I orderd a personalised pizza all great but no longer do I was told today I get regular for lunch

The staff were great and helped me take the food out to the car as I had a baby with me

Easy and fast workers were extremely polite and helpful food was also 10/10

Pizzas usually amazing. On the one occasion i wasn’t completely satisfied, the manager dealt with me in person, quickly and politely and resolved our issues completely. Fantastic customer service. Thank you so much.

My delivery took just under 2 hours to arrive! When it arrived I received cold pizzas and a wrong pizza. Will not be ordering from there again because I had to phone 3 times to make sure that my order was even on its way!

Great customer service, super fast food.

Ordered in advance on line, initially said they didn't have our order, than when we showed our order confirmation we were told the delivery driver had taken it. We had to wait for them to make one. Delivery driver turned up empty handed whilst we were waiting, so don't know what he did with it🤔. We ordered pizza in advance to save time, didn't expect to be waiting about. Not so much as an apology.

Waited 1.5hrs for delivery rang to find out where it was after the app told me it would be 35min arrived stone cold after they told me would be hot. AVOID DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY

New manager taken over and couldn’t have been a better experience. Ordered online, turned up to collect but we were early so the manager showed my little girl how he turned/threw pizza bases and then what happened to them next which she loved - plus great pizza when we got home!

Pizza took over an hour, 40 mins out for deliver, hence tasted cold and stodge. Nachos cold and soggy. Jalapeño only one. The box it came in look more appetising .. will not order again.

Food took over an hour to get here and when it did it was cold. Got a confirmation text that it was out for delivery and then the app told me it was delivered. When I called up she told me it was going to be another 20 minutes because my food was still at the store. Not happy, I’ve had to heat it up in the microwave

Second time we've ordered from here and it was astronomicaly late. Rang to find out where the order was as the app said it had been delivered, when it hadn't. Shop manager just said it was out for delivery...wouldn't give us a refund or a time for when it would arrive. Won't be ordering again.

Informed the order was out for delivery. It arrived 90 minutes later, cold and congealed. The driver was clueless.

App tells you it is out for delivery, only to arrive ages later and looking like it’s been run over. This has happened twice now. Easily the worst Dominos branch.

It's ok for what it is but don't bother with the stuffed crust.

Ordered 2 pizzas at 12:28, was told on the app delivery would be approx 30mins. Food turned up after over an hour. Rang store just to be told 'you should understand that we're busy on Sunday mornings, there's nothing else we can do as the food has just come out of the oven' after receiving a text that food was on the way. Staff member on the phone was rude!

You'll get a message saying it's picked up and out for delivery. Why then does it take a further 40 minutes to arrive. It arrived cold items missing, rude when you phone about items missing. Not be ordering again

Absolute joke.....got the text to state on its way (I'm only newsome from honley) one hour late rang the office to tell me the driver on the way it will be 15 mins.........driver turns up 25min after.....don't think he understands English or was on sumert I dunno but won't be going back

Absolutely disgusting customer service Abnam should really not be working in this kind of role or should really work on how to talk to customers. I have never come across anyone so rude In my life.

Absolutely useless. Items missing and cold pizzas everytime! Why did I ever deviate from Davincis (next door to domino's). USE DAVINCIS OF HONLEY OR HOLMFIRTH.

Twice ordered diet coke and normal comes. Doesn't seem like much but when you don't drink it and there's no customer service from the driver to go back and bring you your order it's get fustrating

Do you not bother answering the phone, genuinely needed to speak to you about my order that's being processed!

Ordered at 5pm for a 7pm delivery, still late and not arrived so far at 7.45pm. finally arrived 7.50pm almost 1 hour late and was dry and well done from being kept warm too long and by the time it got to us it was cold. Not what he expect when you are paying a premium. NEVER AGAIN!

Expensive, almost never cut properly, very poor food hygiene, bad management.

I have ordered from this pizza service for the past 5 years. At least twice a month, minimum spend around £30, so £60 a month. Today they have now decided to stop delivering to my area and only telling me upon going through the whole order on the phone with the lady. Disappointing. Will not be ordering a dominos from this local areal again. Would not recommend, customer service is awful.

It was really nice to be attended too by some lovely staff. I have had some bad experiences at the shop but the person wasn't at work onFriday so it was lovely.

Ordered meal deal from Huddersfield Central Domino's according to there tracker it was ready within 20 mins it took them a further hour to deliver the food cold when I phoned the shop to complain the staff couldn't give a dam a waste of £28 won't be ordering again from them

A very busy, little franchise. Good pizza as always. Only reason I gave it 4 stars is it seems a little expensive when you compare it to local rivals.

The older bloke with glasses has a real problem. Told me he couldn't sell me any dips without buying a pizza, which after calling the Huddersfield store turns out to be a rule he just made up. Ha! What a prat!

Overpriced but Usually OK, this time I called becuse I was having issue with the online app. I called to explain the code didn't work that was posted thru my door so I called and some guy called Andy just put phone down then didn't pick up when I tried calling back. Very disappointed won't be using them again.

Ordered online. Once past the two for ones, get one free I paid the same price either way. Service is a little longer than other Domino's but the quality is the same, very good pizzas!

3 large pizzas just delivered. 1 good, 1 ok and the 3rd poor! I ordered a cheeseburger pizza that I think must have been vegan as there didn't appear to have any meat on it! Sorry, there was a slither in the middle of the pizza. Will not be ordering again

I was just outside the store with 3 kids asleep in car, I rang to enquire if there was any chance someone could run the pizza out to me, I know this is not expectation but I was curtly cut off to tell me they were far too busy. I drove next door where it was cheaper and they couldn't do enough to help me.

Got two pizzas from here this evening 30.10.19 undercooked dough soggy and onions etc still hard. Wasn't impressed.

Good value, always great food, okay not the healthiest of options and this day of faddy diets but seriously tasty burgers, we topped pizzas and kebabs stuffed full to bursting.

Worst service Iv ever come across!! Ordered over 2 hours a ago got told to wait 10 mins so after 15mins nothing so I phoned and got to wait another half an hour!! How hard is it!!!!

Stopped delivering to my house as just outside the catchment area but they will deliver to the pub which is 200 meters away!!!!

Awful experience, they took ages to answer the phone and the guy behind the phone was really rude, I paid for a pizza online but because I had not a British number he said he couldn’t do anything and he could not bring the pizza nor refund me. I insisted and he finally accepted to deliver the pizza to me but he hanging up on me! Anyway pizza came cold and with what a happy surprise to find an extra in my order: piece of gravel yay!! I’ll never order again there.

Overpriced junk go next for a quality pizza.

Food was off a good qaulity. The staff was delayed lets say in the delivery of service. Started great then got few extras added onto the meal so had wait few minutes. The guys on the serving counter mixed up items even though was clearly labelled correctly. They stood literally for 3 minutes reading the names then asked name twice picked up gave me and still got it wrong. The place is clean and nicely done. Their is seating as well which can be useful with the service.

Great staff and excellent food. Best deals are got by actually visiting store. Very clean an well organised.

Poor food! 1 hour and half it took for an order to come three attempts to get through to be told there running late due to all the workers watching the football match what a joke!!! Food was cold and cookies was burnt that’s dominos now lost my costume I will not be ordering from you again!!

No issues with the place, have had a few issues with orders in the past but they always offer a free pizza on next order.

Usually fine however we phoned 90 minutes after ordering to ask where pizza was. Man on the end of the phone said it would be with us in 5-10 minutes & to call him back if any problem with food. 20 minutes later food arrives & is cold. We call dominos 3 times & they do not pick the phone up (actually let it ring until it cuts off). In the end we had to reheat pizza at home & no response from dominos honley.

Neither better or worse than any other Domino's Pizza. Staff are always a delight to speak to in store or on the phone, Andy especially. Delivery times never disappoint.

Will not be ordering from dominos again!! Over 1 hour late. phoned up the store as it said my pizza had been delivered? so thought maybe they delivered to the wrong address. Was told when I rang dominos the pizza was dropped on the floor on the way out so was being remade and would be with you soon leaving Huddersfield? Huddersfield I said I ordered from Honley why would I want a pizza delivery from Huddersfield it would be cold by the time it reaches me I would like a refund he refused my refund so I said I'll see you in a minute so drove all the way to Huddersfield to speak to these mugs face to face suprisingly the person I spoke to on the phone had apparently gone home🤔 And they would be happy to refund me. Can't believe the poor service of this franchise.

Good Dominos pizza as always but waiting time isn't the best and there are better pizza places around the area.

Well... first of all they got my order wrong. Then gave me cheese balls instead of my cookies, I hate cheese. Finally the cookies weren't cooked properly, they we soggy and impossible to pick up without falling apart.

Me, Ellie, Rheanna and macca Powell had a fantastic time at our local dominos pizza shop. They made us feel at home. Especially in particular Daniel. Me and my colleague Rheanna shared a Texas bbq and it was peng a leng.

Can't really fault the food as its pretty standard across all Dominoes. What I can fault is the staffs attitude or staff training maybe? They really don't care that you're a customer. Don't expect a smile or even a simple thank-you. Alternatives in the village probably aren't quite as nice pizza but at least you'll get a friendly service.

DaVinci's is cheaper and better quality, there pizzas are fresh not frozen rubbish made with cheep ingredients! Eat from dominos if you want rubber that was made in a factory...

Do not order online. Website will take money from your credit card but the branch will deny that they have received an order. No way of telling whether the online transaction system is broken or whether the branch staff are lying.

Not too bad but for the money it is NOT worth it or the hassle. 3rd time from here and the order is wrong, staff not friendly when you complain.
