Pizza Island in Kirklees

I ordered Calazon, chicken cheese nuggets, and seekh kabab shwarma. The paper used for seekh kaba is very low quality. All the paper was melted with wrap, so I just eat the kabab though food was tasty

Just picked up a donner in pitta. Best Donna I've ever eaten. How the heck do you get the chilli sauce ratio so perfect? Beautiful. Credit where its due man!

We ordered on justeat. Got a 14inch meat feast thin and crispy bbq base pizza. Food was warm when arrived. Lad who delivered it was nice. No issues at all. Infact it was better pizza than place we usually have got from before. Was delicious.

Paid 8,50 . Order was munch box garlic mayo on chips and burger . I can't se any mayo now were ,everything dry .

No sauce for pizza , munch box burger no sauce too , kebab box nowhere saying coming with pitta ... pitta chips and little meat .... when speaking on phone I have been informed sauce need to be ordered separately.... big joke ... avoid

Really tasty kebabs! Took a little too long to arrive, but not annoyingly so.. if anything, the kebab was TOO BIG! (I hate chucking food away so I ate it all though)

Received a menu though my door today thought we woukd try it and there delivered to Thornhill the food was banging 👌 driver was polite even gave him a tip. and man on phone was very polite fantastic service guys

If I could give zero stars, I would. Ordered last night and the food wasn't even edible....chicken was not cooked properly and smelt like fish, garlic bread was vile and the cheesy chips were freezing - 16 quid. Not even edible after 10 pints.....shocking!

Ordered food tonight. Usually it's ok but tonight it wasn't freshly made it was warmed up. Very dry tasting and soggy chips. Also they Charged £3.50 for 4 small chilli cheese nuggets. Will not order again. Sorry

KEBAB CAME WITHOUT ANY SALAD NOT HAPPY. NOT GOOD IMPRESSION FOR FIRST ORFER.

Ordered pepperoni 12 inch pizza with extra pepperoni. There was 11 pieces of pepperoni and my daughter said the sauce was yuck. I have to agree for £10.20 it's the worst pizza from a shop we have had. I now will stick a tesco own double pepperoni pizza in the oven when I'm home. Won't be going there again.

2 hours and 2 phone calls later I received a sub-standard pizza. Not happy with my experience at all.

Ordered from here took just over an hour for delivery food was horrible rang up to tell them that it was cold and just got told how can it be cold and wasn't willing to do anything about it the meal was 16.60 but the delivery driver had no change expensive meal it turned out to be and it was horrible don't use this shop save your money and cook something

The staff were friendly and polite, and the food cooked promptly. I had a garlic cheese pizza, which I found thoroughly delicious. I'd recommend it.

Kebab was served with no salad or chips. I was offered extra garlic mayo, didn’t find it in the order. Just disappointed. Burger meal had no salad. Staff seemed like they couldn’t be bothered, fair enough if it’s late but won’t be going again any time soon.

Very very good food from this place, love it, however if you are looking for something to eat quickly I wouldn’t really say this is the place, however, if you are willing to wait an hour, this is the best place to go!

We had food with hair and made my children food poisoned . Their food is greasy and the oil needs changing too.ufff never ever again. It looks dirty from outside aswell I knew it was going to be awful

Very tasty pizza and very quick making it!

I am a chef my self I review food quality based on ingredients,flavour,cooking methods and cooking timing and finally the taste got to say tonight I wasn’t impressed at all everything felt like it was rushed and not just to give and idea to everyone for instance chicken breast is the most dry part of the chicken therefore it’s supposed be cooked for lesser time but this tikka pieces felt like they were over cooked,shami kebab around 20% to 25% meat content rest rusk and spices and when I received the food it’s took around 1hour plus for me to receive my food I hope the management read the review and improve as they do have potential as a business to serve better quality food.

Always delivers high quality food and consistent each time we have ordered. Love ordering from here every weekend, never fails to impress. A must if you haven’t tried this yet!

Meal was freezing, onion barjis were burnt and scrappy, Doesn't mention that there is salad on kebab and therefore doesn't give an option to get it without. Wouldn't go again.

Rating based purely on customer service. I ordered first time from here after receiving their leaflet. Used their website to order. I have dietary restriction that prevents me from eating spicy so I opted for grilled chicken with lemon and mango sauce. It came covered in red sauce so I dipped my finger in and tasted and it was very spicy. I called restaurant immediately because I believed mistake happened and I was happy to solve it with them directly. I was told off by man in charge that it is right, that they season all chicken same and before grilling just add sauce on top. Nor their leaflet or website state this. He hung up right after he finished talking witch is so rude and his tone was very unpleasant. I don't know if he thought I am just looking for some refund or what, I wasn't. I was looking for way to resolve this together so I can order something I can actually eat, gladly would have paid for it. Not anymore.

Placed a order online and paid also online. Had no delivery and no money back also not answering calls ....if they are not gonna deliver food then dont take peoples money, simple as

Superb donner kebab, best iv had in years

Used to enjoy pizza Island. Last 5 times I've had a take away now the pizzas have been greasy and flavourless, and the curries have been watery, as well as delivery being late. Shame, used to enjoy it, but feel they've gone downhill past 6 months
