Food was cold . Driver was rude

Very bad customer service, not friendly, food quality is very poor

Have never been so insulted in my life, my friend tried to order his philly steak with cheese how he likes it done which he was told to do my the manager, told me to sush when I said something as the customer should get what they have ordered how they want it done. He also spoke to my wife with total disrespect, have just lost customers for life. Won't be coming back again.

Absolutely rude!!! My father in law got told to be quiet as he wasnt the one being spoken to... Then tried to argue with me, over having the sub toasted first before adding the salad... Then when i asked to speak to manager, (as she said i need to ask to have the big cheesesteak done that way) he laughed and said she ant working... Honestly absolute disgrace of a franchise subway should take it away from them, and give someone else a chance to run it to a decent standard... Absolutely pathetic... There motto literally states "you can have it your way"

Guy was rude to family members when trying to ask for meat to be cooked before the cheese was added and the guy shhed other members of my family with his finger. Server was arrogant and extremely rude and unprofessional

Ordered a sub and got the wrong one, my friend paid for both our meal deals and instead of getting my sub that I ordered, I got a random sub that I didn't even order. Subway worker I was talking to was aggressive while talking about it. Never going here again. Worker checked the order and remade it for me but still an embarrassing experience.

The order was cold the sandwich was hard where is had cooled from being toasted the sauce was everywhere the hash brown bites was not good quality so dry and freezing cold really not happy

Not sure how I can order the Same thing in separate visit and pay difference amounts for the same meal On my last visit to Ipswich sailmakers subway the food was contaminated this made me feel sick. I took it to the counter where they offered me more (OMG NO) it contaminated I asked for my money they told me to come back tomorrow ( yer right) They try tell me they couldn't get hold of the boss (that was not my problem) they gave me some of my money back but not all I hope food standards see this. I think they could do with a visit.They didn't even start clearing down After they knew the had contamination.

I've visited this branch many times. Its not very clean. Also very very tight on salad in subs! Moving forward I'll use a different Subway.

This subway is terrible they don't listen to you what you wanted inside I said I wanted salad and all I got was lettuce and no sauce and they have added sauce I would avoid it like a plague

Both sandwiches were wrong. One wasn’t cheese toasted like asked and one was COVERED in crispy onions when I didn’t ask for any in that sandwich. A packet of quavers was missing and nothing sent in replacement. Not impressed. This place usually does an amazing job with the quality of product but not this time. I hope this is a one off mistake.

Ordered online, took my money, and they said it was delivered! Clearly it wasn’t . Rang up the store spoken to like absolute dirt by an Indian sounding woman.. proper shouting. Avoid this store

the delivery driver sat next to my house for 5 minutes then said it was delivered. didn't even call me to try and deliver it. so I ended up waiting for no food at all. this is absolutely laziness and almost seems like a common thing. utterly ridiculous. is also doesn't help that I've reported issues with the map as it shows the wrong location for my house even with the right address

Would rate a 0 if I could. Absolutely disgusting. Very very rude staff. Ordered our food in which they were touching with their dirty used gloves (cross contamination) they did not care at all. Asked before paying if food was cooked properly in which the staff member rolled her eyes and said yes after being put in the over for 2 seconds and then take out. Went to sit down and the whole place was filthy. Had to ask staff members to clean the tables and chairs so we could even sit down. They did not react nicely to this and acted as if we had asked her to do a million things. Went to eat food and to no one’s surprise it was not cooked at all. Stone cold and raw (pizza slice) even though we had asked before paying if it was cooked. Went up to ask for a refund as they had sold us uncooked food and one of the rude work members refused, chucked the food across the restaurant and had such attitude. We finally got a refund after such bad service but she had refused to refund on the card we had payed with, only cash in which she chucked at us. Absolutely disgusting behaviour and attitude from these staff and very filthy. Need sacking and closing down.

This used to be a very well run Subway. Standards have slipped, mainly the cleanliness and the staff so impatient. One problem is the language difficulty but if staff took their time that would be fine. I ended up having my salad heated which I didn't ask for. My main complaint is that one knife is used for all jobs. I usually have salad and I like my meat cut up. The same knife was previously used to cut a garlic Sub which had onions, chillies and olives on. The knife was passed from food station to food station. I did mention it to staff but they didn't seem to appreciate my complaint. Perhaps more knifes need to be provided and meat cut on boards instead of the counter.

Good food! Rude staff! Bad attitudes! Standing behind the counter looking and talking about customers! Food was served with an attitude and eye rolling because I ordered a few sandwiches and 2 members of staff were making them I couldn’t answer both at the same time but both were asking questions! Food all over the floor! Took for all tables covered in food and rubbish for them to come out and clean them! Same dirty cloth was used for doing all of that!

My 500ml drink was out of stock so these legends upgraded me to a 1.25l!! Thankyou!!

almost two hours late! I had to go to work but couldn't cancel the order because the just eat app didn't give me the option to.

Staff are fine and the food is good, but I'm unsure why they opted to have a very loud and annoying beeping noise that sounds like a truck reversing every time someone enters or leaves. In a place where a lot of people sitting down trying to enjoy their lunch, it seems an odd choice.

Food is what you expect in subway. Although staff is rude to spoil experience on top.

app kept pushing time of delivery out 4 times. I called the restaurant and the woman advised my food was ready and waiting for over 45 minutes. so my order was cold and later by over 1 hour and 45 minutes.

The staff were rude The counters weren't clean and alot of the veg counter had bits of other salad in the containers

Had to wait for nearly an hour for my food when it wasn’t even being prepared I’m not using just eat again it is absolutely abysmal. And my food was cold my nachos was so soggy I couldn’t eat them they were vile. Had to throw them all out I am appalled and hope this makes the complaint section because this is just terrible

I recently ordered food from Subway, and I was disappointed that my order arrived cold even though it was only 9 minutes away from my house. I had to warm it up before I could enjoy my meal. I believe that food should be delivered hot to maintain its quality, and I hope Subway can improve the delivery process to ensure this doesn't happen to other customers in the future.

i ordered this at 2:12 pm and only have received it at 4:25pm and the driver sat at the restaurant for bout an hour

Ordered caramel muffins, my order was accepted yet when it arrived there was a note on the bag Saying sorry we don’t sell these anymore and sent my Oreo muffins. I don’t understand why they accepted my order and now I’ve wasted my money and delivery on something I don’t want!

I waited an hour and 20 minutes after I ordered! The order was cold and tasted like it had been sat around for a long time!

Driver was rude and moaned about delivering to my door because I live in flats, I have a lift and am only on 2nd floor! I have a child asleep and unable to walk downstairs

Driver was in a completely different area of Ipswich and called me to stand outside my house as he couldnt find me. He said I had entered the wrong address in the app which I haven't changed from previous orders. Spent about 10 minutes explaining I haven't got it wrong and provided my postcode. When the driver eventually arrived there was no apology.

Want a quick bite and got little time... Subway it is... Not even are the prices really feasible the subs are delicious and fresh

This branch of Subway is probably the most busiest due to the fact that it is situated at in Sailmakers mall. Therefore, I don't visit this site as much as the ones at Cardinal Park or the one in Queen Street as I prefer a quieter eating experience. The staff member who served was busy due to several customers before me, nevertheless, she gave a good efficient service and made a great sandwich. I managed to find a seat to my liking as it was quite early in the morning.

I regularly come at this subway and every time I am delighted as the quality of food is great, the staff are helpful and it's clean. Especially after a long day in town its a nice place to sit down and have an inexpensive but good quality meal with friends.

The service is good here and they manage the food well when serving us as we have allergies. I personally can have Gluten or Dairy and I still manage to have at least 3 options for subs.

Couple behind counter more busy speaking (some foreign language) no name badge so don't know names. Was Subway manager 5 years so know how it should be. One for sure -not going back

I ordered two meals and got one drink. Seems they swapped one drink for a cookie, mixing a nut cookie with a non nut cookie, especially as the other meal had a nut cookie. Not a fan for that detail, would of rather another drink or a reason for why as not been told why this happened. Delivery was lovely though.

I counted my cash and had exact money. The man made my sandwich and when I came to pay i was a pound short. I had enough. He stole a quid off of me. Think he's been sacked since.

Food was OK but I didn't like that there were bits of sweetcorn and other bits mixed in with the lettuce in the counter, you always end up with bits you didnt want. Other subways seem to make the effort not to.

The cookie on my order was missing on one of the meals. We asked them both to be toasted neither were They cake me Diet Pepsi rather then full fat Pepsi. So truly awful experience. I expect a full refund.

The menu is very unclear. I wanted meatball marinara but I got meatless meatballs.
