawns he did not said sorry or anything then he said oh i did not understand what your wanted to order i said why you didn't asked me if you dont understand and his response was i dont know what is prawn and he dont even know what hes selling in the menu then he got angry over the phone i asked to change it because i did not ordered that or give me my money back he didnt do anything about wrong order and he put the phone down on me, but thats not a big deal thing is you are if you would have apologise instead of arguing and that extra chips i didn't need that because i already had chips with my meal. i am not coming back here again. thank you very much

Worst takeaway ever deliverd cold burger after 1 hour then says will refund next day says we cant refund do what ever you like

Ordered a burger with cheese slice, got there and they had no one had an idea of the order, so they threw on a the thinnest peace of fillet chicken imaginable on the grill, which took like 90 seconds to cook. Walking out and they all shouting at me oiiiii have you paid... which I had already paid online, (one of them realised) which after they all looked embarrassed and didn’t know where to look... got home no cheese slice and chicken was was like eating rubber and the chips were absolute grease... you can tell the oil has not been changed in weeks

One of the best by far the spirit of excellence rests on this unique place. The food is amazing the customer service is excellent. U shalt be disappointed all that is required from the customers is a degree of patience as it takes time for the food to be prepared properly in accordance to each customers standard of taste and sheer quality.

Amazing fresh food, fast delivery

I’ve put a few 5 star reviews for this takeaway, we normally order one on a Thursday night, the curries, timing and delivery guys are second to none, been going here over 20 years, however, recently on 2 occasions we’ve ordered at the weekend, on both occasions it was the same delivery driver, both times he just dumped it on the doorstep without even ringing the bell to let us know it was there. First time it could have been a one off but twice with the same guy says it’s a regular thing. We won’t order from here on a weekend again. The Thursday night guy is spot on though.

Ordered a burger, its came burnt and when I called them they said no its not you are trying to get a free one and end the call!! I tried to call again when he heard my voice he ended the call, will never order from there again...

ordered a 16inch pizza and it was burnt and black at the bottom and all you could taste was charcoal not just that but it seemed like they couldn't care less about food quality control and just see you as a number I will never order from here again avoid this place save your money

Great pizza, especially the Mexicano and the currys in my opinion are the best in town I recommend the Rogan Josh.

Used to love this place, but recently not been the same. And the delivery driver that's just delivered was absolutely useless, wouldn't pay him brass washers.

Word of advice customer is always right so stop getting it wrong or u lose money and customers. Wana keep them then own up and apologise rather than fight over a cupl quid at least youl gain some respect if nothing else. Its abismol!

Ordered from here for years every part of order was wrong asked for thin base pizza got deep pan ordered chilli burger and it had no chillies on asked for a chicken nan kebab with chilli sauce and no chilli sauce on the kebab and no sauce in the bag. The bread was stale on the burger and just fell apart and the garlic mushrooms which I loved from here have changed and taste like a £1 bag from the frozen section in a supermarket. Would not refund, would not replace it all just said would send out chilli sauce for the kebab but would be cold when it arrived and said would replace burger but then put phone down on me. Very unhappy after years of ordering I will not order again. Very bad customer service !!!!

Received everything wrong thin pan pizza was then a deep pan pizza, Chicken kebab in naan didn't come with chilli sause, Chilli burger: stale bread and no chilli's and 'Garlic mushrooms' had no garlic and where bland like they have come from a supermarket.Friend has recommend this place and had been there for 2 years very disappointing

Food was ordered around midnight and did not arrive until 2 hours later. The food was rather cold, we ordered a kebab and a pizza, in all fairness the kebab wasn't too bad but the pizza was cold and tasteless. I ordered a very simple Margherita pizza which came with PINEAPPLE on?!

Curry was nice but they sent wrong drink also the delivery driver was rude saying give money before I pass food was shocked as all other takeaway allow me to check order first

Well I haven't orderd from here for years. Only ordered as it was late, and delivery going. Well as it happened it was better than all the locals I had been ordering from. Kids all said how pizza was nice, and my burger and chips was lovely. wasn't expecting brilliance, but brilliance is what I got. Will be ordering again. And to top it off they said 45 mins delivery, and it was 30 mins. Very Happy :-) :-)

Ordered a quarter pound chicken burger and chicken was so thin that it was thinner than a pencil’s width. My friend ordered a half pound chicken burger and it was smaller than a standard size 1/4 burger. We are never going to order from this place again. Chips were ok.

Alfaisal food is terrible,i fell sick after eating Pizza from there,i found hair inside pizza,when i went to report it staff started arguing and was so rude,instead of apologising they said it cant be us,do not order from alfaisal as they have no hygienic standards and dont wear the hair cover or wash hands,Rude staff

The food was terrible, i asked for chips with cheese i did not get this i also asked for a shekh kebab and got what looked to be a half of a sausage😂asked for lamb byriani with no veg and got veg, i got 5 chicken nuggets when asked for the normal portion (6) and the total came up to £30 was shocked by the prices and more from how rude the delivery man was and the quality and quantity that we got from the food! Will not be going there again and definitely would not recommend.

Placed an Order on line as this place had good reviews. Ordered a prawn curry. It came in good time but when I came to dish it up I noticed it was chicken not prawn. Not good as I don’t eat any sort of meat. I rang the shop straight away it explain this. They said they had no prawns left and chicken is the same thing. It took me a while to explain that one is meat and the other is fish. They did have my phone number but chose not to ring and explain the situation they were in. I asked them to replace it, they recommended potato and spinach, said it was their best vegetarian seller. Took over half an hour to come back, by that time the chapattis were cold. The curry was exactly what they said - spinach and potato - nothing else, no curry sauce, no herbs and spices and to top it off the potatoes were out of a tin. Never eaten anything as tasteless, needless to say after a few mouthfuls it went in the bin. As I’m writing this review I can feel my stomach cramping. Never again. In future I will stick to my local curry house

Terrible customer service, waited 2 hours for some cheesy chips and when he finally arrived I was told it more money than I was originally told. I ended up sending it back because the driver was probably the rudest man I have ever met, told me I had to pay full price even though it was an hour and 15 minutes late.

I am never EVER ordering from this take away again!! from the minute I rang your takeaway all I received was poor service. Firstly, the guy I spoke to on the phone was VERY rude, using inappropriate language such as swearing, he also had me on hold for over a minute whilst arguing with people in the background. Secondly, the food took longer then the original time they said they was going to come. Thirdly, the food was absolutely dreadful! I asked for a deep pan pizza but instead you decided to send a paper thin, freezing cold, uneven cut pizza which was disgusting, I don't even think my dog would be satisfied with that as i am sure you know dogs eat everything. I also ordered 2 chicken FILLET burgers and they was not what I asked for at all! they was spicy and had a dreadful taste, they put way to much salad in the burger like it was some sort of sandwich, the chips that had come with it were also awful, they was stone cold and just not nice what's so ever. I am really disappointed as me and my family were looking forward to a decent take away. You have really let your self's down. I most certainly would not recommend this takeaway to anyone. Nothing but filth, even the can of 2 cokes were dodgy. Thanks to this awful takeaway everyone in this house hold now has an upset stomach. Hope you take into consideration my complaint as I am very UNHAPPY. And the only reason why you have 1 star is because it will not let me post my review without rating you, to be honest I think this takeaway does not deserve any stars and should be closed down.

Half hour late and order was wrong... their food is nice just don't think they work well under pressure

Been using this establishment for a number of years delivery and collection. Either Al has sold the business or his reputation for good food has brought problems, but either way the quality has reduced considerably. Given a few deliveries where the food has been hit and miss but now its more miss. Delivery times are reaching 30 mins passed whats promised. Maybe one last try before moving on to another outlet. Sorry for the comment but what can i do.
